s2, heating the mixed material to 105-125 ℃, keeping the temperature, adding a grinding aid accounting for 0.02-0.06% of the total amount of the mixed material, grinding for 10-20min to prepare mixed slurry, cooling to 72-92 ℃, adding a regulator accounting for 0.07-0.12 times of the mixed slurry, stirring for 20-40min, and filtering to obtain a filtrate I;

2. The preparation method of the bitter gourd substituted tea with the blood sugar reducing effect according to claim 1, wherein the baking temperature is 220-240 ℃ and the baking time is 4-8 min.
