Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of air conditioners, and in particular, to a method for controlling an air conditioner, a control device for an air conditioner, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
For the air conditioner capable of frequency conversion, when a user adjusts the windshield of the indoor unit, the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit and the operating frequency of the compressor are adjusted at the same time, the rotating speed of the fan of the common indoor unit is adjusted faster, the frequency of the compressor is adjusted slower, namely when the rotating speed of the fan is switched to a target rotating speed, the frequency of the compressor is not adjusted to the target frequency, and the frequency modulation noise of the compressor is transmitted to the indoor unit through a pipeline. For example, when a user adjusts the windshield of the indoor unit from the highest windshield to the lowest windshield, the rotating speed of the fan is generally reduced to the lowest windshield within about 10 seconds, and at the moment, the compressor is still in a high-frequency operation state or just starts to reduce the frequency, and because the noise of the fan of the indoor unit is very low, the noise of the high-frequency operation of the compressor or the noise in the frequency reduction process can be transmitted to the indoor unit through a pipeline. Since the fm noise of the compressor is harsh, when the fm noise of the compressor is transmitted to the indoor unit, the fm noise of the compressor may cause a bad user experience and even a complaint or complaint.
Therefore, how to improve the noise quality when adjusting the windshield and improve the user experience becomes an urgent technical problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
To this end, an object of the present invention is to provide a control method of an air conditioner.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a control apparatus for an air conditioner.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a computer-readable storage medium.
To achieve at least one of the above objects, according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control method of an air conditioner including: the control method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps: receiving an instruction of reducing the rotating speed of a fan of the indoor unit from a first rotating speed to a second rotating speed; controlling the frequency of the compressor to decrease to a target frequency; and gradually reducing the fan rotating speed of the indoor unit in the process of controlling the frequency of the compressor to be reduced to the target frequency, so that the fan rotating speed of the indoor unit is reduced to the second rotating speed when the running time of the compressor under the target frequency reaches the preset time.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, in the process of reducing the frequency of the compressor, the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is gradually reduced, so that the speed reduction of the fan of the indoor unit is completed only when the frequency reduction of the compressor is completed and the compressor stably operates, and the condition that the speed reduction of the compressor is completed only after the speed reduction of the fan of the indoor unit is completed for a long time is avoided. Because the sound that the fan produced is more mild, compare in the harsh noise of compressor, the sound that the user produced can accept the fan relatively, and the user utilizes the sound that the fan produced to cover the noise of compressor when adjusting the windscreen like this to improve the noise quality of indoor set, promote user's use and experience.
The control method of the air conditioner according to the above embodiment of the present invention may further have the following technical features:
according to an embodiment of the present invention, each rotation speed of the fan of the indoor unit is set to have an operable maximum frequency of the compressor, and the higher the rotation speed is, the higher the operable maximum frequency of the compressor is.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the fan and the compressor of the indoor unit are in linkage control, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is set corresponding to the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit, so that the overlarge noise generated by the compressor is avoided, and the noise generated by the compressor can be covered by the sound generated by the fan of the indoor unit.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the rotation speed of the fan of the indoor unit is a first rotation speed, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is a first frequency, and when the rotation speed of the fan of the indoor unit is a second rotation speed, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is a second frequency, and the target frequency is not greater than the second frequency.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor corresponding to the first rotating speed is the first frequency, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor corresponding to the second rotating speed is the second frequency, when the instruction that the rotating speed is reduced from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed is received, the frequency of the compressor is reduced to the target frequency which is not greater than the second frequency, so that the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit can be gradually reduced in the process of reducing the frequency, and the fan of the indoor unit is reduced only when the compressor finishes frequency reduction and stably operates.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for gradually reducing the rotational speed of the fan of the indoor unit includes the steps of: and reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit once every preset time, and reducing one windshield every time so as to ensure that the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is reduced in a step manner.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit can be reduced once every preset time (for example, 20 seconds), the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is ensured to be gradually reduced in a step mode, the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is prevented from being rapidly reduced to the second rotating speed, and the noise of the compressor is covered by the sound generated by the fan. Of course, the fan speed of the indoor unit may also be decreased linearly.
According to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, a control device of an air conditioner is proposed, comprising a processor for implementing the steps of the method of any one of the first aspect when executing a computer program stored in a memory.
According to an embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is proposed, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of the above-mentioned first aspects.
According to an embodiment of a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control method of an air conditioner including: the control method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps: receiving an instruction of reducing the rotating speed of a fan of the indoor unit from a first rotating speed to a second rotating speed; controlling the frequency of the compressor to decrease to a target frequency; and when the running time of the compressor under the target frequency reaches preset time, starting to control the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit to be reduced from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, when the instruction of reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is received, the frequency of the compressor is controlled to be reduced to the target frequency, then the rotating speed of the fan is reduced, the rotating speed of the fan is reduced quickly, and therefore the rotating speed of the fan can be reduced quickly after the frequency of the compressor is reduced.
