Description

Mosquito repelling composition suitable for children and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily necessities, in particular to a mosquito repellent composition suitable for children and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The mosquitoes can transmit various diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, Zika virus and the like, and the mosquitoes can interfere the normal life and physical and psychological health of people in the season. For example, in spring and summer, when the temperature is warmed up again, mosquitoes breed, the frequency of insect-bite dermatitis is obviously increased, papules, edematous erythema and other symptoms are often generated at the mosquito-bite part, the feeling of stabbing pain, extreme itching and the like in different degrees are accompanied, and great trouble is brought to the life of people. Moreover, the influence of mosquitoes is greater on infants, and because the infants have delicate skin, poor body immunity and sensitive and fragile, the allergic reaction after the mosquitoes bite is more obvious, the infants are slightly red and swollen after being bitten by the mosquitoes, and are seriously infected by bacteria, and even more, the infants can also cause encephalitis. Therefore, the mosquito repelling and bite preventing are very important for the normal life and health of people.
For a long time, the chemically synthesized insecticidal component has been the main position due to good effect and long duration of mosquito repelling and killing, but has some corresponding defects, such as: the long-term use of the mosquito repellent liquid can cause the mosquito to generate drug resistance and environmental pollution. For example, mosquito repellent components in the common electric mosquito repellent incense in the prior art are mainly DEET, although the mosquito repellent incense has good mosquito repellent effect, the long-term use of the mosquito repellent incense can cause environmental pollution, and the toxic and side effects are continuously reported, such as nervous system symptoms, skin damage, children encephalopathy, urticaria syndrome, low blood pressure, heart rate reduction and the like.
Therefore, a mosquito repelling product which has a good mosquito repelling effect, small toxic and side effects, safety and environmental friendliness is needed. At present, a plurality of plant essential oils have certain poisoning and repelling effects on mosquitoes, and the repelling mechanism is that the mosquitoes selectively avoid a signal source containing the plant essential oils or are repelled by the plant essential oils to reduce invasion to human beings, so that people are prevented from being disturbed by the mosquitoes, and the spread of insect-borne diseases is reduced. Because the main component is a plant extract, the plant extract is relatively more friendly to both human and environment. Therefore, it is a trend to use plant extracts as the effective ingredients of mosquito repellent products.
However, the existing related mosquito repellent preparations are often single and unstable in mosquito repellent components, and only adopt plant extracts, so that the effect is limited, and the mosquito repellent effect is not good. Meanwhile, in order to achieve a certain mosquito repelling effect, high mosquito repelling component content is often needed, toxic and side effects are still generated, or auxiliary materials of the mosquito repelling preparation have certain toxic and side effects and low safety, and the mosquito repelling preparation is often not suitable for children and can cause skin allergy, stress and other conditions. On the other hand, when the mosquitoes are more or the content of the used mosquito repellent is less, the mosquitoes cannot be avoided completely, and the traditional mosquito repellent does not consider the prevention and the control of the mosquitoes after approaching, such as: the relief of symptoms after mosquito bites and the like is not considered. Therefore, the prior art needs a mosquito repellent composition or related products which has stable properties, is safe, efficient and low in toxicity, is suitable for children, is not limited to repelling mosquitoes, and is more effective.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome at least one defect of the prior art, and provides a mosquito repelling composition suitable for children, a preparation method and an application thereof, which can be applied to mosquito repelling prevention and control to effectively repel mosquitoes, and the mosquito repelling composition or a corresponding product has high affinity to human skin, higher safety and no toxicity, is suitable for children, can relieve symptoms after mosquito bites, and improves adverse effects caused by surrounding or biting mosquitoes.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that a mosquito repellent composition suitable for children comprises the following components in parts by weight:
89.13-98.31 parts of a fluid characteristic regulator;
2.7-4.2 parts of a mosquito repellent;
1.97-3.55 parts of an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory soothing agent;
0.06-0.08 parts of a pH regulator;
wherein the fluid characteristic regulator is a mixture of water, carbomer and methyl propylene glycol; the mosquito repellent comprises oleum Olivarum and menthanediol; the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory soothing agent is a mixture of water, propylene glycol, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, radix Gentianae extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, fructus Cnidii extract, herba Artemisiae Annuae extract, biological carbohydrate gum-1, and tocopherol; the pH regulator is at least used for regulating the pH value of the composition.
