In addition, the outdoor fan motor can cause high temperature and even damage of the components of the air conditioner after being stopped or damaged.
Under the condition of high-temperature refrigeration, the environment temperature of the outdoor side of the air conditioner is severe, the outdoor unit fan runs at high temperature and high load, in order to protect the outdoor fan motor, the temperature of the outdoor fan motor is also protected after the outdoor fan motor runs for a period of time under the high temperature load for a long time, generally, the scheme is a scheme for directly stopping the air conditioner in overload protection, and the scheme often influences the comfort level experience of users.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
When the air conditioner is normally operated, the operation frequency of the compressor is generally adjusted by the difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the set temperature, and the ultimate goal is to adjust the indoor ambient temperature to the set temperature.
In order to improve the effect of the air conditioner and reduce energy consumption, an outdoor fan motor of an outdoor unit of the air conditioner is divided into multi-gear air volume control, and the current operating gear of the outdoor fan motor is automatically selected according to the operating frequency of a compressor and the outdoor environment temperature. In a refrigeration state, the higher the outdoor environment temperature is, the higher the rotating speed of the outdoor fan motor is, and under the condition of high-temperature refrigeration, the outdoor fan motor is in high-temperature and high-load operation for a long time, so that the service life of the outdoor fan motor is influenced, the outdoor fan motor is easy to damage, components in the air conditioner control box are further easy to damage after the outdoor fan motor is damaged, and the comfort level experience of a user is influenced due to shutdown caused by air conditioner overload protection.
In order to solve the above problem, the present embodiment proposes a control method of an air conditioner:
when the air conditioner is in a normal operation state, a temperature sensor on the outdoor unit fan motor detects the temperature of the fan motor.
When the temperature sensor on the fan motor detects that the fan motor is not raised to the protection temperature, the air conditioner is still in a normal operation state.
When the temperature of the fan motor rises to the protection temperature, the frequency of the compressor is controlled to be reduced, and the rotating speed of the fan motor is controlled to be reduced after the frequency of the compressor is reduced, so that the temperature of the fan motor is reduced, the fan motor is protected, and meanwhile, the air conditioner is prevented from being shut down for protection.
The embodiment must first control the frequency of the compressor to decrease, and then control the rotating speed of the fan motor to decrease, so as to prevent the air conditioning system from being stopped due to problems.
Preferably, the method of controlling the frequency drop of the compressor comprises: the frequency of the compressor is decreased for a period of time every time the set frequency is decreased. The rotational speed of the fan motor is controlled to be reduced by a set margin.
Further, the protection temperature at least comprises a first protection temperature and a second protection temperature, and the first protection temperature is smaller than the second protection temperature. In order to carry out multiple protection strategy to fan motor, when fan motor temperature is low, carry out slow protection control to the air conditioner and adjust to reduce the influence to the air conditioning effect, when fan motor temperature is high, carry out quick protection control to the air conditioner and adjust, with the temperature of quick reduction fan motor, reach the purpose of protection fan motor.
Specifically, when the temperature of the fan motor is increased to a first protection temperature, the frequency of the compressor is controlled to be reduced by a first set frequency every first set time and is continued for the first time, and after the frequency of the compressor is reduced, the rotating speed of the fan motor is controlled to be reduced by a first set amplitude.
And when the temperature of the fan motor is increased to a second protection temperature, controlling the frequency of the compressor to decrease a second set frequency every second set time and continuing for the second time, and controlling the rotating speed of the fan motor to decrease by a second set amplitude after the frequency of the compressor is decreased.
The first set time is longer than the second set time, the first set frequency is less than or equal to the second set frequency, and the first time is longer than the second time; the first amplitude is less than the second amplitude.
In order to further protect the fan motor, a stop temperature is set to the fan motor, the stop temperature corresponds to a fan motor coil damage temperature, and when the temperature of the fan motor rises to the stop temperature, the air conditioner is controlled to stop.
Wherein the stopping temperature is higher than the protection temperature. When the protection temperature is set to be plural, the stop temperature is higher than the maximum protection temperature.
Preferably, the stop temperature is any value from 115 degrees to 120 degrees.
Through the control, when the temperature of the fan motor is reduced to the normal temperature, the air conditioner enters the normal running state; wherein the normal temperature is less than the protection temperature.
Preferably, the normal temperature is any value from 85 degrees to 95 degrees.
In the following, the present embodiment will be specifically described by taking an example of setting two protection temperatures, where the first protection temperature is less than the second protection temperature, specifically, the first protection temperature is 100 degrees, and the second protection temperature is 105 degrees:
after the air conditioner is started, the air conditioner is in a normal running state.
A temperature sensor on the outdoor unit fan motor detects the temperature of the fan motor.
When the temperature sensor on the fan motor detects that the temperature of the fan motor is not increased to the protection temperature, the air conditioner is in a normal operation state.
When the temperature of the fan motor is increased to a first protection temperature (100 ℃), the frequency of the compressor is controlled to be reduced by a first set frequency (1 Hz) every first set time (15 s) and lasts for a first time (2 min), and the rotating speed of the fan motor is controlled to be reduced in a first set amplitude in a small mode after the frequency of the compressor is reduced (5 s).
