本发明公开一种质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料及其制备方法,涉及运动鞋技术领域。本发明公开的质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,采用聚乳酸和聚异丁烯在交联剂和活性剂的作用下,接枝交联生成PLS/PIB共混物,然后再与C5/C9共聚树脂、聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、废胶粉等原料模压发泡制得的。本发明提供的运动鞋鞋底材料,原料环保,制备工艺简单易操作,密度低,高弹性,具有优异的抗冲击性、耐磨性、耐候性、耐腐蚀性和抗湿滑性,同时提高了材料的降解性能,降低了对环境的污染。

本发明属于运动鞋技术领域,尤其涉及一种质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代社会的高速发展,人们对穿鞋观念发生了很大的变化,从上世纪的防护、保温到现在追求轻便、舒适、美观、减震、耐磨等功能。我国作为世界上运动鞋生产和消费第一大国,对运动鞋的研究开发也是日新月异。现有的运动鞋底分为硫化橡胶底、气垫填充底和发泡底三大类,而随着科学技术的不断发展,发泡底因兼具性能优良和成本低廉的优势,在运动鞋底占据了较大的市场份额。
目前,世界上各种品牌的运动鞋的底部绝大部分使用EVA及其共混物的发泡材料。EVA及其共混发泡材料质轻、保暖舒适、成本低,但使现有的EVA及其共混发泡材料的密度较大,弹性不够,弹性为30%~42%,而篮球、跑步等运动中底则要求具有高弹性(回弹性大于50%),且耐磨性和止滑性较差,现有的EVA发泡材料不能满足要求。发泡橡胶因其轻便、柔软舒适性也被广泛使用,但是传统橡胶一经发泡之后,其耐磨性、止滑性能明显的降低,大大的降低了发泡橡胶使用的宽度和广度。
随着现代人们环保意识的提高,化工材料存在降解困难,难以回收处理,对环境造成了较大的污染。现有的EVA材料、橡胶材料、聚氨酯材料等制得的运动鞋底,其本身性能稳定,难以降解,并且其中添加的助剂有毒或低毒,对人体产生一定的伤害,污染环境,不利于环保。因此,在提倡绿色环保,低碳生活的情况下,开发一种质轻、弹性较好、耐磨性和止滑性好的环保发泡鞋底材料成为运动鞋底研制开发的主要方向。
中国发明专利CN201110044932.2公开了一种运动鞋底用的EVA材料及其制备方法,由淀粉/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物/乙烯-a-烯烃共聚物共混改性的EVA发泡材料,将淀粉应用于化工塑料中,减少了化工原料的用量,同时由于淀粉类衍生物具备可自然降解的特性,提高了本发明EVA发泡材料的易降解性能,但该材料的耐磨性较差,且回弹率不超过48%。中国发明专利CN201010248174.1公开了一种高减震、耐磨运动鞋鞋底材料及其制造方法,其在橡胶、软化油和补强剂基础上,通过对橡胶组成配比、偶联剂、促进剂、活性剂的筛选和工艺的合理控制制得的,具有优异的减震性、耐磨性、抗湿滑性,但是其密度较大,回弹率一般,且不易降解,不符合现代的环保理念。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种运动鞋鞋底材料,原料环保,制备工艺简单易操作,密度低,高弹性,具有优异的抗冲击性、耐磨性、耐候性、耐腐蚀性和抗湿滑性,同时提高了材料的降解性能,降低了对环境的污染。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,所述鞋底材料是由以下重量份数的材料组成:50-80份聚乳酸、30-50份聚异丁烯、10-20份C5/C9共聚树脂、15-30份聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、5-10份废胶粉、3-8份改性滑石粉、3-5份硅灰、2-6份硅烷偶联剂、4-7份发泡剂、0.8-1.9份交联剂、1-3份活性剂、1-2.5份硫化剂和0.5-1.5份防老剂。
进一步的,所述聚异丁烯是由低分子量聚异丁烯和高分子量聚异丁烯组成,所述低分子量聚异丁烯与高分子量聚异丁烯的质量比为(2.5-4):1。

(3)往上述混炼后的混合物中加入发泡剂和防老剂,80-90℃下混炼3-5min,出片,然后将所得片材置于平板硫化仪上,在170-180℃预热8min,模压为8MPa的条件下发泡,制得鞋底材料。
本发明取得了以下有益效果:
1、本发明采用聚乳酸为基体发泡制备而成,聚乳酸,又称聚丙交酯,是可生物降解的聚酯类聚合物,其生物相容性、手感和耐热性好,使本发明的发泡材料具有一定的抗菌性、阻燃性和抗紫外线性能,并提高了本发明的降解性能,降低了对环境的污染。
2、本发明的聚异丁烯(PIB)是一种无色无味无毒的粘稠或半固体聚合物,其在交联剂和活化剂的作用下,与PLA共混接枝并交联,提高了PLA的熔体强度,从而提高PLA的发泡性能,得到泡孔密度大、膨胀率较高、抛空均匀的微孔发泡材料。本发明的低分子量PIB使一种黏附作用的物质,与PLA共混后,容易吸附发泡剂,使其聚集,从而使泡孔孔径增大,密度减小,并提高鞋底材料的断裂伸长率、撕裂强度和回弹性;低分子量PIB的粘附性使整个鞋底材料在与地面接触时,造成整个摩擦阻力增大,从而提高了本发明耐磨性和止滑性。高分子量PIB的加入提高了本发明抗冲击强度,使本发明具有高韧性。
