Claims (10)

1. The indigo honeysuckle anthocyanin extraction reaction kettle comprises a kettle body (11) and a plurality of support legs (18) arranged at the lower end of the kettle body, wherein a support block (19) is arranged at the lower end of each support leg (18), a discharge pipe (17) for discharging materials is arranged at the lower right side of the kettle body (11), a discharge valve (16) is arranged on the discharge pipe (17), a feed box (13) for adding enzyme materials is arranged on the side surface of the kettle body (11), a discharge valve (14) is arranged at the discharge hole of the feed box (13), a cooling module for cooling the interior of the kettle body and a pressure regulating module for regulating the pressure intensity of the interior of the kettle body are further arranged on the side surface of the kettle body (11), and an ultrasonic wall breaking processor (21) for crushing the materials is arranged at the bottom in the kettle body (11);
