Abstract
本发明是一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,包括螺杆泵本体以及与螺杆泵本体连接的驱动电机,螺杆泵本体包括壳体,壳体侧壁上设有出油口,壳体内腔中安装有吸油螺杆,吸油螺杆与驱动电机的主轴连接,壳体底部通过沉头螺栓可拆卸安装有底座,底座上贯穿有与壳体内腔连通的进油口,壳体与底座连接的端面向内部设有调温腔,壳体侧壁上设有与调温腔连通的注液口,底座上圆周贯穿有与调温腔连通的若干加热管安装孔,加热管安装孔内安装有电连接的加热管。本发明底座设置在壳体的底部,既能实现进油的作用,还能直接固定在油箱上面,安装方便,节省空间,壳体内壁上设有调温腔,能够通过加热管对内部相变介质加热,传导给内部流动介质,调控温度。

技术领域
本发明涉及螺杆泵的技术领域,尤其涉及一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵。
背景技术
螺杆泵是依靠泵体与螺杆所形成的啮合空间容积变化和移动来输送液体或使之增压的回转泵,螺杆泵按螺纹数目分为单螺杆泵以及多螺杆泵,其中,螺杆泵中,当主动螺杆转动时,带动与啮合的从动螺杆一起转动,吸入腔一端的螺杆啮合空间容积逐渐增大,压力降低,液体在压差作用下进入啮合空间容积,当容积增至最大而形成一个密封腔时,液体就在一个个密封腔内连续地沿轴向移动,直至排出腔一端,这时排出腔一端的螺杆啮合空间容积逐渐缩小,而将液体排出。
现有的螺杆泵进油口与安装结构通常不是一体的,安装的时候需要考虑空间,通常需要外部的连接件实现与油箱等设备的连接,造成安装不便,成本较高的问题,而且螺杆泵内部介质的温度不容易调控。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,包括螺杆泵本体以及与螺杆泵本体连接的驱动电机,所述螺杆泵本体包括壳体,所述壳体侧壁上设有出油口,所述壳体内腔中安装有吸油螺杆,所述吸油螺杆与驱动电机的主轴连接,所述壳体底部通过沉头螺栓可拆卸安装有底座,所述底座上贯穿有与壳体内腔连通的进油口,所述底座上圆周贯穿有若干与油箱安装用的连接孔,所述壳体与底座连接的端面向内部设有调温腔,所述壳体侧壁上设有与调温腔连通的注液口,所述注液口上设有封闭帽,所述底座上圆周贯穿有与调温腔连通的若干加热管安装孔,所述加热管安装孔内安装有电连接的加热管,所述调温腔内注有相变介质。
所述壳体顶部与驱动电机之间设有钟罩法兰。
所述钟罩法兰包括连接在壳体顶部的上宽下窄的圆台形保护罩,所述圆台形保护罩顶部设有与驱动电机连接用的连接法兰盘。
所述圆台形保护罩侧壁上对称设有两个观察孔。
所述底座的进油口处连接有插入油箱内部的吸油管。
所述吸油管底部设有楔形开口。
所述底座为圆柱形结构。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明底座设置在壳体的底部,既能实现进油的作用,还能直接固定在油箱上面,安装方便,节省空间,进油口面向油箱,方便管路连接,更加便捷,减少连接零部件,节省成本,壳体内壁上设有调温腔,能够通过加热管对内部相变介质加热,进而传导给内部流动介质,调控内部介质的温度。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1至图3所示,一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,包括螺杆泵本体以及与螺杆泵本体连接的驱动电机1,所述螺杆泵本体包括壳体2,所述壳体2侧壁上设有出油口3,所述壳体2内腔中安装有吸油螺杆,所述吸油螺杆与驱动电机1的主轴连接,所述壳体2底部通过沉头螺栓17可拆卸安装有底座4,所述底座4上贯穿有与壳体2内腔连通的进油口5,所述底座4上圆周贯穿有若干与油箱6安装用的连接孔7,所述壳体2与底座4连接的端面向内部设有调温腔13,所述壳体1侧壁上设有与调温腔13连通的注液口14,所述注液口14上设有封闭帽15,所述底座4上圆周贯穿有与调温腔13连通的若干加热管安装孔,所述加热管安装孔内安装有电连接的加热管16,所述调温腔13内注有相变介质。
所述壳体2顶部与驱动电机1之间设有钟罩法兰8。
所述钟罩法兰8包括连接在壳体2顶部的上宽下窄的圆台形保护罩9,所述圆台形保护罩9顶部设有与驱动电机1连接用的连接法兰盘10。
所述圆台形保护罩9侧壁上对称设有两个观察孔11。
所述底座4的进油口5处连接有插入油箱6内部的吸油管12。
所述吸油管12底部设有楔形开口。
所述底座4为圆柱形结构。
本发明底座4设置在壳体2的底部,既能实现进油的作用,还能直接固定在油箱6上面,安装方便,节省空间,进油口6面向油箱6,方便管路连接,更加便捷,减少连接零部件,节省成本。壳体2内壁上设有调温腔13,能够通过加热管16对内部相变介质加热,进而传导给内部流动介质,调控内部介质的温度。钟罩法兰8起到连接作用,保证泵轴和驱动电机1的电机轴同心,同时也起保护罩的作用。

1.一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,其特征在于,包括螺杆泵本体以及与螺杆泵本体连接的驱动电机(1),所述螺杆泵本体包括壳体(2),所述壳体(2)侧壁上设有出油口(3),所述壳体(2)内腔中安装有吸油螺杆,所述吸油螺杆与驱动电机(1)的主轴连接,所述壳体(2)底部通过沉头螺栓(17)可拆卸安装有底座(4),所述底座(4)上贯穿有与壳体(2)内腔连通的进油口(5),所述底座(4)上圆周贯穿有若干与油箱(6)安装用的连接孔(7),所述壳体(2)与底座(4)连接的端面向内部设有调温腔(13),所述壳体(1)侧壁上设有与调温腔(13)连通的注液口(14),所述注液口(14)上设有封闭帽(15),所述底座(4)上圆周贯穿有与调温腔(13)连通的若干加热管安装孔,所述加热管安装孔内安装有电连接的加热管(16),所述调温腔(13)内注有相变介质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,其特征在于,所述壳体(2)顶部与驱动电机(1)之间设有钟罩法兰(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,其特征在于,所述钟罩法兰(8)包括连接在壳体(2)顶部的上宽下窄的圆台形保护罩(9),所述圆台形保护罩(9)顶部设有与驱动电机(1)连接用的连接法兰盘(10)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,其特征在于,所述圆台形保护罩(9)侧壁上对称设有两个观察孔(11)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,其特征在于,所述底座(4)的进油口(5)处连接有插入油箱(6)内部的吸油管(12)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,其特征在于,所述吸油管(12)底部设有楔形开口。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种便于安装的调温吸油螺杆泵,其特征在于,所述底座(4)为圆柱形结构。
