Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pest control, in particular to a layering mechanism for stripping small insects and a small insect treatment system.
Background
In agricultural production, several pests which are small in size, large in harm and difficult to control exist: aphids, whiteflies, psyllids, thrips and traditional chemical pesticides have poor control effect on the pests and are easy to generate drug resistance. At present, the biological control of these "big and small" pests by natural enemy insects is becoming increasingly popular. However, the mass production of natural enemies of these pests presents some technical bottlenecks, such as: mechanically collecting, drying, packaging, and storing for a long time.
The team is always dedicated to the technical research and development and industrialization in the field of biological control, such as the industrial application project of aphidius gifuensis, the automatic collection and processing of the aphidius gifuensis products are realized (see the patent of the previous applications: 2018112669630, 2018112669700, 2019101767691, etc.), but the prior processing equipment has found some defects in the practical application process: the blades are placed on the conveying belt, the blades are pressed on the conveying belt through the pressing strips synchronously arranged with the conveying belt, and the surfaces of the blades are brushed and stripped through the rolling brush in the conveying process of the conveying belt. Because can lay a plurality of blades on the conveyer belt width direction, every layering needs to push down a plurality of blades simultaneously, but the leaf vein thickness of blade differs for the pressure of layering can mainly be used in the blade that thickness is thicker, and one can cause the pressure of other blades little, is brushed out by the round brush easily, influences the pressure of blade admittedly, and two layering can produce deformation under the reaction force of blade, and this is long to cause the layering to warp inefficacy easily in the past, and life reduces. Aiming at the defects, the team upgrades and optimizes the equipment, so that the stripping efficiency is improved and the universality of the equipment is also improved on the premise of ensuring the effect: parasitic wasps such as Aphidius avenae, Aphidius aurantiaca, Encarsia formosa, Cervus lucidus, etc. can be used.
Disclosure of Invention

Furthermore, the middle part of the pressing strip is provided with a bending part in a shape like a Chinese character ji.
Therefore, once the pressing strip deforms under the reaction force of the veins, the preset bending part on the pressing strip can absorb partial deformation force, the deformation of the pressing strip is reduced, and once the reaction force disappears, the pressing strip can be quickly restored to the original shape.
Furthermore, the lower support is provided with a mounting hole matched with the pressing strip, and the pressing strip is inserted into the mounting hole.
Furthermore, the elastic component is a spiral spring, and two ends of the spiral spring are respectively connected with the lower support and the upper support.
Furthermore, the pressing strip is provided with a plurality of pressing sub-strips arranged at intervals along the length direction, one end of each pressing sub-strip is connected to the corresponding pressing strip, and the other end of each pressing sub-strip extends along the longitudinal direction of the corresponding pressing strip to form a pressing part for pressing and fixing the blade.
Like this, the partial pressure strip that sets up through the interval is pressed the solid respectively to the blade for the influence range of vein thickness is limited only rather than the partial pressure strip of contact, can not exert an influence to the pressure solid effect of other partial pressure strips, thereby can press the solid blade more reliably.
Furthermore, the pressure dividing strip is made of elastic steel wires.
Therefore, the deformable amount of the partial pressure strips can be increased, and the blades can be more reliably pressed and fixed by utilizing the elasticity of the partial pressure strips.
Furthermore, the whole bending of partial pressure strip is the arc, the consolidated portion is located the middle part of partial pressure strip.
Therefore, the contact part of the sub-dividing pressing strip and the blade is arc-shaped, and the blade is prevented from being damaged by the end part of the sub-dividing pressing strip. Meanwhile, the contact area between the arc-shaped partial pressing strip and the blade can be smaller, so that the partial pressing strip is prevented from pressing or crushing insects.
A small insect processing system comprises a blade conveying mechanism for conveying blades and a layering transmission mechanism in synchronous transmission arrangement, wherein the layering transmission mechanism is oppositely arranged above the blade conveying mechanism; a stripping roller is arranged above the blade conveying mechanism, and bristles of the stripping roller are in contact with the upper surface of the blade conveying mechanism; the blade conveying mechanism is characterized in that a plurality of pressing strip mechanisms are arranged on the pressing strip transmission mechanism, and the pressing strip mechanisms are arranged on the pressing strip transmission mechanism through the upper support and can be in pressure joint with the upper surface of the blade conveying mechanism.
Furthermore, the bristles of the peeling roller are made of folded bristle wires, and two ends of the bristle wires are connected to the peeling roller, so that the plane where the bristle wires are located is integrally arranged along the axial direction of the peeling roller.
Like this, the brush hair silk after the fifty percent discount can form the bending segment of connection at the tip, and the whole axial setting along peel roller in its place plane simultaneously for peel roller roll in-process, brush hair silk and blade contact are not only the brush and are swept, can also utilize the bending segment of connection to hang along the blade surface, thereby will be attached to the insect on blade surface and hang down, improve the efficiency of peeling off.
