Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a system for preparing ginseng vinegar by fermenting corncobs and corncobs according to the present invention, wherein the system for preparing ginseng vinegar by fermenting corncobs and corncobs comprises:
a ginseng extract liquid preparation tank 1, which provides a space for preparing ginseng extract liquid, wherein the ginseng extract liquid preparation tank 1 is composed of a double-layer tank body and comprises an outer tank body 101 and an inner tank body 102 rotatably connected in the outer tank body 101, the inner tank body 102 can rotate in the outer tank body 101 under the driving action of a driving motor 103, and the inner tank body 102 can rotate in a forward direction and a directional manner, so that the inside water and ginseng repeatedly form countercurrent contact to achieve the aim of effectively cleaning the ginseng, the outer tank body 101 and the inner tank body 102 are both of a cylinder structure with an open upper end, a plurality of water inlet holes are formed in the tank wall of the inner tank body 102, as shown in fig. 2, a driving swivel 104 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom wall of the inner tank body 102, first engaging teeth 105 are formed on the inner side wall of the driving swivel 104, and a driven swivel 104 is rotatably connected to the inner bottom wall of the inner tank body 102 and positioned on the inner side of the driving swivel A rotating disk 106, wherein a second engaging tooth 107 engaged with the first engaging tooth 105 is disposed on an outer side wall of the driven rotating disk 106, a connecting rod 108 is fixedly connected to the driven rotating disk 106, a rotating blade 109 for cutting up ginseng is mounted on the connecting rod 108, the driving motor 103 is operated to drive the inner tank 102 to rotate, the driving swivel 104 on a bottom wall thereof rotates, the driving swivel 104 rotates to drive the driven rotating disk 106 to rotate in a reverse direction, so that the rotating blade 109 on the connecting rod 106 moves in a reverse direction with water flow, ginseng in the inner tank 102 is simultaneously cleaned by the water flow and simultaneously cut up by the rotating blade 109, the cleaning and cutting up of the block ginseng are simultaneously performed, a process that the block ginseng is required to be discharged into a crushing device for crushing after cleaning is omitted, and the system operating efficiency is improved, provides a foundation for the realization of industrial production of ginseng vinegar prepared by fermenting corncobs and corncobs as raw materials.

Referring to fig. 1, specifically, an annular groove 4 is formed in the upper limiting ring 2, an annular protrusion 5 is integrally connected to an opening of the inner tank 102, the annular protrusion 5 is rotatably connected to the annular groove 4, the annular protrusion 5 can rotate in the annular groove 4 under the action of an external force, and the arrangement of the annular protrusion 5 and the annular groove 4 enables the inner tank 102 to rotate more flexibly between the upper limiting ring 2 and the lower limiting ring 3.
Referring to fig. 1, specifically, a reserved cavity 6 is formed between the bottom wall of the outer tank 101 and the bottom wall of the inner tank 102, the driving motor 103 is installed in the reserved cavity 6, the base of the driving motor 103 is installed on the bottom wall of the outer tank 101, and the output end of the driving motor 103 is connected with the bottom wall shaft of the inner tank 102, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the driving motor 103 is a waterproof motor, and can work in a submerged environment, the driving motor 103 drives the inner tank 102 to rotate, the driving swivel 104 on the bottom wall rotates along with the driving swivel, the driving swivel 104 rotates to drive the driven swivel 106 to rotate in the opposite direction, so that the rotary blade 109 on the connecting rod 106 moves in the opposite direction to the water flow, and the inner tank 102 is chopped by the rotary blade 109 while being washed by the water flow, realize the simultaneous cleaning and cutting treatment of the block ginseng.

Referring to fig. 1, specifically, the system further includes a fermentation tank 11 for preparing a corncob ear fermentation broth, the fermentation tank 11 is communicated with the ginseng extract preparation tank 1 for receiving the ginseng extract output from the ginseng extract preparation tank 1, a stirring device 12 is installed inside the fermentation tank 11, corncob particles, corncobs and water are added into the fermentation tank 11, the stirring device 12 is started to stir the mixture, a complex enzyme composed of hemicellulase and cellulase is added, heating is performed, saccharifying enzyme is added thereto for heat preservation and saccharification, active dry yeast and aroma-producing yeast are activated, then the mixture is added, finally, the obtained mixture is cultured, acetic acid bacteria solution is added into the culture for acetic acid fermentation, and the corncob ear fermentation broth is prepared.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in particular, the stirring paddle of the stirring device 12 is in a vertical flat plate shape, and the stirring paddle is in a vertical flat plate shape, so that the stirring intensity of the material is high, and the stirring function required in the fermentation process can be effectively matched.
Referring to fig. 1, a process for preparing ginseng vinegar by fermenting corncobs and corncobs as raw materials includes the following steps:
step 1: putting dry planted ginseng into the ginseng leaching solution preparation tank 1, introducing water into the ginseng leaching solution preparation tank 1, wherein the water enters the inner tank 102 along the water inlet 10 to be contacted with the ginseng and spreads into the outer tank 101 through a plurality of water inlet holes formed in the wall of the inner tank 102;
step 2: starting the driving motor 103, wherein the driving motor 103 works to drive the inner tank 102 to rotate, the driving rotary ring 104 on the bottom wall of the inner tank rotates along with the inner tank, the driving rotary ring 104 rotates to drive the driven rotary disc 106 to rotate in the reverse direction, so that the rotary blades 109 on the connecting rod 106 move in the reverse direction with the water flow, and the ginseng in the inner tank 102 is simultaneously cleaned by the water flow and simultaneously cut by the rotary blades 109, so that the cleaning and cutting treatment of the ginseng blocks are simultaneously carried out;
and step 3: discharging the ginseng extract liquid preparation tank 1, intercepting the cut ginseng particles by a discharge port filter screen, starting a heating device in the ginseng extract liquid preparation tank 1, drying the ginseng particles, adding the dried ginseng particles, adding water into the ginseng extract liquid preparation tank 1, and leaching the ginseng particles;
and 4, step 4: adding the crushed corncobs, corncobs and water into the fermentation tank 11, starting the stirring device 12 to stir the mixture, adding a complex enzyme consisting of hemicellulase and cellulase, heating, adding glucoamylase into the complex enzyme, performing heat preservation and saccharification, activating active dry yeast and aroma-producing yeast, adding the activated dry yeast and aroma-producing yeast into the mixture, finally culturing the obtained mixture, adding an acetic acid bacteria solution into the culture, and performing acetic acid fermentation to obtain corncob and corncob fermentation liquor;
and 5: and (4) introducing the ginseng leaching liquor prepared in the step (4) into the corncob fermentation liquor prepared in the step (5), and uniformly stirring to obtain the ginseng vinegar.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