And when the temperature of the fan motor is reduced to the normal temperature, entering the normal running state of the air conditioner.
If the temperature of the fan motor is not reduced, but continuously rises, when the temperature of the fan motor rises to a second protection temperature (105 ℃), controlling the frequency of the compressor to reduce a second set frequency (1 Hz) every second set time (5 s) and keep for a second time (1 min), and controlling the rotating speed of the fan motor to rapidly reduce at a second set amplitude after the frequency of the compressor is reduced (5 s).
And when the temperature of the fan motor is reduced to the normal temperature, entering the normal running state of the air conditioner.
If the temperature of the fan motor is not reduced but continuously increased, when the temperature of the fan motor is increased to a stop temperature (115 ℃), the air conditioner is controlled to stop,
specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the control method of the air conditioner of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s1, starting an air conditioner.
And S2, the air conditioner is in a normal operation state.
And S3, detecting the temperature of the fan motor by a temperature sensor positioned on the fan motor of the outdoor unit.

when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is greater than or equal to the first protection temperature and less than the second protection temperature, the step S5 is executed;
when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the second protection temperature and lower than the stop temperature, the process proceeds to step S6.
When the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the stop temperature, the process proceeds to step S7.
And S5, controlling the frequency of the compressor to reduce the first set frequency every first set time and keep the first time, and controlling the rotating speed of the fan motor to reduce in a small way by a first set amplitude after the frequency of the compressor is reduced. The process advances to step S8.
And S6, controlling the frequency of the compressor to reduce the second set frequency every second set time and continue the second time, and after the frequency of the compressor is reduced, controlling the rotating speed of the fan motor to rapidly reduce in a second set amplitude. The process advances to step S8.
And S7, stopping the machine.
And S8, judging whether the temperature of the fan motor is reduced to the normal temperature, if so, entering the step S2, otherwise, entering the step S4.

As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment further provides an air conditioner, including:
and the temperature sensor is positioned on the fan motor of the outdoor unit and used for detecting the temperature of the fan motor when the air conditioner is in a normal running state.
The control module is used for controlling the air conditioner to be in a normal running state when the temperature of the fan motor is at a normal temperature, namely, when the temperature is not increased to a protection temperature.
The control module is used for firstly controlling the frequency of the compressor to be reduced when the temperature of the fan motor is increased to the protection temperature, and then controlling the rotating speed of the fan motor to be reduced after the frequency of the compressor is reduced so as to reduce the temperature of the fan motor, protect the fan motor and simultaneously avoid the shutdown protection of the air conditioner.
The control module of the embodiment must firstly control the frequency of the compressor to be reduced and then control the rotating speed of the fan motor to be reduced, so that the air conditioning system can be prevented from being stopped due to problems.
The control module is used for entering the normal running state of the air conditioner when the temperature of the fan motor is reduced to the normal temperature.
Wherein the normal temperature is less than the protection temperature.
Preferably, the normal temperature is any value from 85 degrees to 95 degrees.
And the storage module is used for storing the protection temperature and the normal temperature.
Preferably, the control module is configured to control the compressor to decrease the set frequency every set time, and the frequency of the compressor is decreased for a period of time.
The control module is used for controlling the rotating speed of the fan motor to be reduced in a set range.
Further, the protection temperature at least comprises a first protection temperature and a second protection temperature, and the first protection temperature is smaller than the second protection temperature. In order to carry out multiple protection strategy to fan motor, when fan motor temperature is low, carry out protection control slowly and adjust to the air conditioner to reduce the influence to the air conditioner effect, when fan motor temperature is high, carry out quick protection control to the air conditioner and adjust, with the temperature of quick reduction fan motor, reach protection fan motor's purpose.
Specifically, the control module is used for controlling the frequency of the compressor to decrease a first set frequency every first set time and keep the first time when the temperature of the fan motor is increased to a first protection temperature, and controlling the rotating speed of the fan motor to decrease with a first set amplitude after the frequency of the compressor decreases.
The control module is used for controlling the frequency of the compressor to decrease a second set frequency every second set time and continue for the second time when the temperature of the fan motor is increased to a second protection temperature, and controlling the rotating speed of the fan motor to decrease in a second set amplitude after the frequency of the compressor decreases.
The first set time is greater than the second set time, the first set frequency is less than or equal to the second set frequency, and the first time is greater than the second time; the first amplitude is less than the second amplitude.
In order to further protect the fan motor, a stop temperature is set for the fan motor in the storage module, wherein the stop temperature corresponds to the damage temperature of the coil of the fan motor. The control module is used for controlling the air conditioner to stop when the temperature of the fan motor is increased to the stop temperature.
Wherein the stop temperature is higher than the protection temperature. When the protection temperature is set to be plural, the stop temperature is higher than the maximum protection temperature.
Preferably, the stop temperature is any value of 115 to 120 degrees.
The air conditioner of the embodiment can limit the temperature of the outdoor fan motor, the phenomenon of shutdown caused by overhigh temperature rise can be avoided, meanwhile, the outdoor fan motor can not run at high temperature and overload for a long time, the service life of the outdoor fan motor is prolonged, the outdoor fan motor can not be shut down, and the damage of components and parts of the air conditioner due to overhigh temperature can be avoided.
