目前市面上主要是通过添加清凉因子或者发热药物来使卫生巾拥有降温和升温的感觉,但是在存储过程中其药效及作用可能会随着时间的推移逐渐下降,最终使用感受可能会无法达到预期效果,且其具有持续时间不够长、刺激性大,部分人群可能会有过敏现象、无法因人而调节等缺点,每个人所感受的温度均不同,无法根据不同需求自我调整、有较刺激的味道,对部分人群来说可能无法接受。
相变材料是指,在固-固相或固-液相之间的以潜热的形式吸收或释放能量而自身温度却不发生明显变化的一种材料。中国专利号201921047809.4公开了一种卫生用品,其设置有能量吸收层和制冷层,能量吸收层、制冷层位于芯层与底层之间,能量吸收层位于芯层之下制冷层之上,制冷层位于能量吸收层之下底层之上,能量吸收层的制备方法为:在半透膜的外侧表面喷涂抗菌物质,内部密闭封装相变材料、小分子抗菌材料、成核剂,其中相变材料的质量分数为25-90%,相变材料为无机盐水合物、丙烯酸类、薄荷类、石蜡烃类、聚乙二醇类、脂肪酸和脂肪酸衍生物类、多元醇和多元醇衍生物类中任一种或任意几种以任意比的混合物,该结构的卫生巾具有抗菌和抑菌能力,同时能保持较好储热调温功能。但是该产品的相变材料是与抗菌材料及成核剂直接封装在半透膜的内部,相变材料分布不均匀,且是设置在芯层与底层之间,离接触的皮肤层较远,所能发挥的作用较弱。
中国专利号201310473945.0公开了一种用于卫生制品的恒温无纺布制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)制备微胶囊整理液:配制一定量含有2%(w/v)醋酸、0.6mol/L氯化钙的水溶液,即为第一混合溶液;向第一混合溶液中加入2%(w/v)的脱乙酰化程度为60%的壳聚糖,充分搅拌溶解、过滤,取滤液于室温条件下静置过夜,得到第二混合溶液;配制一定量3%(w/v)的海藻酸钠水溶液,以此溶液作为水相,在50℃条件下向其中滴入20%(v/v)石蜡和1%的乳化剂静置10分钟得到油包水乳液;将上述第二混合液以1:1(v/v)的比例滴加到上述油包水乳液中,滴加全程利用搅拌装置以600转/分钟搅拌,滴加完毕后继续搅拌30分钟,而后静置12小时,即得到微胶囊整理液;2)上浆处理:向步骤1)制备的微胶囊整理液中加入0.15%(w/v)的成膜剂混合均匀,再将其附着于热风无纺布基材两个表面上;3)烘干:将步骤2)上浆处理完毕的热风无纺布基材置于80℃温度条件下烘干至表面干燥。该专利的恒温无纺布可以用于卫生制品领域,能够维持适宜的环境温度,给使用者带来更为舒适的感官体验。该专利涉及的相变材料包括芯材石蜡和壁材壳聚糖与海藻酸钠,将这种结合的材料作为相变材料直接施加到热风无纺布的表面,在吸收液体后,无纺布表面的扩散面积大,使用者潮湿感强,使用并不舒适。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提供一种自我控温的卫生巾,解决现有技术的卫生巾无调温功能、潮湿感强及闷热感强的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种自我控温卫生巾的制备方法,包括制备透液性面层、制备吸收体及制备不透液性底层,以及将透液性面层、吸收体和不透液性底层复合为一体的制备步骤,所述制备透液性面层的具体步骤为:
a1、纺丝原液的制备:准备纺丝原液原材料,所述纺丝原液原材料为:PVA、柠檬酸、十四醇、二异氰酸甲苯酯、去离子水及相变微胶囊,制备过程为:将PVA、柠檬酸、二异氰酸甲苯酯及十四醇加热至80℃,搅拌混合均匀后降温至室温,接着加入相变微胶囊及去离子水,再继续搅拌混合均匀;所述相变微胶囊以石蜡为芯材,以聚氨酯为壁材;
a2、静电纺丝处理:以无纺布为基布,将步骤a1制得的纺丝原液通过静电纺丝装置纺丝成纤维膜布置在基布上,静电纺丝参数为:外加电压控制在22.5-23kv,流速为0.6ml/h;
a3、干燥处理:将经步骤a2处理得到的面层输送到烘干设备进行处理再输送入下一道处理工序。

