Abstract

本发明提供了一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物及其制备方法,其中,高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物,包括以下重量份组分:抗氧剂25~35份,抗磨剂50~60份,防锈剂4~15份,基础油3~8份。通过本发明的技术方案,配制的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物可用于调合无灰型抗磨液压油,且具有较好的抗磨及抗氧化性能。而且本发明提到的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物原料易得,原料较为普遍。

一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油添加剂技术领域,具体而言涉及一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物和一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,国内的工业用油市场逐渐扩大,产品种类变得越来越多,产品质量要求也越来越高。随着液压设备种类的增多和使用条件的多元化,国内的液压油终端用户对液压油产品性能提出了更高的要求。在一些高精密度或与含银部件接触的液压设备中因为有灰的液压油会对设备造成损害,必须使用无灰的抗磨液压油产品,因此,亟需开发高性能的无灰抗磨液压油产品。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术或相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为了调合无灰液压油复合剂且能在不使用有灰添加剂的前提下使液压油仍能满足设备对抗磨及抗氧化等方面的需求。我们进行了大量试验,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物和一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的第一方面的技术方案提供了一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物,包括以下重量份组分:抗氧剂25~35份、抗磨剂50~60份、防锈剂4~15份、基础油3~8份。
优选地,所述抗磨剂为混合物,混合物中包括磷酸三甲酚酯25份,异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐20份,丁辛基硫磷酸丙烯酸酯25份,氨基硫代脂30份。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为复合抗氧剂,其中可包括烷基二苯胺30份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚30份,2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚10份,N,N'-二正丁基氨基亚甲基苯三唑30份。
优选地,所述防锈剂为苯并三氮唑十八胺盐,状态为液体。
优选地,所述基础油为低粘度石蜡基基础油,其中饱和烃含量≥93,黏度指数≥100。
优选地,所述烷基二苯胺抗氧剂可为丁基辛基二苯胺或双辛基二苯胺中的任意一种。
在该技术方案中,配制高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物的原料较为普遍,不含金属元素,灰分少。本发明提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物能溶于各种矿物油,对各种矿物油感受性良好,同时,对各种矿物油抗氧化能力、抗磨能力均有大幅提升,本发明提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物如添加到矿物油基础油中,可将磨斑直径降至0.43mm,抗氧化旋转氧弹时间可达到1000分钟以上。
本发明的第二方面的技术方案还提出了一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物的制备方法,包括:称取配方量的各物料,反应釜开启搅拌并依次加入基础油、抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂,升温至50℃~60℃;常压下搅拌1.5h~2h,检验合格后冷却至室温过滤装桶。
在该技术方案中,高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物的制备方法简单,工艺简单,可操作性强,有利于大范围推广使用。
需要说明的是,搅拌的转速可以为80r/min;产物以0.8%加剂量与150N基础油常温搅拌均匀,混合物呈透明状,无浑浊即认为检验合格。
通过以上技术方案,(1)配制高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物的原料较为普遍。(2)本发明提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物能溶于各种矿物油,对各种矿物油感受性好,同时,对各种矿物油抗氧、抗磨能力均有大幅提升。(3)本发明提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物调合成液压油具有优越的抗乳化效果。(4)本发明提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物如调制成液压油,该组合物对油品整体的橡胶相容性无不良影响。

称取配方量的各物料,反应釜开启搅拌并依次加入基础油、抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂,升温至50℃~60℃;常压下搅拌1.5h~2h,检验合格后冷却至室温过滤装桶。即制备得本发明提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物。
将上述制备的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物以0.8%加剂量加入150N基础油中进行试验,试验结果见表1。
实施例2
一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物,包括以下重量份组分:抗氧剂35份、抗磨剂50份、防锈剂7份、基础油8份。

称取配方量的各物料,反应釜开启搅拌并依次加入基础油、抗磨剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂,升温至50℃~60℃;常压下搅拌1.5h~2h,检验合格后冷却至室温过滤装桶。即制备得本发明提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物。
将上述制备的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物以0.8%加剂量加入150N基础油中进行试验,试验结果见表1。
采用本发明实施例1至实施例6提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物所配制的油品,进行测试后,测试结果如下表1所示,

试验方法SH/T 0193具体为将试样、水和铜催化剂线圈放入一个带盖的玻璃盛样器内置于装有压力表的氧弹中。氧弹充入620kpa压力的氧气,放入规定的恒温油浴中,使其以100r/min的速度与水平面成30°角轴向旋转。试验达到规定的压力降所需的时间(min)即为试样的氧化安定性。
试验方法GB/T 7305具体为在量筒中装入40ml试样和40ml蒸馏水,并在54℃或82℃下搅拌5min,记录乳化液分离所需的时间。静止30min或60min后,如果乳化液没有完全分离,或乳化层没有减少为3ml或更少,则记录此时油层、水层和乳化层的体积。
试验方法SH/T 0189具体为三个直径为12.7mm的钢球被夹紧在一油盒中,并补试油覆盖,另一个同一直径的钢球置于三球顶部,受147N或392N力作用,成为“三点接触”。当试油达到一定温度后,顶球在一定转速下旋转60min,试油抗磨损性能通过下面三个球的磨斑直径的平均值来评价。

将本发明提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物,以0.85%的比例添加到基础油中,按以下调油方案混合均匀。

由应用例1、2所得测试结果可知,本发明提出的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物加入到矿物油中,均能明显提高基础油的氧化安定性、抗磨性能。

抗氧剂25~35份
抗磨剂50~60份
防锈剂4~15份
基础油3~8份;
其中所述抗磨剂为混合物,混合物中包括磷酸三甲酚酯25份,异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐20份,丁辛基硫磷酸丙烯酸酯25份,氨基硫代脂30份;
所述抗氧剂为复合抗氧剂,其中可包括烷基二苯胺30份,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚30份,2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚10份,N,N'-二正丁基氨基亚甲基苯三唑30份;
其中烷基二苯胺为丁基辛基二苯胺或双辛基二苯胺;
所述防锈剂为苯并三氮唑十八胺盐,状态为液体;
所述基础油为低粘度石蜡基基础油,其中饱和烃含量≥93,黏度指数≥100;
配制高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物的原料不含金属元素,灰分少。
2.一种高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物的制备方法,适用于权利要求1所述的高效无灰液压油复合剂组合物,其特征在于,包括:
