汽车内饰毡用于贴合汽车内壁,起到保护车体和装饰的作用,汽车内饰毡卷成品制造时需要将汽车内饰毡的半成品进行切边,切边产生的长条状边角料会被送入到边角料开松机中进行开松处理并作为汽车内饰毡的原料再次利用,现有的汽车内饰毡边料收集方法为在汽车内饰毡切边处下方设置收集槽,被切割的汽车内饰毡边料从收集槽中取出平铺在边角料开松机的进料槽上,进行开松,但在使用上述方法时,由于长条状的边料会在收集槽底部弯曲堆叠而逐渐变高,会造成内饰毡边料堆顶部与切边机传动系统相接触并卷入到切边机传动系统中,引起传动系统堵塞,使得在进行内饰毡边料的收集时需要人工不停对边料堆进行拨动,同时长条状的内饰毡边料容易缠绕成团,使得无法在边角料开松机的进料槽上平铺,需要进行二次剪碎,降低了开松效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,具有对的汽车内饰毡边料进行稳定收集的效果。

使用内饰毡边料收集装置时,驱动气缸23驱动刀架21绕传动辊12转动使得刀盘22上的切刀与设置在承接轴11放上的内饰毡布相接触,对内饰毡布进行切割,切割的条状的边料依次穿过导向轴16底部、绕过导向滚筒41侧壁,旋转转动杆9驱动两顶起凸轮91转动伸出于凸轮槽63,顶起凸轮91推动滑动座二61向上滑动,从而实现驱动传动压辊32和切刀辊33的同时上移,切割的条状的边料依次从两传动压辊32间和切刀辊33与呈刀辊34间穿过,旋转转动杆9使实现驱动传动压辊32和切刀辊33的同时下落,两传动齿轮一7和两传动齿轮二71相互啮合转动,两传动压辊32转动方向相反推动内饰毡边料向切刀辊33移动,切刀辊33与呈刀辊34间转动方向相反对穿过的内饰毡边料进行切断,张紧杆5受重力作用将压带杆51压紧在内饰毡边料上,使得内饰毡边料时刻保持张紧,切断的内饰毡边料落到收集槽8内进行收集,使得内饰毡边料无法与切边机的传动系统相接触同时不会发生内饰毡边料的缠绕成团。

Claims (10)

1.一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,包括架体(1)、设置于所述架体(1)的承接轴(11)、转动连接于所述架体(1)的传动辊(12)、驱动所述传动辊(12)转动的驱动电机、设置于所述传动辊(12)上的切边机构,所述切边机构包括转动连接于所述传动辊(12)的刀架(21)、转动连接于所述刀架(21)的刀盘(22)、连接于所述架体(1)的驱动气缸(23),所述驱动气缸(23)驱动所述刀盘(22)靠近所述承接轴(11),其特征在于:所述架体(1)上设置有位于所述切边机构上方切断组件,所述切断组件包括固定设置在所述架体(1)上的切断架(31)、转动连接于所述切断架(31)的两传动压辊(32)、切刀辊(33)与呈刀辊(34),所述切刀辊(33)外壁固定连接有切断刀片(331),两所述传动压辊(32)端部固定连接有相互啮合的传功齿轮一,所述切刀辊(33)与所述呈刀辊(34)端部固定连接有相互啮合的传动齿轮二(71),所述传动辊(12)与所述呈刀辊(34)之间、所述传动辊(12)与所述刀盘(22)之间、所述呈刀辊(34)与所述传动压辊(32)之间通过链传动或带传动,架体(1)上设置有位于所述呈刀辊(34)下方的收集槽(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,其特征在于:所述传动辊(12)上滑动连接有分别位于所述刀架(21)两侧的限位块(122),所述限位块(122)上连接有限位螺钉(123),所述限位螺钉(123)穿过所述限位块(122)与顶紧所述传动辊(12)限制所述限位块(122)滑动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,其特征在于:所述架体(1)上固定连接有导向横梁(14),所述导向横梁(14)滑动连接有定位套(15),所述驱动气缸(23)的缸体、所述切断架(31)和所述收集槽(8)固定连接在所述定位套(15)上,所述驱动气缸(23)的活塞杆端部铰接于所述刀架(21),所述定位套(15)上连接有定位螺钉(151)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,其特征在于:所述切断架(31)上滑动连接有分别位于所述传动压辊(32)两侧的滑动座一(6),所述架体(1)上滑动连接有分别位于所述滑动座一(6)上方的滑动座二(61),两所述传动压辊(32)分别转动连接于所述滑动座一(6)和滑动座二(61),所述切刀辊(33)与所述呈刀辊(34)分别转动连接于所述滑动座二(61)和滑动座一(6)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,其特征在于:所述滑动座一(6)上转动连接有转动杆(9),所述转动杆(9)上固定连接有位于所述滑动座二(61)下方的顶起凸轮(91),所述滑动座一(6)上设置有供所述顶起凸轮(91)转动嵌入的凸轮槽(63),所述顶起凸轮(91)转动伸出所述凸轮槽(63)将两所述滑动座二(61)顶起。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,其特征在于:所述架体(1)上转动连接有导向轴(16),所述定位套(15)上固定连接有支撑杆(4),所述支撑杆(4)端部转动连接有导向滚筒(41),所述导向轴(16)、导向滚筒(41)、传动压辊(32)中心轴线相互平行。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,其特征在于:所述导向滚筒(41)两端设置有伸出于所述导向滚筒(41)侧壁的限位板(42)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,其特征在于:所述定位套(15)上铰接有张紧杆(5),所述张紧杆(5)端部固定连接有压带杆(51),所述压带杆(51)与所述导向轴(16)轴线相平行,内饰毡边料从导向轴(16)底部穿过并绕过导向滚筒(41)伸入到两传动压辊(32)之间,压制在内饰毡边料上对内饰毡边料张紧。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,其特征在于:所述压带杆(51)上套设有滚动套筒(52)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰毡边料收集装置,其特征在于:所述收集槽(8)侧壁设置有出料口(81),所述出料口(81)上插接有挡料板(82)。