1、本发明的卫生巾,透液性面层以无纺布为基布,制备具有相变材料的纺丝原液后通过静电纺丝技术使其覆盖在基布表面,该纺丝原液的主料为PVA和相变材料,PVA经过疏水改性处理,采用柠檬酸、十四醇和二异氰酸甲苯酯对PVA进行改性,十四醇的醇基与PVA上的亲水基团结合反应,使PVA接树枝上烷基,用于改善PVA的疏水性,通过改性处理后,与皮肤接触的这一面较为干爽,从而使潮湿感减弱。
2、将相变材料直接添加到纺丝纤维上,并以无纺布为载体作为面层材料,用于提供与皮肤接触的最表面,能够快速感知接触部位的温度,当该接触部位的温度较高时,相变材料吸热发生形态的变化,而当该接触部位的温度较低时,相变材料则发热,使该部位维持在一个较为舒适的温度。
3、通过采用静电纺丝处理方式,将具有相变功能的纳米纤维膜覆盖在无纺布上,该纺丝原液在无纺布上以纤维膜的方式附着,纤维膜的纤维为纳米级,极为细腻,与皮肤接触柔软,使用舒适。
4、进一步的,在吸收体中添加粉末状相变材料,使吸收体亦具有相变功能,增加整体的相变功能。
5、进一步的,在吸收体上海复合中凸棉芯,中凸棉芯中添加有粉末状相变材料,该中凸棉芯用于进一步感知接触部位的温度,进一步发挥调温作用。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
本发明实施例为:
一种自我控温卫生巾的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、制备透液性面层:
a1、纺丝原液的制备:准备纺丝原液原材料,所述纺丝原液原材料为:PVA、柠檬酸、十四醇、二异氰酸甲苯酯、去离子水、相变微胶囊,所述相变微胶囊以石蜡为芯材,以聚氨酯为壁材;
制备过程为:将PVA、柠檬酸、二异氰酸甲苯酯及十四醇加热至80℃,搅拌混合均匀后降温至室温,接着加入相变微胶囊及去离子水,再继续搅拌混合均匀;所述纺丝原液原材料的用量为PVA10重量份、柠檬酸3重量份、十四醇10重量份、二异氰酸甲苯酯15重量份、去离子水100重量份、相变微胶囊3重量份;所述相变微胶囊中石蜡的用量占比为10%,其余部分为聚氨酯;
a2、静电纺丝处理:以无纺布为基布,将步骤a1制得的纺丝原液通过静电纺丝装置纺丝成纤维膜布置在基布上,得到具有相变材料的纳米纤维膜无纺布,静电纺丝参数为:外加电压控制在22.5kv,流速为0.6ml/h;
a3、干燥处理:将经步骤a2处理得到的具有相变材料的纳米纤维膜无纺布输送到烘干设备进行处理再输送入下一道处理工序。
b、制备吸收体的步骤:以卫生纸为底层,在线传输卫生纸,在卫生纸上在线添加相变芯材,所述相变芯材的制备方法为:以高分子吸水树脂、石蜡、聚氨酯、绒毛浆为原料,将石蜡、聚氨酯预先制作为微胶囊体,再将微胶囊体与高分子吸水树脂、绒毛浆混合均匀,所述高分子吸水树脂:绒毛浆:微胶囊体的用量以重量比计=1:5:1。
c、在吸收体的表面复合一层无纺布;
d、将上述透液性面层、吸收体和不透液性底层以及离型纸、护翼按卫生巾的常规制备方式制备为一体。
参考图1至图3,采用上述实施例制得的卫生巾,具有卫生巾本体1’,所述卫生巾本体1’具有尾扇,在上述实施例一的卫生巾尾扇处设有可拆卸的相变材料包2’,该相变材料包2’包括从上到下依次叠层设置的无纺布、相变芯材、无纺布、魔术贴,通过魔术贴与卫生巾本体1’实现可拆装的连接,通过热压合施胶的方式将上下无纺布的周沿密封,该上下无纺布均采用实施例一中的透液性面层。采用表1中的方案1和方案2对上述外接有可拆卸相变材料包的产品进行测试,结果参考图7和图8,从测试结果可以知道,方案1的结果为:加入恒温材料的卫生巾在升温速度明显比正常品升温速度慢且能够在27-29℃之间维持很长一段时间;方案2的结论为:第一、加入恒温材料的卫生巾的降温速度明显比正常品降温速度慢且稳定;第二、恒温卫生巾之所以无法达到28℃的原因是:由于冰水温度过低,相变材料之前所储存的温度不足以提供那么多热源,但是整体来说相对于没有添加相变材料的产品来说其温度变化会更加稳定。
实施例二
参考图4至图6,及实施例一,在b步骤之后还进行以下b2处理,具体的,b2、在吸收体上复合中凸棉芯的制备步骤:在添加了相变芯材的卫生纸表面在线复合一层无尘纸,沿着传输方向在无尘纸的表面中部撒播条状中凸棉芯,再复合一层无尘纸,所述条状中凸棉芯由粉末状相变材料与木浆混合制成,木浆与粉末状相变材料的用量以重量比计为=10:1-2。
