Abstract
本发明公开了一种纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶的配方及其制备,包括以下成分(按质量百分比):聚四氟乙烯:15~20%、聚氨酯:20~25%、磷氮阻燃剂:25~30%、丙烯酸树脂:20~25%、磷酸酯阻燃剂:12~18%、溶剂:3~5%、交联剂:2~4%、气相二氧化硅:0.5~1%、增稠剂:0.2~0.6、柔软剂:0.2~0.5。本发明还公开了一种纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶对织物进行涂层整理,遇火后在纺织品表面形成一层碳层,有效地隔绝火焰,可以通B1级阻燃测试标准。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工新材料领域,具体说是一种纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶的配方及其制备。
背景技术
随着经济的不断发展,工业和民用纺织品迅速增长,但同时由纺织品引起的火灾也不断增加,时刻威胁着人类的生命和财产安全。因此,对纺织品进行阻燃耐高温处理,延缓火灾蔓延速度,对减少生命财产损失非常有意义。目前工业发达国家和地区制定了相应的纺织
品阻燃标准及测试方法,比如家纺织物的BS-5852:2006阻燃测试标、遮阳材料NTA8825:2010阻燃测试标准、B1级:难燃性建筑材料:难燃类材料有较好的阻燃作用。其在空气中遇明火或在高温作用下难起火,不易很快发生蔓延,且当火源移开后燃烧立即停止。还出台相关法律进行强制执行。这促进了各国工业部门和研究部门对纺织品阻燃的研究,因此推动了耐高温阻燃涂层胶的发展。
现有的阻燃涂层胶几乎都是采用复配技术,阻燃机理方面主要以气相阻燃机理和膨胀性阻燃剂两种。气相阻燃机理缺乏耐高温能力,不能对火源进行有效的隔绝,遇火织物直接被烧开,点燃后无法自熄。
膨胀性阻燃剂受热时,表面生成一层起到隔热、隔氧和抑烟,并能防止
产生熔滴,具有一定厚度的均匀碳层,该碳层具有良好的阻燃性能,很好的弥补了气相阻燃剂的缺陷,单独采用膨胀型阻燃剂应用于涂层,虽然能成碳阻燃,但在抑制续燃和阻燃方面仍有不足,其在阻燃过程中产生更多的黑烟和更大的烟毒。因此,发明一种纺织品阻燃耐高温
涂层胶的制备方法来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种在空气中遇明火或在高温作用下难起火,不易很快发生蔓延,表面生成碳层,以有效的隔绝火焰,且当火源移开后燃烧立即停止;
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶的配方及其制备,其包括以下成分(按质量百分比):聚四氟乙烯 :15~20%、聚氨酯:20~25%、磷氮阻燃剂:25~30%、丙烯酸树脂:20~25%、磷酸酯阻燃剂:12~18%、溶剂:3~5%、交联剂 : 2~4%、气相二氧化硅 :0.5~1%、增稠剂:0.2~0.6、柔软剂:0.2~0.5。
所述的纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂均为水性。
进一步,所述的纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯作为防火、耐高温、耐强酸强碱、绝缘材料。
所述的纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶,其特征在于,所述交联剂为甲苯二异氰酸酷。
进一步,所述的纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶,其特征在于,所述柔软剂为有机硅树脂。
进一步,所述的纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶,其特征在于,所述气相二氧化硅为分散剂。
进一步,所述纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:在搅拌釜中加入聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、有机硅树脂,加适量水充分搅拌,温度控制在75~85℃,然后搅拌一小时后静置,即为树脂溶液。
步骤二:在搅拌釜中依次加入树脂溶液、聚四氟乙烯、磷氮阻燃剂、磷酸酯阻燃剂、交联剂、气相二氧化硅、增稠剂,开启搅拌,加热至85~105℃,搅拌30min,然后冷却至常温。
步骤三:,对上述混合物进行研磨处理,使其混合胶粒子直径小于8微米,然后加入增稠剂,充分搅拌,过滤后即得纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明采用了磷氮阻燃剂和磷酸酯,这两个阻燃剂配合其他原料可显著提高本发明的阻燃性能;本发明采用了气相二氧化硅作为分散剂,使得本发明具有优异的分散性和防流挂;本发明采用聚四氟乙烯、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂及其他原料,在高温200度下可以形成一层保护膜,保护膜可耐300度高温;本发明中的聚四氟乙烯具有良好的耐高温性、绝缘性、抗腐蚀性和阻燃性;本发明阻燃胶附着力强,色泽鲜亮、干燥快,耐高温性和阻燃性好,遇火成碳,同时还可以提高织物的静水压、撕破强力。使用过程中不释放甲醛、挥发性溶剂等有毒物质,使用寿命长。安全环保,具有广阔的市场前景。

通过以上三组实施例均可以制得阻燃耐高温涂层胶的配方,其中第二组实施例制得的阻燃耐高温涂层胶的配方效果最好,本发明采用磷氮阻燃剂和磷酸酯,这两个阻燃剂配合其他原料可显著提高本发明的阻燃性能;本发明采用了气相二氧化硅作为分散剂,使得本发明具有优异的分散性和防流挂;本发明采用聚四氟乙烯、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂及其他原料,在高温200度下可以形成一层保护膜,保护膜可耐300度高温;本发明中的聚四氟乙烯具有良好的耐高温性、绝缘性、抗腐蚀性和阻燃性;本发明阻燃胶附着力强,色泽鲜亮、干燥快,耐高温性和阻燃性好,遇火成碳,同时还可以提高织物的静水压、撕破强力。

1.一种纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶的配方及其制备,其特征在于,包括以下成分(按质量百分比):聚四氟乙烯 :15~20%、聚氨酯:20~25%、磷氮阻燃剂:25~30%、丙烯酸树脂:20~25%、磷酸酯阻燃剂:12~18%、溶剂:3~5%、交联剂: 2~4%、气相二氧化硅:0.5~1%、增稠剂: 0.2-0.6、柔软剂:0.2-0.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酷、丙烯酸树脂均为水性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯作为防火、耐高温、耐强酸强碱、绝缘材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶,其特征在于,所述交联剂为甲苯二异氰酸酷。

7.权利要求1-6一任一项所述一种纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:在搅拌釜中加入聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、有机硅树脂,加适量水充分搅拌,温度控制在75~85℃,然后搅拌一小时后静置,即为树脂溶液;
步骤二:在搅拌釜中依次加入树脂溶液、聚四氟乙烯、磷氮阻燃剂、磷酸酯阻燃剂、交联剂、气相二氧化硅、增稠剂,开启搅拌,加热至85~105℃,搅拌30min,然后冷却至常温;
步骤三:,对上述混合物进行研磨处理,使其混合胶粒子直径小于8微米,然后加入增稠剂,充分搅拌,过滤后即得纺织品阻燃耐高温涂层胶。