In conclusion, the blade stripping device has the advantages that the structural design is reasonable, the pressing effect of the blade can be improved, the stripping efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the deformation of the pressing strip can be effectively slowed down, the service life of the pressing strip can be prolonged, and the like.

The layering mechanism is arranged on a transmission chain of the layering transmission mechanism 3 through the upper support 14, rotates along with the transmission chain, and can be in pressure joint with the upper surface of the blade conveying mechanism 2.
When the leaf blade stripping device is used, the upper support is installed on the insect stripping device, the upper support is connected with the lower support and the pressing strip through the elastic component, and therefore the two ends of the pressing strip are provided with the elastic components which can stretch, when the leaf blade is pressed and fixed, the pressing strip is firstly contacted with the veins with the largest thickness, and the elastic components at the two ends of the pressing strip are contracted and deformed under the reaction force of the veins. Meanwhile, the elastic parts at the two ends use the position of the vane as a fulcrum, so that the pressing strip inclines towards the side where the elastic part is located, which is relatively far away from the vane, thereby pressing more vanes at the side and achieving a good pressing and fixing effect. Above the blade conveyor 2 there is also a stripping drum 4, which stripping drum 4 is located between the two drive chains, as can be seen in the figure, in the middle of the chain drive path.
The bristles of the stripping roller 4 are in contact with the upper surface of the blade conveying mechanism 2; install a plurality of layering mechanisms on the layering drive mechanism 3, layering mechanism includes layering 11, the both ends tip of layering 11 is provided with erection support 12, erection support 12 is including the undersetting 13 that is used for connecting layering 11 and the upper bracket 14 that is used for installing fixedly, be connected with telescopic elastic component 15 between undersetting 13 and the upper bracket 14.
In addition, due to the contraction of the elastic component, the reaction force borne by the pressing strip is reduced, the deformation quantity of the pressing strip is weakened, and the pressing strip can be prevented from deforming early in the using process, so that the service life of the pressing strip is prolonged.
In practice, the bead 11 is made of a flexible elastic rod.
In this way, the batten bends towards two sides by taking the position of the thickest vein as the center under the pressure of the elastic parts at two sides, so that the lower blade can be pressed and fixed as much as possible.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the middle of the pressing strip 11 has a bent portion in a shape of a Chinese character ji.
Therefore, once the pressing strip deforms under the reaction force of the veins, the preset bending part on the pressing strip can absorb partial deformation force, the deformation of the pressing strip is reduced, and once the reaction force disappears, the pressing strip can be quickly restored to the original shape.

In practice, the dividing strips 16 are made of elastic steel wires.
Therefore, the deformable amount of the partial pressure strips can be increased, and the blades can be more reliably pressed and fixed by utilizing the elasticity of the partial pressure strips.
In implementation, the partial pressure strips 16 are integrally bent into an arc shape, and the pressing part is located in the middle of the partial pressure strips 16.
During specific implementation, the layering 11 is rotatably sleeved with a plurality of lantern rings arranged at intervals, the layering 16 is arranged on the lantern rings, and an elastic mechanism used for enabling the layering 16 to rotate towards the pressing and fixing direction is arranged between the lantern rings and the layering. Therefore, the lantern ring can rotate reversely by the reaction force of the blades acting on the partial pressure strips, so that the deformation of the partial pressure strips is reduced under the condition that the pressure fixing force is not weakened, and the service life of the partial pressure strips is prolonged.
Specifically, elastic mechanism can be the cover and establish torsional spring on the layering 11, also can be two magnets that set up along the circumference syntropy of layering 11 relatively, have on the inner wall of the lantern ring or the layering along the recess that circumference set up, two magnet is located in the recess, and respectively with lantern ring and layering 11 fixed connection.
As shown in fig. 2, the brush of the peeling roller 4 is made of a folded brush filament, and two ends of the brush filament are connected to the peeling roller 4, so that the whole plane where the brush filament is located is arranged along the axial direction of the peeling roller 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a material receiving mechanism 6 for receiving the blades is connected to the discharge end of the blade conveying mechanism 2, the discharge end of the material receiving mechanism 6 is connected to a filter plate 61 which is obliquely arranged, and the filter plate 61 is densely provided with filter holes; the lower end of the filter plate 61 is provided with a blade collecting frame 62.
Adopt above-mentioned structure, the blade after peeling off the insect passes through receiving agencies and falls on the filter material board of slope, and the collision of blade and filter material board can make the blade shake to can shake out the insect that presss from both sides between the blade, then at the in-process that the blade slided along with the filter material board that inclines, the insect falls out from the filtration pore of filter material board, thereby can accomplish the secondary collection of insect.
In practice, the bottom of the blade collecting frame 62 has densely arranged filtering holes.
