The machine frame 1 is provided with the motor 31, an output shaft of the motor 31 extends into the material box 2 and is provided with a stirring mechanism, the stirring mechanism is assembled to stir and smash the fertilizer to ensure that a plurality of fertilizers are uniformly mixed and can be quickly fed into the distributor 3 to avoid blockage, the stirring mechanism comprises a first rotating shaft 8 and a plurality of stirring rods 9, the stirring rods 9 are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the first rotating shaft 8, the outer surface of the first rotating shaft 8 is also provided with a quick feeding unit through a switching component in a linkage manner, as shown in the figure 1, the figure 2, the figure 3 and the figure 4, the stirring rods 9 are driven to rotate through the first rotating shaft 8, and then the stirring rods 9 can effectively stir a plurality of fertilizers under the condition that a plurality of fertilizers are simultaneously applied, so that the fertilizers are uniformly dispersed, and further, a good uniformity of the fertilizers can be applied to the soil can, meanwhile, the caking fertilizer can be smashed by the stirring rod 9, the phenomenon that the caking fertilizer is difficult to fertilize and blocks is avoided, and the structure is simple.
The quick blanking unit comprises a spiral feeding rod 14, a rotating shaft II 12 is installed at the top end of the spiral feeding rod 14, the bottom end of the spiral feeding rod 14 extends into the communicating pipe 6, a mounting plate I13 is installed on the outer surface of the rotating shaft II 12 in a rotating mode, the mounting plate I13 is installed inside the material box 2, the switching assembly comprises a bevel gear I10 and a bevel gear II 11 which are meshed with each other, the bevel gear I10 and the bevel gear II 11 are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the rotating shaft I8 and the outer surface of the rotating shaft II 12 respectively, as shown in the figure 1, the figure 2, the figure 3 and the figure 4, and through the arrangement of the bevel, so that the second rotating shaft 12 can drive the screw feeding rod 14 to rotate synchronously when the first rotating shaft 8 rotates, and then can carry out the downdraft to the fertilizer after mixing and make it enter into communicating pipe 6 fast and enter into 3 insides of tripper, effectively promote the decline rate of delivery of fertilizer.
The front surface of the frame 1 is provided with a U-shaped seat 32, the U-shaped seat 32 is provided with a bolt 33 for fixing with a wheel, and the left side surface and the right side surface of the frame 1 are both rotatably provided with wheels 34.
The embodiment also provides a use method of the spray irrigation and fertilization device for planting the camellia oleifera, which comprises the following steps:
s1: mounting, firstly, pushing the whole frame 1 to move to the rear of the agricultural vehicle by using the wheel 34, pulling out the bolt 33 to insert the U-shaped seat 32 into the mounting seat of the agricultural vehicle in a matching way, and inserting the bolt 33 to fix;
s2: fertilizer and water filling, opening the box cover 7, adding a plurality of fertilizers to be fertilized into the material box 2, and putting the water pump 27 into the water tank 26;
s3: stirring and conveying fertilizers, starting a motor 31 to be matched with an agricultural vehicle to start, driving a rotating shaft I8 to rotate by the motor 31, driving a stirring rod 9 to rotate by the rotating shaft I8, stirring and smashing various fertilizers by the rotation of the stirring rod 9, so that the various fertilizers can be quickly mixed to ensure the fertilizing precision, and large fertilizers can be smashed to avoid blockage and difficult conveying, simultaneously driving a bevel gear I10 to rotate by the rotation of the rotating shaft I8, driving a bevel gear II 11 to rotate by the rotation of the bevel gear I10, driving a rotating shaft II 12 to rotate by the rotating gear II, driving a spiral feeding rod 14 to rotate by the rotating shaft II 12, and opening a control valve in a matched manner to enable the mixed fertilizers to enter a distributor 3 through a communicating;
s4: the fertilizer is divided, when the rotating shaft I8 rotates, the driving wheel I21 is driven to rotate, the rotating shaft III 15 is driven to rotate through the belt 24, the rotating shaft III 15 drives the material dividing disc 16 to rotate, and the fertilizer only enters the material dividing groove 18 and enters the discharging pipe 19 along with the rotation of the material dividing groove 18 to be discharged, so that the fertilizer discharging and fertilizing amount of each time is the same;
s5: when the rotating shaft III 15 rotates, the rotating shaft IV 35 is driven to rotate under the action of the driving wheel II 22 and the driving wheel III 23, the land turning knife 20 is driven to rotate to turn the land, the fertilizer discharged through the distributing disc 16 can enter the turned land, and meanwhile, the water in the water tank 26 is pumped by the water pump 27 to enter the water distributing pipe 28 and then is sprayed into the land after fertilization through the spray head 30.