3、本发明C5/C9共聚树脂的加入,提高了鞋底材料各组分之间的结合力,可增大泡孔孔径,减小密度,提高了本发明的耐酸碱性、并进一步提高本发明的耐磨性和止滑性。
4、本发明加入的聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,具有高强度、耐水解、高回弹性,并具有优良的耐磨性、耐溶剂性和耐低温性能,从而提高了本发明的回弹性、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和耐低温性能。
5、本发明经烷基磷羧酸盐改性的滑石粉,提高了与鞋底材料各组分之间的相容性,降低体系粘度,增加体系流动性,改善体系加工性能,减少变形,提高了本发明的尺寸稳定性。改性滑石粉和硅粉协同作用,可作为PLA/PIB共混物的成核剂,以改善PLA/PIB共混物的发泡性能,使本发明的泡孔密度更大,泡孔分布更均匀。
6、本发明中的硅粉,其本身具有良好的力学性能和抗高温抗氧化性能,其加入鞋底材料中,提高了PLA的热稳定性,也提高了鞋底材料的强度,降低了材料的磨损率,增强了阻燃性和耐腐蚀性。
7、本发明中的废胶粉,来源广泛,价格低廉,加入到鞋底材料中,减少了PLA的使用量,从而降低了成本,有利于合理利用废旧资源,节能环保,并且使本发明的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和回弹性均有提高。
8、本发明采用聚乳酸和聚异丁烯在交联剂和活性剂的作用下,接枝交联生成PLS/PIB共混物,然后再与C5/C9共聚树脂、聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、废胶粉等原料模压发泡,得到质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,具有优异的回弹性、抗冲击性、耐磨性、耐候性、耐腐蚀性和抗湿滑性,从而使运动鞋轻便、舒适、耐磨,延长了运动鞋的使用寿命,保证了运动鞋的使用效果。本发明的聚乳酸使一种可降解生物材料,其它原料均无毒且易得,从而使制得的鞋底材料是一种环境友好型材料,符合现代节能环保的理念。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料及其制备方法予以说明。
实施例1
一种质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,鞋底材料是由以下重量份数的材料组成:50份聚乳酸、40份聚异丁烯、20份C5/C9共聚树脂、30份聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、10份废胶粉、8份改性滑石粉、3份硅灰、2份硅烷偶联剂、4份发泡剂、1.2份交联剂、3份活性剂、1份硫化剂和1.5份防老剂。按照上述材料组成的鞋底材料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)PLA/PIB共混物的制备:将聚乳酸加入到双辊开炼机中,升温至70-90℃,加入交联剂和活性剂,搅拌0.5-1h,然后加入聚异丁烯,搅拌2h,出料,制得PLA/PIB共混物。
(2)将上述PLA/PIB共混物、C5/C9共聚树脂、聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体和废胶粉加入到双辊开炼机中混合均匀,升温至40-60℃,混炼15min,升温至80-90℃,然后加入硫化剂、改性滑石粉、硅灰和硅烷偶联剂,混炼30min,出料,获得混合物。
(3)往上述混炼后的混合物中加入发泡剂和防老剂,80-90℃下混炼3-5min,出片,然后将所得片材置于平板硫化仪上,在170-180℃预热8min,模压为8MPa的条件下发泡,制得鞋底材料。
上述,聚异丁烯是由低分子量聚异丁烯和高分子量聚异丁烯组成,低分子量聚异丁烯的数均分子量为7000-12000,高分子量聚异丁烯的数均分子量为90000-300000。其中,低分子量聚异丁烯与高分子量聚异丁烯的质量比为2.5:1。
上述,聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体为德国巴斯夫公司的Elastollan1190A。
上述改性滑石粉的制备方法为:将烷基磷羧酸盐加入到乙醇中稀释后,加入滑石粉,于80-100℃下搅拌1h,过滤,烘干,制得改性滑石粉。其中,烷基磷羧酸盐与乙醇的质量比为1:3,烷基磷羧酸盐与滑石粉的质量比为1:10,滑石粉的粒径为20-45μm。