The fluid property modifier, which dominates the fluid property modification of the overall composition, the carbomer at least acting as a thickener; on the one hand, by adding a proper amount of carbomer, the viscosity of the composition can be reduced, and the stability of effective substances can be maintained. Meanwhile, carbomer is a natural medicinal component, has certain affinity to skin, is favorable for reducing irritation and damage of irritant substances to the skin after being added, has the functions of diminishing inflammation and sterilizing, and is favorable for relieving bitten parts. The methyl propylene glycol is present as a solvent, further facilitating the blending of the overall composition.
The mosquito repellent comprises balsam seed oil and menthanol; the oil of balsam pear has good permeability and sensitivity-relieving performance, is a natural mosquito repellent, and is beneficial to cooperating with other mosquito repellent components including menthanol so as to improve the mosquito repellent effect. The menthandiol is the only mosquito repellent from natural plant extracts in five mosquito repellents recommended by the United states EPA/CDC, is safe to human skin, has good mosquito repellent effect, and is a green environment-friendly mosquito repellent. However, in the prior art, the volatility of menthandiol is too high, the menthandiol cannot be kept for a long time, and the mosquito repellent effect is not obvious. The application utilizes the oil phase of the balsam seed oil to be mixed with the balsam seed oil, which is not only beneficial to leading the mosquito repellent to have the characteristics of relative independence and stability, but also can reduce the volatilization degree of the mosquito repellent, thereby prolonging the action time of the mosquito repellent. By using the combination of the oleum sophorae flavescentis and the menthandiol, compared with the prior art which adopts the menthandiol and other mosquito repellent preparations separately, the mosquito repellent composition can achieve a synergistic mosquito repellent effect.
The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory soothing agent is used for diminishing inflammation and soothing bitten parts, can effectively relieve itching and prevent bacterial infection, mainly comprises a licorice root extract, a gentian root extract, a sophora flavescens root extract, a cnidium fruit extract and a sweet wormwood herb extract as functional components, and has good effects of reducing skin itch and inhibiting inflammation by adopting a compound of various plant extracts. The licorice root extract has the functions of resisting inflammation and reducing oxidation speed, can prevent skin sensitivity phenomenon, and soothes allergic or irritated skin; the radix Gentianae extract has effect in relieving atopic dermatitis and allergy, resisting inflammation, and remarkably improving discomfort such as skin red swelling and itching. The extract of the sophora flavescens ait root has the functions of diminishing inflammation and resisting bacteria, killing parasites and relieving itching and has good relieving effect on skin itch. The cnidium fruit extract has good moisture keeping, antibacterial and antioxidant effects, and can protect irritated skin. The herba Artemisiae Annuae extract has antimalarial, antibacterial, antiviral, antiinflammatory, and analgesic effects; in the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory soothing agent, components with itching relieving and soothing effects are prepared by matching various traditional Chinese medicine plant extracts, so that the raw materials are natural, the drug dependence cannot be generated even after long-term use, and the safety can be guaranteed. The antibacterial anti-inflammatory soothing agent also comprises propylene glycol, and the propylene glycol is mixed with water, so that the hydrolysis of the effective components of the Chinese herbal medicines can be delayed, and the stability of the Chinese herbal medicines is enhanced.
The antibacterial anti-inflammatory soothing agent also comprises biological carbohydrate gum-1 and tocopherol, wherein the biological carbohydrate gum-1 can form a smooth moisturizing film on the surface of skin to smooth the skin, and the biological carbohydrate gum-1 can inhibit short-term inflammation and further improve the itching relieving and inflammation diminishing effects. The tocopherol, namely DL-alpha-tocopherol, has the effects of resisting oxidation, improving the stability and obviously reducing the acute skin reaction.
