本发明公开了一种应用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板,包括塑料卡、压克力压敏胶膜和塑料离型膜,所述塑料卡的一侧外壁上设置有压克力压敏胶膜;制备方法,包括步骤一,塑料卡整理;步骤二,塑料离型膜涂布;步骤三,滚压粘结;步骤四,产品包装;该发明安全、可靠,该检测试纸底板具有运输方便,常温下即可仓储,节约恒温储存成本,下游使用烘干后不弯曲,降低不良品产生,本发明采用PVC、PS、PET、发泡板及生物可降解材料复合塑料离型膜,由于塑料离型膜无水份流失特性,烘烤前后材料平直,大幅度提高客户产能,同时减少不良品出现,有效改善不受温湿度储存环境影响材料平直,有效降低下游仓储储存环境要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板技术领域,具体为一种应用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的应用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板,其结构包括塑料片、不干胶层和离型纸;所述离型纸由纸张双面过塑后涂硅构成,现有的这种塑料大卡的加工制作存在很大缺陷:现有的体外诊断检测试纸底板贴合划膜后离型纸烘烤弯曲明显,不便于存储,影响使用;因此,针对现有技术中存在的不足,现阶段发明出一种用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板及其制备方法是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种应用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种应用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板,包括塑料卡、压克力压敏胶膜和塑料离型膜,所述塑料卡的一侧外壁上设置有压克力压敏胶膜,所述压克力压敏胶膜的一侧外壁上设置有塑料离型膜。
一种应用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板的制备方法,包括步骤一,塑料卡整理;步骤二,塑料离型膜涂布;步骤三,滚压粘结;步骤四,产品包装;
其中上述步骤一中,将基板塑料卡通过塑料片卷料放料辊放置在整理机上,通过整理机进行整理工作;
其中上述步骤二中,塑料离型膜涂布包括以下步骤;
1)将卷式塑料离型膜通过塑料离型膜卷料放料辊,由涂布机涂抹压克力压敏胶膜;
2)在上述涂布的过程中,通过烘箱对压克力压敏胶膜进行加热烘干工作;
其中上述步骤三中,滚压粘结包括以下步骤;
1)将塑料离型膜的压克力压敏胶膜面对着经过整理的塑料片,通过滚压使所述塑料离型膜的不干胶层粘结在塑料片上;
2)通过模切机将加工好的体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板剪切成合适的大小;
其中上述步骤四中,将剪切加工好的体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板经过包装机进行包装工作。
根据上述技术方案,所述塑料卡为一种PVC、PS、PP、PET、发泡板及生物可降解材料。
根据上述技术方案,所述塑料离型膜采用-200-200g/25mm范围离型力,依据行业标准FTM10测试离型力,塑料离型膜基材材质:pp、ps、pet、bopp、fep、pcb、tpx、改性PET、PE、CPP、流延CPP、OPP、格拉辛,塑料离型膜厚度范围在0-250ul范围内,塑料离型膜申张率范围0-300%依具国标GB/T453。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤一中整理工作通过恒张力拉伸装置进行整理。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤二1)中压克力压敏胶膜涂抹的厚度范围为0-100ul。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:该发明安全、可靠,该检测试纸底板具有运输方便,常温下即可仓储,节约恒温储存成本,下游使用烘干后不弯曲,降低不良品产生,本发明采用PVC、PS、PET、发泡板及生物可降解材料复合塑料离型膜,由于塑料离型膜无水份流失特性,烘烤前后材料平直,大幅度提高客户产能,同时减少不良品出现,有效改善不受温湿度储存环境影响材料平直,有效降低下游仓储储存环境要求。

其中上述步骤二中,塑料离型膜涂布包括以下步骤;
1)采用0-100范围离型力的卷式塑料离型膜3通过塑料离型膜3卷料放料辊,由涂布机涂抹厚度范围为0-100ul的压克力压敏胶膜2;
2)在上述涂布的过程中,通过烘箱对压克力压敏胶膜2进行加热烘干工作;
其中上述步骤三中,滚压粘结包括以下步骤;
1)将塑料离型膜3的压克力压敏胶膜2面对着经过整理的塑料片1,通过滚压使塑料离型膜3的不干胶层粘结在塑料片1上;
2)通过模切机将加工好的体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板剪切成合适的大小;
其中上述步骤四中,将剪切加工好的体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板经过包装机进行包装工作。
基于上述,本发明的优点在于,针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是一种新型的检测试纸底板,具有运输方便,常温下即可仓储,节约恒温储存成本,下游使用烘干后不弯曲,降低不良品产生,本发明采用PVC、PS、PP、PET、发泡板及生物可降解材料复合塑料离型膜3,由于塑料离型膜3无水份流失特性,烘烤前后材料平直,大幅度提高客户产能,同时减少不良品出现,有效改善不受温湿度储存环境影响材料平直,有效降低下游仓储储存环境要求。

其中上述步骤一中,将基板塑料卡(1)通过塑料片(1)卷料放料辊放置在整理机上,通过整理机进行整理工作;
其中上述步骤二中,塑料离型膜涂布包括以下步骤;
1)将卷式塑料离型膜(3)通过塑料离型膜(3)卷料放料辊,由涂布机涂抹压克力压敏胶膜(2);
2)在上述涂布的过程中,通过烘箱对压克力压敏胶膜(2)进行加热烘干工作;
其中上述步骤三中,滚压粘结包括以下步骤;
1)将塑料离型膜(3)的压克力压敏胶膜(2)面对着经过整理的塑料片(1),通过滚压使所述塑料离型膜(3)的不干胶层粘结在塑料片(1)上;
2)通过模切机将加工好的体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板剪切成合适的大小;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板,其特征在于:所述塑料卡(1)为一种PVC、PS、PP、PET、发泡板及生物可降解材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板,其特征在于:所述塑料离型膜(3)采用-200-200g/25mm范围离型力,依据行业标准FTM10测试离型力,塑料离型膜基材材质:pp、ps、pet、bopp、fep、pcb、tpx、改性PET、PE、CPP、流延CPP、OPP、格拉辛,塑料离型膜厚度范围在0-250ul范围内,塑料离型膜申张率范围0-300%依具国标GB/T453。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种应用于体外诊断试剂检测试纸底板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中整理工作通过恒张力拉伸装置进行整理。