According to an embodiment of a fifth aspect of the present invention, a control device of an air conditioner is proposed, comprising a processor for implementing the steps of the method according to any one of the fourth aspects when executing a computer program stored in a memory.
According to an embodiment of the sixth aspect of the invention, a computer-readable storage medium is proposed, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of the fourth aspects.
According to an embodiment of a seventh aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control method of an air conditioner including: the control method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps: receiving an instruction for increasing the rotating speed of a fan of the indoor unit from a first rotating speed to a second rotating speed; controlling the rotating speed of a fan of the indoor unit to increase to the second rotating speed; controlling the frequency of the compressor to increase to a target frequency after the fan rotation speed of the indoor unit increases to the second rotation speed.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, when the increase of the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is received, the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is increased, and when the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is increased, the frequency of the compressor is increased to the target frequency, namely, the sound generated by the fan is increased, and then the sound generated by the fan covers the noise of the frequency increase of the compressor. Because the sound that the fan produced is more mild, compare in the harsh noise of compressor, the sound that the user produced can accept the fan relatively, and the user utilizes the sound that the fan produced to cover the noise of compressor when adjusting the windscreen like this, can improve the noise quality of indoor set, promotes user's use and experiences.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor corresponding to the first rotating speed is the first frequency, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor corresponding to the second rotating speed is the second frequency, when the instruction that the rotating speed is increased from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed is received, the frequency of the compressor is increased to the target frequency which is not larger than the second frequency corresponding to the second rotating speed, therefore, the frequency of the compressor can be gradually increased in the process that the rotating speed of the fan is increased, and the frequency increase and the stable operation of the compressor are finished only after the speed increase of the fan of the indoor unit is finished.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, according to a control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner includes: the control method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps:
and 102, receiving an instruction for reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit from a first rotating speed to a second rotating speed.
And 104, controlling the frequency of the compressor to be reduced to the target frequency.
And 106, gradually reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit in the process of controlling the frequency of the compressor to be reduced to the target frequency, so that the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is reduced to a second rotating speed when the running time of the compressor under the target frequency reaches the preset time.
In the technical scheme, in the process of reducing the frequency of the compressor, the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is gradually reduced, so that the speed reduction of the fan of the indoor unit is completed only when the compressor completes frequency reduction and stably operates, and the condition that the compressor completes speed reduction after the fan of the indoor unit completes speed reduction for a long time is avoided.
Wherein the preset time is greater than or equal to 0. When the preset time is 0, the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is reduced to a second rotating speed when the frequency of the compressor is reduced to the target frequency. When the preset time is positive, the frequency of the compressor is reduced to the target frequency, and the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is reduced to the second rotating speed after the compressor operates for a certain time under the target frequency.
In the above technical solution, preferably, each rotation speed of the fan of the indoor unit is set with an operable maximum frequency of one of the compressors, and the higher the rotation speed is, the higher the operable maximum frequency of the corresponding compressor is.
The fan and the compressor of the indoor unit are in linkage control, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is set corresponding to the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit, so that the phenomenon that the compressor generates too much noise is avoided, and the noise generated by the compressor can be covered by the sound generated by the fan of the indoor unit. For example, when the fan of the indoor unit is operated at the highest damper Fmax, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is Fhmax; when the preset wind speed of the indoor fan is the middle windshield Fmid, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is Fh mid; when the preset wind speed of the indoor fan is the lowest wind shield Fmin, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is Fh min, wherein Fhmax > Fhmid > Fhmin.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, when the rotation speed of the fan of the indoor unit is a first rotation speed, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is a first frequency, and when the rotation speed of the fan of the indoor unit is a second rotation speed, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is a second frequency, and the target frequency is not greater than the second frequency.
When an instruction that the rotating speed is reduced from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed (for example, from 1300rpm to 800rpm) is received, the frequency of the compressor is reduced to a target frequency which is not greater than the second frequency corresponding to 800rpm, so that the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit can be gradually reduced in the process of reducing the frequency, and further, when the compressor finishes frequency reduction and stably operates, the speed reduction of the fan of the indoor unit is finished.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the fan of the indoor unit has a plurality of windshields, the plurality of windshields correspond to a plurality of fan rotation speeds one-to-one, and the fan rotation speed of the indoor unit is gradually reduced when at least one windshield exists between the windshield corresponding to the first rotation speed and the windshield corresponding to the second rotation speed, specifically including: and reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit once every preset time, and reducing one windshield every time so as to ensure that the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is reduced in a step manner.
The rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit can be reduced once every preset time (for example, 20 seconds), the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is ensured to be gradually reduced in a step mode, the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is prevented from being rapidly reduced to a second rotating speed, and the noise of the compressor is covered by the sound generated by the fan. Of course, the fan speed of the indoor unit may also be decreased linearly.