Thus, insects falling with the blades into the blade collecting frame can be collected through the filtering holes at the bottom.
During implementation, the collecting mechanism 6 comprises a rotating shaft driven by a motor, a plurality of material collecting plates arranged along the axial direction are arranged on the rotating shaft, and the material collecting plates are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft.
Like this, rotate through motor drive pivot for the receipts flitch stirs the blade towards the filter material board.
During implementation, the rotating shaft and the material collecting plate are provided with a housing which is covered, and a feeding channel is formed between the housing and the material collecting plate.
When the filter material shaking table is used, the filter material plate 61 is installed on the frame body through a telescopic elastic support, and the filter material plate 61 is further provided with a driving mechanism for driving the filter material plate 61 to shake.
Like this, make the shake of filter material board through actuating mechanism for the blade that falls on the filter material board also can be along with together shaking, is favorable to the insect that presss from both sides wherein to fall out. During the concrete implementation, the elastic support is the coil spring who sets up between filter material board 61 and the support body, and this coil spring installs between filter material board 61 and support body through the bolt that runs through support body, coil spring and filter material board 61 in proper order, and filter material board 61 can realize the shake along the bolt direction through coil spring's shrink.
In practice, the driving mechanism is a vibration motor mounted on the filter plate 61.
The vibrating motor obtains exciting force through centrifugal force generated in the rotating process of the eccentric block, so that the filter material plate can be driven to vibrate.
In practice, the bottom of the filter plate 61 and the blade collecting frame 62 are provided with an insect collecting plate 63, and the insect collecting plate 63 is obliquely arranged.
When in use, the edge of the insect collecting plate 63 is provided with a baffle plate which is vertically arranged, and the baffle plate at the lowest position of the insect collecting plate 63 is provided with a discharge hole.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the insect drying device includes a conveying device 5 for conveying insects, an air permeable conveying belt 51 is disposed on the conveying device 5, an air suction cover 53 is disposed under the conveying belt 51, the air suction cover 53 is located in the middle of the conveying belt 51 and connected to an air suction pipeline for sucking air, and a feeding end of the conveying belt 51 is connected and disposed under a discharge port of the insect collecting plate 63.
Because the conveyer belt can be ventilative for after the material loading end of conveyer belt is put to the insect, in transportation process, unnecessary moisture can be filtered from the conveyer belt, makes the water content of insect descend. When the insects are conveyed to the position of the air suction cover, the air suction cover generates negative pressure under the suction of the air suction pipeline, so that the air above the conveying belt passes through the gap between the conveying belt and the conveyed insects, the flowing speed of the air is increased, the moisture is promoted to evaporate, and meanwhile, the insects are not easy to blow away due to the negative pressure effect generated by the air suction cover on the conveying belt, and the insects are convenient to collect while the dryness is ensured.
In operation, an air supply cover 52 which is arranged opposite to the air suction cover 53 is arranged above the conveyor belt 51, and a gap for conveying insects to pass is formed between the bottom of the air supply cover 52 and the conveyor belt 51; an air supply duct for supplying air is connected to the air supply hood 52.
Like this, through the conveyer belt top just to the air feed cover that sets up, can guarantee a large amount of initiative air transportation, further also can improve the air extraction volume of the cover of breathing in to increase the air quantity that passes the conveyer belt in the unit interval, further accelerate evaporation rate, improve dry efficiency.
In implementation, a backing plate 54 is arranged below the conveyor belt 51, and the backing plate 54 is provided with densely distributed vent holes; the suction hood 53 is contiguously disposed below the backing plate 54.
Like this, through the backing plate that the below set up for the conveyer belt receives the negative pressure suction back of the cover of breathing in, can keep the level ground to paste on the backing plate, avoids the conveyer belt to cause because of the suction warp outside insect to roll or inwards pile up, guarantees insect evenly distributed, is favorable to improving moisture evaporation efficiency.
In operation, the suction hood 53 has a plurality of suction partitions therein, and the suction partition divides the suction end and the discharge end of the suction hood 53 into a plurality of areas so as to be communicated with each other.
Therefore, the negative pressure of the air suction end can be uniformly distributed at the bottom of the conveyor belt, so that the air flow of each area is uniform as much as possible, and the overall evaporation effect can be ensured.
In operation, the gas supply hood 52 has a plurality of gas supply partitions therein, which divide the gas supply end and the gas supply end of the gas supply hood 52 into a plurality of regions so as to be communicated with each other.
In practice, a moisture recovery groove 55 is disposed at the feeding end of the conveyor belt 51, the moisture recovery groove 55 is disposed just below the conveyor belt 51, and a water collecting pipe is connected to the moisture recovery groove 55.
Like this, filterable moisture can be retrieved through moisture recovery groove behind the insect material loading to discharge to being used for spraying in the water tank of blade through the collector pipe.