上述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酸酯;交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯;硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酰;防老剂为防老剂AW。活性剂为氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的组合物,且氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的质量比为2:1:0.5。
实施例2
一种质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,鞋底材料是由以下重量份数的材料组成:80份聚乳酸、30份聚异丁烯、10份C5/C9共聚树脂、20份聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、10份废胶粉、3份改性滑石粉、5份硅灰、6份硅烷偶联剂、7份发泡剂、0.8份交联剂、1份活性剂、2.5份硫化剂和0.5份防老剂。按照该材料组成的鞋底材料的制备方法与实施例1中相同,具体参照实施例1。
上述聚异丁烯的组成与实施例1中相同,不同的是,低分子量聚异丁烯与高分子量聚异丁烯的质量比为4:1。
上述聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、交联剂和防老剂与实施例1中相同,具体参照实施例1。
上述改性滑石粉的制备方法与实施例1中相同,不同的是,烷基磷羧酸盐与滑石粉的质量比为1:20。
上述发泡剂为对甲苯磺酰肼;硫化剂为过氧苯甲酸叔丁脂;活性剂为氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的组合物,其中,氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的质量比为2:1:0.8。
实施例3
一种质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,鞋底材料是由以下重量份数的材料组成:60份聚乳酸、50份聚异丁烯、15份C5/C9共聚树脂、20份聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、5份废胶粉、5份改性滑石粉、4份硅灰、3份硅烷偶联剂、5份发泡剂、1.9份交联剂、2份活性剂、1.5份硫化剂和1份防老剂。按照该材料组成的鞋底材料的制备方法与实施例1中相同,具体参照实施例1。
上述聚异丁烯的组成与实施例1中相同,不同的是,低分子量聚异丁烯与高分子量聚异丁烯的质量比为3:1。
上述聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、交联剂和防老剂与实施例1中相同,具体参照实施例1。
上述改性滑石粉的制备方法与实施例1中相同,不同的是,烷基磷羧酸盐与滑石粉的质量比为1:16。
上述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;硫化剂为过氧苯甲酸叔丁脂;活性剂为氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的组合物,其中,氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的质量比为2:1:0.6。
实施例4
一种质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,鞋底材料是由以下重量份数的材料组成:70份聚乳酸、40份聚异丁烯、15份C5/C9共聚树脂、15份聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、10份废胶粉、6份改性滑石粉、4份硅灰、4份硅烷偶联剂、6份发泡剂、1.5份交联剂、2份活性剂、1.8份硫化剂和0.7份防老剂。按照该材料组成的鞋底材料的制备方法与实施例1中相同,具体参照实施例1。
上述聚异丁烯的组成与实施例1中相同,不同的是,低分子量聚异丁烯与高分子量聚异丁烯的质量比为3.2:1。
上述聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、交联剂和防老剂与实施例1中相同,具体参照实施例1。
上述改性滑石粉的制备方法与实施例1中相同,不同的是,烷基磷羧酸盐与滑石粉的质量比为1:15。
上述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酸酯;硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酰;活性剂为氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的组合物,其中,氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的质量比为2:1:0.7。
对比例1
一种运动鞋鞋底材料,其原料和制备方法与实施例4中相同,具体参照实施例4。不同的是,本对比例中未加入聚异丁烯。
对比例2
一种运动鞋鞋底材料,其原料和制备方法与实施例4中相同,具体参照实施例4。不同的是,本对比例中未加入C5/C9共聚树脂。
