cleaning bitter gourds according to a certain amount, soaking for 3-5 hours, taking out, placing on a screen frame, sending into a drying box at the temperature of 60-70 ℃, drying for 4-5 hours at a constant temperature to obtain dried bitter gourd slices, and crushing to 100-120 meshes for later use;
soaking the hawthorns for 3-5 hours according to the amount, removing seeds after washing, cutting pulp, drying at the constant temperature of 55-60 ℃ for 18-21 hours, and then crushing for later use;
cleaning honeysuckle, kudzu root and cassia seed according to the amount, directly drying, and then crushing into powder for later use;
(3) putting the crushed raw materials into an extraction tank, adding water into the raw materials according to the weight ratio of 1:5 of the raw materials to the water, leaching for 10-30 min at 95-100 ℃, then leaching for 1-1.5 h at 80-85 ℃, and filtering; leaching repeatedly for 3 times;
(4) filtering the leaching liquor, and concentrating the leaching liquor until the relative density is 1.05-1.10 (60 ℃); then adding the bitter gourd formula particles, the cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide extract, the xylitol, the citric acid and the stevioside into the leaching solution according to the amount, and uniformly mixing;
(5) exposing the mixed solution under an ultraviolet lamp for sterilization;
(6) and finally cooling, subpackaging and sealing.

(1) Preparing bitter gourd formula particles
a. Selecting fresh fructus Momordicae Charantiae, cleaning, and slicing into slices with certain thickness. Adding about 1 time of water, and decocting for 3-6 min until the color of the bitter gourd is changed but the bitter gourd basically keeps emerald green;
b. shearing the decocted bitter gourd slices with wall breaking homogenizer at 28000r/min for 1min each time, repeating for 2 times, transferring the wall breaking slurry to a beaker, washing the inner wall of the wall breaking homogenizer with the decocted liquid, and mixing with the slurry;
c. heating the homogenate with slow fire, stirring, concentrating to obtain thick paste, adding cyclodextrin and magnesium stearate, mixing, sieving with 20 mesh sieve, and granulating to obtain wet granule of fructus Momordicae Charantiae formula granule;
d. transferring the wet granules to a porcelain plate with a certain size, flattening, drying at 60 deg.C for 4-5 hr to obtain fructus Momordicae Charantiae formula granules, and weighing 3kg of fructus Momordicae Charantiae formula granules.
(2) Weighing 20kg of lotus leaves, 15kg of hawthorn, 12kg of kudzuvine roots, 8kg of cassia seeds, 0.15kg of cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide extract, 0.5kg of xylitol, 0.1kg of citric acid and 0.05kg of stevioside.
Washing lotus leaves according to the quantity, drying at the constant temperature of 55-60 ℃ for 15-18 h, and crushing to 200 meshes for later use;
cleaning bitter gourds according to a certain amount, soaking for 3-5 hours, taking out, placing on a screen frame, sending into a drying box at the temperature of 60-70 ℃, drying for 4-5 hours at a constant temperature to obtain dried bitter gourd slices, and crushing to 100-120 meshes for later use;
soaking the hawthorns for 3-5 hours according to the amount, removing seeds after washing, cutting pulp, drying at the constant temperature of 55-60 ℃ for 18-21 hours, and then crushing for later use;
cleaning honeysuckle, kudzu root and cassia seed according to the amount, directly drying, and then crushing into powder for later use;
(3) putting the crushed raw materials into an extraction tank, adding water into the raw materials according to the weight ratio of the raw materials to the water of 1:4, leaching for 10-30 min at 95-100 ℃, then leaching for 1-1.5 h at 80-85 ℃, and filtering; leaching is repeated for 2-3 times;
(4) filtering the leaching liquor, and concentrating the leaching liquor until the relative density is 1.05-1.10 (60 ℃); then adding the bitter gourd formula particles, the cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide extract, the xylitol, the citric acid and the stevioside into the leaching solution according to the amount, and uniformly mixing;
(5) exposing the mixed solution under an ultraviolet lamp for sterilization;
(6) and finally cooling, subpackaging and sealing.

A bitter gourd formula particle health tea is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of bitter gourd formula particles, 15-25 parts of lotus leaves, 10-20 parts of honeysuckle, 10-20 parts of hawthorn, 10-15 parts of kudzu root and 5-10 parts of cassia seeds.
2. The bitter gourd formula particle health tea as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw materials are further added with 0.05-0.35 part of cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide extract, 0.1-1 part of xylitol, 0.01-0.2 part of citric acid and 0.01-0.1 part of stevioside according to parts by weight.
3. The bitter gourd formula particle health tea as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the bitter gourd formula particle comprises:

4. A preparation method of bitter gourd formula particle health tea is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of bitter gourd formula granule
a. Selecting fresh fructus Momordicae Charantiae, cleaning, and slicing into slices with certain thickness. Adding about 1 time of water, and decocting for 3-6 min until the color of the bitter gourd is changed but the bitter gourd basically keeps emerald green;
b. shearing the decocted bitter gourd slices with wall breaking homogenizer at 28000r/min for 1min each time, repeating for 2 times, transferring the wall breaking slurry to a beaker, washing the inner wall of the wall breaking homogenizer with the decocted liquid, and mixing with the slurry;
c. heating the homogenate with slow fire, stirring, concentrating to obtain thick paste, adding cyclodextrin and magnesium stearate, mixing, sieving with 20 mesh sieve, and granulating to obtain wet granule of fructus Momordicae Charantiae formula granule;

(2) Drying and crushing;
washing lotus leaves according to parts by weight, drying at the constant temperature of 55-60 ℃ for 15-18 h, and crushing to 200 meshes for later use;
soaking the hawthorns for 3-5 hours according to the weight part, removing seeds after washing, cutting pulp, drying at the constant temperature of 55-60 ℃ for 18-21 hours, and then crushing for later use;
cleaning honeysuckle, kudzu root and cassia seed in parts by weight, directly drying, and then crushing into powder for later use;
(3) putting the crushed raw materials into an extraction tank, adding water into the raw materials according to the weight ratio of the raw materials to the water of 1:3-5, leaching for 10-30 min at 95-100 ℃, leaching for 1-1.5 h at 80-85 ℃, and filtering; leaching is repeated for 2-3 times;
(4) filtering the leaching liquor, and concentrating the leaching liquor until the relative density is 1.05-1.10 (60 ℃); then adding the bitter gourd formula particles, the cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide extract, the xylitol, the citric acid and the stevioside into the concentrated solution of the extract according to the weight parts, and uniformly mixing;
(5) exposing the mixed solution under an ultraviolet lamp for sterilization;
(6) and finally cooling, subpackaging and sealing.

The bitter gourd formula particle health tea as claimed in claim 4, wherein the extraction method of the cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide extract comprises: extracting cyclocarya paliurus powder with hot water assisted by ultrasonic waves at 75 ℃ for 2 times according to the ratio of material to liquid of 1: 10, filtering, concentrating the filtrate to 1/4 of the original volume, precipitating with ethanol at 4 ℃, standing, centrifuging, removing the supernatant, freeze-drying to obtain a crude extract, washing the crude extract with 80% ethanol for three times, and freeze-drying to obtain the cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide extract.