a ginseng leaching liquor preparation tank (1) which provides a space for preparing ginseng leaching liquor, wherein the ginseng leaching liquor preparation tank (1) is composed of a double-layer tank body and comprises an outer tank body (101) and an inner tank body (102) rotationally connected in the outer tank body (101), the inner tank body (102) can rotate in the outer tank body (101) under the driving action of a driving motor (103), the outer tank body (101) and the inner tank body (102) are both of a cylinder structure with an open upper end, a plurality of water inlet holes are formed in the tank wall of the inner tank body (102), a driving rotary ring (104) is fixedly connected to the inner bottom wall of the inner tank body (102), first meshing teeth (105) are arranged on the inner side wall of the driving rotary ring (104), and a driven rotary disc (106) is rotationally connected to the inner bottom wall of the inner tank body (102) and positioned at the inner side of the driving rotary ring (104), the outer side wall of the driven turntable (106) is provided with a second meshing tooth (107) meshed with the first meshing tooth (105), the driven turntable (106) is fixedly connected with a connecting rod (108), and a rotating blade (109) used for chopping ginseng is installed on the connecting rod (108).
2. The system for preparing ginseng vinegar through fermentation by using corncobs and corncobs as raw materials according to claim 1, wherein an upper limit ring (2) and a lower limit ring (3) for limiting the position of the inner tank body (102) are fixedly connected to the upper portion and the lower portion of the inner side wall of the outer tank body (101), and the side wall and the peripheral side of the bottom wall at the opening of the inner tank body (102) are rotatably connected to the upper limit ring (2) and the lower limit ring (3) respectively.

The system for preparing ginseng vinegar through fermentation by taking corncobs and corncobs as raw materials according to claim 2, wherein a reserved cavity (6) is formed between the bottom wall of the outer tank body (101) and the bottom wall of the inner tank body (102), the driving motor (103) is installed in the reserved cavity (6), the base of the driving motor (103) is installed on the bottom wall of the outer tank body (101), and the output end of the driving motor (103) is connected with the bottom wall shaft of the inner tank body (102).

10. A process for preparing ginseng vinegar by fermenting corncobs and corncobs serving as raw materials is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: putting dry planted ginseng into the ginseng leaching liquor preparation tank (1), introducing water into the ginseng leaching liquor preparation tank (1), wherein the water enters the inner tank body (102) along the water inlet (10) to be contacted with the ginseng and spreads into the outer tank body (101) through a plurality of water inlet holes formed in the tank wall of the inner tank body (102);
step 2: starting the driving motor (103), wherein the driving motor (103) works to drive the inner tank body (102) to rotate, the driving rotary ring (104) on the bottom wall of the inner tank body rotates along with the driving rotary ring, the driving rotary ring (104) rotates to drive the driven rotary disc (106) to rotate in the reverse direction, so that the rotary blades (109) on the connecting rods (106) move in the reverse direction of the water flow, ginseng in the inner tank body (102) is washed by the water flow and simultaneously cut by the rotary blades (109), and the washing and cutting treatment of the block ginseng are simultaneously carried out;
and step 3: discharging the ginseng extract liquid preparation tank (1), intercepting the chopped ginseng particles by a discharge port filter screen, starting a heating device in the ginseng extract liquid preparation tank (1), drying the ginseng particles, adding water into the ginseng extract liquid preparation tank (1) after drying, and leaching the ginseng particles;
and 4, step 4: adding corncob particles, corncobs and water into the fermentation tank (11), starting the stirring device (12) to stir the mixture, adding a complex enzyme consisting of hemicellulase and cellulase, heating, adding glucoamylase into the mixture, carrying out heat preservation and saccharification, activating active dry yeast and aroma-producing yeast, adding the activated dry yeast and aroma-producing yeast into the mixture, finally culturing the obtained mixture, adding an acetic acid bacteria solution into the culture, and carrying out acetic acid fermentation to obtain corncob ear fermentation liquor;
and 5: and (4) introducing the ginseng leaching liquor prepared in the step (4) into the corncob fermentation liquor prepared in the step (5), and uniformly stirring to obtain the ginseng vinegar.