In implementation, the discharge end of the conveyor belt 51 is vertically arranged, the inner side of the vertically arranged conveyor belt 51 is provided with an air blowing cover 56 in a facing manner, and the air blowing cover 56 is connected with an air supply pipeline for positive pressure air supply.
The blowing cover is arranged to blow air towards the conveyor belt from the inner side, so that insects attached to the surface of the conveyor belt can be separated from the conveyor belt on the one hand, and the insects which fall freely can fall off in a parabolic manner towards the direction far away from the conveyor belt under the left and right blowing conditions on the other hand, and can fall into the collecting box reliably.
In order to make insects more stably and smoothly pass through the areas where the air feeding cover and the air suction cover are located, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the conveying direction of the conveyor belt, the length of the air feeding cover is smaller than the size of the air suction cover, one side, away from the feeding side of the conveyor belt, of the air suction cover extends out of the coverage range of the air feeding cover, the base plate covers the air suction cover, and the ventilation area of the ventilation holes in the area, located out of the coverage range of the air feeding cover, of the base plate is gradually reduced along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt.
Therefore, in the coverage range of the air delivery cover, insects are stably sucked on the conveying belt through the negative pressure of the air suction cover, meanwhile, the insects are quickly dried under the action of high-speed flowing air, the insects gradually move out of the coverage range of the air suction cover along with the movement of the conveying belt, the negative pressure of the air suction cover acting on the back surface of the conveying belt is weakened due to the gradual reduction of the ventilation area of the ventilation holes, the insects can gradually break away from the influence of the negative pressure, the insects are prevented from being gathered at the edge of the coverage range of the air suction cover under the action of the negative pressure, the insects can smoothly move along with the conveying belt through the gradual reduction of the ventilation area, and finally, the collection is finished.
In specific implementation, the structure shown in fig. 7 may be adopted, and the number of the vent holes is gradually reduced along the running direction of the conveyor belt and gradually concentrated towards the middle part. Therefore, before the negative pressure is relieved, the middle part of the width direction of the conveying belt can always keep the negative pressure, so that the insects have the effect of gathering towards the middle under the action of the negative pressure, and the scattering of the insects is avoided. It is also possible to adopt a structure as shown in fig. 8, in which vent holes are uniformly distributed on the mat plate, the mat plate is covered with a cover plate 58, and the cover plate 58 is provided with a vent region, the width of which is gradually reduced along the running direction of the conveyor belt. This achieves the same effect as in fig. 7.
In specific implementation, the ventilation area of the ventilation holes can be gradually reduced along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt in other modes. Such as: under the condition that the vent holes are uniformly distributed and the number of the vent holes is unchanged, the aperture of the vent holes is gradually reduced along the conveying direction, and the like.

the method comprises the steps that a blade attached with the parasitic wasps (including the parasitic wasps in different growth states, such as parasitic pupas, stiff aphids and the like) is placed on a conveying belt from a feeding end of the conveying belt of a blade conveying mechanism, the blade moves forwards along with the conveying belt, when the blade enters the position of a layering transmission mechanism, the blade is pressed on the conveying belt by a layering strip or a partial pressure strip and moves forwards synchronously, when the blade passes through the area of a stripping roller, bristles on the stripping roller brush and sweep the surface of the blade, the parasitic wasps attached to the blade are stripped from the blade, the stripped parasitic wasps and the blade continue to move forwards, and at a discharging end of the conveying belt, the parasitic wasps attached to the surface of the conveying belt after being stripped directly fall onto an insect collecting plate. The parasitic wasps clamped between the blades after the blades with large volume are communicated and stripped are sent into the material receiving mechanism, and the parasitic wasps clamped between the blades are shaken out and fall onto the insect collecting plate from the filter holes under the shaking of the filter material plate. The parasitic wasps collected on the insect collecting plate are fed onto a conveying belt of the drying device, moisture attached to the parasitic wasps is directly filtered out through the conveying belt, then the parasitic wasps enter the area where the air suction cover is located under the conveying of the conveying belt, negative pressure is generated at the bottom of the conveying belt of the air suction cover, on one hand, moisture attached to the surfaces of the parasitic wasps or insects can be directly sucked into the air suction cover, the moisture content on the surfaces of the parasitic wasps or insects is directly reduced, and rapid drying is facilitated; on the other hand, the air is sucked from the upper part and flows through the area where the parasitic wasp or the insect is located, the flow rate of the air is increased, the evaporation speed of the residual moisture on the surface of the parasitic wasp or the insect is accelerated, meanwhile, the parasitic wasp can be kept on the conveyor belt under the action of negative pressure, scattering is avoided, the drying effect can be guaranteed, and the loss rate can be reduced. The system is suitable for various parasitic bee products, and the universality of the equipment is better.
