the racks (87) are arranged on the two first connecting rods (84);
the one-way gears (88) are arranged on the two third rotating shafts (72), and the one-way gears (88) are meshed with the racks (87).
2. The dust-removing window pulley as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a self-locking mechanism (9), wherein the self-locking mechanism (9) is disposed at the upper middle portion of the first supporting frame (1), and the self-locking mechanism (9) comprises:
the fourth sliding rails (91) are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the upper middle part of the first support frame (1);
the third sliding blocks (92) are arranged on the two fourth sliding rails (91) in a sliding manner;
the friction block (93) is connected between the two third sliding blocks (92), and the friction block (93) is matched with the wheel (3);
and the two fourth sliding rails (91) are wound with the third springs (94), and two ends of each third spring (94) are respectively connected with the fourth sliding rails (91) and the third sliding blocks (92).