对比例3
一种运动鞋鞋底材料,其原料和制备方法与实施例4中相同,具体参照实施例4。不同的是,本对比例中未加入聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体。
对比例4
一种运动鞋鞋底材料,其原料和制备方法与实施例4中相同,具体参照实施例4。不同的是,本对比例中未加入改性滑石粉。
将上述实施例1-4和对比例1-4制备的运动鞋鞋底材料的力学性能进行对比检测,其检测结果见下表1所示。

从表1的试验结果可以看出,本发明的运动鞋鞋底材料具有较高的冲击强度,断裂伸长率和直角撕裂强度,具有优异的韧性和抗冲击性能。当本发明中加入聚异丁烯后,大大增强了鞋底材料的撕裂强度和韧性;当本发明中加入C5/C9共聚树脂或聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体后,对鞋底材料的强度和韧性有所提升。
将上述实施例1-4和对比例1-4制备的踏板材料的耐磨性、硬度、密度和回弹率进行对比检测,其检测结果见下表2所示。

从表2的试验结果可以看出,本发明的运动鞋鞋底材料质轻,低硬度,具有优异的耐磨性和回弹性。当发明中加入聚异丁烯后,大大提高了本发明的耐磨性、回弹率,降低了密度和硬度;当发明中加入C5/C9共聚树脂或聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体后,对本发明的耐磨性、回弹率均有所提高,当加入C5/C9共聚树脂后降低了本发明的密度;当本发明中加入了改性滑石粉后,降低了本发明的密度。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,其特征在于,所述鞋底材料是由以下重量份数的材料组成:50-80份聚乳酸、30-50份聚异丁烯、10-20份C5/C9共聚树脂、15-30份聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、5-10份废胶粉、3-8份改性滑石粉、3-5份硅灰、2-6份硅烷偶联剂、4-7份发泡剂、0.8-1.9份交联剂、1-3份活性剂、1-2.5份硫化剂和0.5-1.5份防老剂;
所述聚异丁烯是由低分子量聚异丁烯和高分子量聚异丁烯组成,所述低分子量聚异丁烯与高分子量聚异丁烯的质量比为(2.5-4):1;
所述低分子量聚异丁烯的数均分子量为7000-12000,所述高分子量聚异丁烯的数均分子量为90000-300000;
所述鞋底材料的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)PLA/PIB共混物的制备:将聚乳酸加入到双辊开炼机中,升温至70-90℃,加入交联剂和活性剂,搅拌0.5-1h,然后加入聚异丁烯,搅拌2h,出料,制得PLA/PIB共混物;
(2)将上述PLA/PIB共混物、C5/C9共聚树脂、聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体和废胶粉加入到双辊开炼机中混合均匀,升温至40-60℃,混炼15min,升温至80-90℃,然后加入硫化剂、改性滑石粉、硅灰和硅烷偶联剂,混炼30min,出料,获得混合物;
(3)往上述混炼后的混合物中加入发泡剂和防老剂,80-90℃下混炼3-5min,出片,然后将所得片材置于平板硫化仪上,在170-180℃预热8min,模压为8MPa的条件下发泡,制得鞋底材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,其特征在于,所述聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体为德国巴斯夫公司的Elastollan 1190A。
3.根据权利要求1所述的质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,其特征在于,所述改性滑石粉的制备方法为:将烷基磷羧酸盐加入到乙醇中稀释后,加入滑石粉,于80-100℃下搅拌1h,过滤,烘干,制得改性滑石粉,所述烷基磷羧酸盐与乙醇的质量比为1:3,所述烷基磷羧酸盐与滑石粉的质量比为(0.05-0.1):1,所述滑石粉的粒径为20-45μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酸酯、对甲苯磺酰肼或偶氮二甲酰胺中的一种,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,其特征在于,所述活性剂为氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的组合物,所述氧化锌、硬脂酸锌和二乙胺磷酸盐的质量比为2:1:(0.5-0.8)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的质轻高耐磨的运动鞋鞋底材料,其特征在于,所述硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酰或过氧苯甲酸叔丁脂中的一种,所述防老剂为防老剂AW。