The invention distributes a plurality of components to form a plurality of relatively independent combinations, which is not only beneficial to the stability among the components, but also beneficial to the mutual cooperation to mutually promote the stability, the mosquito repellent effect, the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and relieving effects of the components in the mosquito repellent composition. More importantly, compared with the traditional mosquito repellent adopting only a single mosquito repellent component in the prior art, the mosquito repellent agent not only uses various components to improve the mosquito repellent performance, but also is more convenient to realize the prevention and control of mosquitoes with multiple dimensions, including in the aspects of mosquito repelling and relieving itching. The main active ingredient is plant extract, the compatibility to human body is high, the safety and the non-toxicity are basically realized, and the health care tea is suitable for children.
Further, the fluid characteristic regulator comprises 86.05-92.19 parts of water, 0.08-0.12 part of carbomer and 3-6 parts of methyl propylene glycol.
Further, 3-10 parts of an anti-mosquito agent is also included, and the anti-mosquito agent is L-PDMS low-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. The low viscosity polydimethylsiloxane is available from Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. Some studies have shown that hydrophobic liquids can affect the movement of the legs and other extremities after a mosquito lands, in which case the mosquito can quickly escape the contact of the hydrophobic liquid. The existing mosquito repellent, especially the preparation with plant extract as the main mosquito repellent component, is usually based on the mosquito repellent principle, such as the mosquito repellent principle of covering up the lactic acid and other tastes on the skin surface of human body or emitting unpleasant odor of mosquitoes, and in the prevention and treatment of mosquito bite, the prevention and treatment can only be realized from the aspect of repelling mosquitoes. However, the mosquito repelling effect is often not only related to the type of the mosquito repelling component, but also closely related to the content of the mosquito repelling component, but as the content of the mosquito repelling component increases and the mosquito repelling effect increases, adverse reactions such as skin irritation and allergy inevitably occur, so that the improvement of the mosquito repelling effect and the reduction of the content of the mosquito repelling component are difficult to achieve simultaneously in the prior art. Therefore, the effect of repelling the mosquitoes by hundreds cannot be achieved, especially in the places with dense mosquitoes. At the moment, mosquitoes still need to stay on the surface of the skin before biting, and the application utilizes the L-PDMS to further provide the protection of the mosquito staying layer when the mosquitoes can not be repelled. Furthermore, in combination with mosquito repelling, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory relief, the mosquito repellent composition of the present invention actually achieves protection and treatment of all intermediate processes from approach of mosquitoes to mosquito bites. Therefore, the mosquito control of multiple layers can be realized by the mosquito repellent composition. Furthermore, the polydimethylsiloxane is not toxic to the skin, and the safety of the formed mosquito repellent composition can be ensured.
Furthermore, the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory soothing agent comprises 0.4 to 0.9 part of water, propylene glycol, licorice root extract, gentian root extract, sophora flavescens root extract, cnidium fruit extract and sweet wormwood herb extract, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of biogum saccharinum-1 and 0.07 to 0.15 part of tocopherol.
Further, the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and soothing agent comprises water, propylene glycol, licorice root extract, gentian root extract, sophora flavescens root extract, cnidium fruit extract and artemisia apiacea extract in a ratio of 35: 60: 1: 1: 1: 1: 1. as described above, when water and propylene glycol are formulated in the stated ratio, it is helpful to slow down the hydrolysis of the extracts including licorice root extract, gentian root extract, sophora flavescens root extract, cnidium fruit extract, and artemisia apiacea extract, thereby prolonging the action time and the long-term use stability.
Further, the mosquito repellent comprises 0.4-0.8 part of emulsifier, 0.1-0.2 part of balsam seed oil, 1.6-2.3 parts of menthanediol, 0.3-0.7 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.3-0.9 part of 1, 2-hexanediol. The p-hydroxyacetophenone is a natural plant extract, is the safest high-temperature auxiliary activity stabilizer in the medical field at present, can improve the stability and prolong the lasting period through the p-hydroxyacetophenone, and can also prolong the storage life by utilizing the antiseptic effect of the p-hydroxyacetophenone.