For example, the fan speed of the indoor unit has four gears, namely a strong gear, a high gear, a medium gear and a low gear, when the fan speed of the indoor unit is adjusted from the strong gear to the low gear, in the linkage control, when the wind speed is the low gear, the highest frequency of the compressor is assumed to be a, and the compressor frequency and the fan speed are simultaneously reduced, but before the fan speed reaches the low gear, the frequency of the compressor is firstly reduced to a or below a (generally, the frequency is reduced to a). Specifically, for example, if the wind speed takes 10 seconds per gear reduction, 30 seconds are required for the power reduction to the low gear, and if the frequency of the compressor is 80 Hz at the power reduction and a is 50 Hz (i.e., the target frequency), the down-conversion speed of the compressor is 1Hz/s, so that the frequency of the compressor is reduced to the target frequency of 50 Hz when the frequency of the compressor is reduced to the target frequency.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a control device of an air conditioner is proposed, the control device of the air conditioner comprising a processor for implementing the steps of the method of any one of the first aspect when executing a computer program stored in a memory.
According to an embodiment of the invention, a computer-readable storage medium is proposed, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of the first aspect as described above.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, according to a control method of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner includes: the control method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps:
And step 204, controlling the frequency of the compressor to be reduced to the target frequency.
And step 206, when the running time of the compressor under the target frequency reaches the preset time, controlling the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit to be reduced from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed.
In the technical scheme, when an instruction for reducing the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is received, the frequency of the compressor is controlled to be reduced to the target frequency, then the rotating speed of the fan is reduced, and the rotating speed of the fan is reduced quickly, so that the fan can finish reducing the speed quickly after the compressor finishes reducing the frequency.
For example, when the fan of the indoor unit is operated at the highest damper Fmax, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is Fhmax; when the preset wind speed of the indoor fan is the middle windshield Fmid, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is Fhmid; when the preset wind speed of the indoor fan is the lowest wind shield Fmin, the maximum operable frequency of the compressor is Fhmin, wherein Fhmax > Fhmid > Fhmin.
For example, the fan of the indoor unit has four gears, which are respectively: powerful, high-grade, middle-grade and low-grade, receive the instruction to adjust the blower rotational speed of the indoor set from high-grade to middle-grade, in the gang control, when the blower rotational speed is the middle-grade, the maximum frequency of the compressor assumes as B, the scheme reduces the frequency of the compressor to B or below B (generally, reduce to B), after the frequency of the compressor is reduced, reduce the blower rotational speed from high-grade to low-grade; this ensures that the noise of the fan always covers the noise of the compressor.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, a control device of an air conditioner is proposed, the control device of the air conditioner comprising a processor for implementing the steps of the method according to any one of the fourth aspect when executing a computer program stored in a memory.
According to another embodiment of the invention, a computer-readable storage medium is proposed, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of the fourth aspects.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, according to a control method of an air conditioner according to still another embodiment of the present invention, the air conditioner includes: the control method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps:
And step 304, controlling the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit to increase to a second rotating speed.
And step 306, controlling the frequency of the compressor to be increased to the target frequency after the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is increased to the second rotating speed.
In the technical scheme, when the increase of the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is received, the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is increased, and when the rotating speed of the fan of the indoor unit is increased, the frequency of the compressor is increased to the target frequency, namely, the sound generated by the fan is increased, and then the noise generated by the fan covers the frequency-increasing noise of the compressor.
When an instruction that the rotating speed is increased from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed (for example, from 800rpm to 1300rpm) is received, the frequency of the compressor is increased to a target frequency which is not greater than the second frequency corresponding to 1300rpm, so that the frequency of the compressor can be gradually increased in the process of increasing the rotating speed of the fan, and the frequency increase and the stable operation of the compressor are completed only after the speed increase of the fan of the indoor unit is completed.
In any of the above solutions, preferably, the frequency raising speed of the compressor is less than or equal to 0.5 Hz/s.
The frequency raising speed of the compressor is less than or equal to 0.5Hz/s, so that the phenomenon that the sound of the noise of the compressor is too loud due to the fact that the frequency raising speed of the compressor is too high is avoided.
For example, the fan of the indoor unit has four gears, which are respectively: powerful, high-grade, middle-grade and low-grade, receive the order to regulate the fan rotational speed of the indoor set from middle-grade to high-grade, in the gang control, when the fan rotational speed is high-grade, the maximum frequency of the compressor assumes to be C, this scheme raises the frequency of the compressor to C or below C first, when raising the frequency of the compressor to C, the frequency of the compressor is raised completely, regulate the fan rotational speed to high-grade from middle-grade again; this ensures that the noise of the fan always covers the noise of the compressor.