Further, the emulsifier is a mixture of sorbitan olivate and cetearyl glucoside in a ratio of 1: 1. The sorbitan olive oleate belongs to a nonionic lipophilic emulsifier, and is added into the composition, so that the stability of the sorbitan olive oleate is not influenced by the polarity of the oil phase of the balsam seed oil and the content ratio of two phases, namely, the moisturizing type of the composition can be improved to improve the skin feeling, the original components are not adversely influenced, and the stability can be improved. Cetearyl glucoside, which is also part of the emulsifier, enhances the moisturizing effect of the composition and provides a good texture. The invention mixes the emulsifier containing sorbitan olivate and cetearyl glucoside with the balsam seed oil and the menthanol to be used as the mosquito repellent, so that the mosquito repellent components in the mosquito repellent have relatively independent stability and have corresponding mosquito repellent effect.
Further, the pH regulator is tromethamine. Because of the wide variety of components and the large variation in pH, pH adjusters are required for adjustment. The pH value is adjusted by adopting tromethamine, so that the whole system can be kept from being changed greatly, and a certain moisturizing effect is provided.
Further, the mosquito repellent composition suitable for children comprises the following components in parts by weight:
93.57 parts of fluid property regulator;
3.75 parts of a mosquito repellent;
2.6 parts of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory soothing agent;
0.07 part of a pH regulator;
further, the fluid characteristic regulator comprises 88.47 parts of water, 0.1 part of carbomer, 5 parts of methyl propylene glycol and 5 parts of trehalose by weight; the mosquito repellent comprises 0.5, 0.15, 2, 0.6 and 0.5 parts by weight of emulsifier, 0.15 part by weight of balsam seed oil, 0.6 part by weight of menthanol, 0.5 part by weight of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5 part by weight of 1, 2 hexanediol, wherein the emulsifier is a mixture of sorbitan olivate and cetearyl glucoside, and the ratio of the sorbitan olivate to the cetearyl glucoside is 1: 1.
In one embodiment of the invention, the component formula is used for correspondingly forming a composition with better effect.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the mosquito repellent composition for children, comprising the steps of:
s1, respectively stirring the fluid characteristic regulator and the first mosquito repellent uniformly, heating to 80-85 ℃, mixing the fluid characteristic regulator and the first mosquito repellent, homogenizing and emulsifying for 5min, stirring and moisturizing for 20min, and cooling;
s2, cooling to 60 ℃, adding the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and soothing agent material, and uniformly stirring;
and S3, continuously cooling to below 40 ℃, adding a pH regulator material, and slowly stirring to be uniform to obtain the mosquito-repellent spray composition.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a mosquito repellent and/or soothing itch product comprising the above mosquito repellent composition suitable for children.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with a single mosquito repelling component, the mosquito repelling composition has the advantages that various plant extracts with mosquito repelling effects are utilized to achieve the mosquito repelling effect in a synergistic mode, the characteristics of safety and no toxicity are achieved, the skin of a human body is good, and the mosquito repelling composition is suitable for children. Meanwhile, a plurality of components are distributed to form a plurality of relatively independent combinations, so that not only is the stability among the components facilitated, but also the stability, the mosquito repellent effect, the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and relieving effects of the components in the mosquito repellent composition are facilitated to be mutually promoted by the mutual matching. Compared with the traditional mosquito repellent which only adopts smell to repel mosquitoes on the repelling layer surface, the mosquito repellent realizes mosquito control on a plurality of layer surfaces, including mosquito repelling, mosquito bite relieving and the like. Meanwhile, the invention combines the cooperation of a plurality of compounds, can delay the hydrolysis of effective components, can promote the synergistic effect among different mosquito repellent components, and improves the stability and the aging durability of the whole mosquito repellent composition. The mosquito repellent composition can effectively prevent and treat mosquitoes and is used for a long time. Based on the corresponding mosquito repelling composition, the preparation method and the application, the mosquito repelling composition is beneficial to improving an effective, safe, non-toxic and lasting mosquito repelling mode and improving or avoiding adverse effects of mosquitoes on people at present.