步骤c替换为步骤c’,c’具体为:在中凸棉芯的表面复合一层无纺布。
作为基布的无纺布以相变纤维作为原材料,所述相变纤维通过图4的相变纤维制作装置制备得到,所述相变纤维制作装置包括第一螺杆挤出机1、第二螺杆挤出机2、相变材料保温加热箱3、第一保温输送管4、第二保温输送管5、相变材料保温输送管6、喷丝板套件11、纤维收卷装置12,将PE送入第一螺杆挤出机1,PET送入第二螺杆挤出机2,石蜡送入相变材料保温加热箱3,PE经第一保温输送管4输送入喷丝板套件11,PET经第二保温输送管5输送入喷丝板套件11,相变材料经相变材料保温输送管6输送入喷丝板套件11,PE、PET及石蜡经喷丝板套件11处理后再送入纤维收卷装置,得到相变纤维。其中,喷丝板套件11采用中国专利公开号CN102206881A中的喷丝板套件。其他技术方案与实施例一一致。
采用上述相变纤维制作装置制得的相变纤维结构为,外层为PE3’,中间层为PET4’,最里层内芯为相变材料石蜡5’。
采用上述实施例二制备方法得到的卫生巾,具有中凸棉芯6’,面层7’和中凸棉芯6’中均具有相变材料,整体的可调温性较佳。
本发明所采用的相变材料相变温度为28℃的相变材料,其芯材为石蜡,壁材为聚氨酯,其相变焓>185KJ/kg。生产公司为安徽美科迪智能微胶囊科技有限公司。
对本实施例二的卫生巾进行试验测试,采用表1中的方案4进行试验,试验结果参考图10,结果表明,添加了相变材料的木浆能够很明显的将热量吸附走,降温速度明显比恒温快,手感直接接触面层会有凉感。

另外,采用上述表1的方案3进行处理,即采用浸扎法进行试验,试验结果参考图9,结果表明由于相变材料的含量有20g/m2,局部含量少,测温探头也只能测试局部区域,因此导致恒温最终效果不佳,但是在最开始的时候经过处理的面层有一个28℃的高峰,说明相变材料在其中还是产生了作用。
本发明的相变微胶囊以石蜡为芯材,以聚氨酯为壁材,石蜡的相变温度由C原子的个数决定,本发明使用的石蜡C的个数为18,相变温度为28℃,其相变焓>185KJ/kg,生产公司为安徽美科迪智能微胶囊科技有限公司。
本发明的PVA聚乙烯醇是一种由聚碳酸乙烯酯水解得到的水溶性的多羟基高聚物。PVA需在热水中并通过搅拌才可以溶解,因其羟基间相互作用十分剧烈,PVA还可溶解于部分有机溶剂,不溶于乙醇、汽油、植物油、甲醇等大部分有机溶剂。聚乙烯醇无味无毒,是粉末状或片状固体,其化学稳定性、生物可降解性和生物相容性都很好,具有良好的成膜性和成纤维性且纤维耐磨损、机械性好、亲水性好、耐酸碱性、耐溶剂性良好,尤其在静电纺丝领域得到众多研究者的重视,被广泛应用于药物控制载体、医用敷料、骨修复替代、织物整理剂、化纤、食品、封装等领域。但因其亲水性好,在与相变材料结合后,作为卫生巾的透液性面层,吸收经血后潮湿感就比较强。
柠檬酸是一种廉价、无毒无污染天然存在的多元羧酸,可以使静电纺PVA纳米纤维交联,得到不溶于水具有抗水解性的纤维。
十四醇具有疏水烷基,自带的醇基官能团能够与PVA的亲水基团反应,从而使PVA接枝上较大的疏水基团,增加透液性面层表面的干爽性。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种自我控温卫生巾的制备方法,包括制备透液性面层、制备吸收体及制备不透液性底层,以及将透液性面层、吸收体和不透液性底层复合为一体的制备步骤,其特征在于,所述制备透液性面层的具体步骤为:
a1、纺丝原液的制备:准备纺丝原液原材料,所述纺丝原液原材料为:PVA、柠檬酸、十四醇、二异氰酸甲苯酯、去离子水、相变微胶囊,制备过程为:将PVA、柠檬酸、二异氰酸甲苯酯及十四醇加热至80℃,搅拌混合均匀后降温至室温,接着加入相变微胶囊及去离子水,再继续搅拌混合均匀;所述相变微胶囊以石蜡为芯材,以聚氨酯为壁材,所述聚氨酯的相变焓>185KJ/kg,相变温度为28℃;
a2、静电纺丝处理:以无纺布为基布,将步骤a1制得的纺丝原液通过静电纺丝装置纺丝成纤维膜布置在基布上,静电纺丝参数为:外加电压控制在22.5-23kv,流速为0.6ml/h;
a3、干燥处理:将经步骤a2处理得到的面层输送到烘干设备进行处理再输送入下一道处理工序;
所述纺丝原液原材料的用量为PVA10-20重量份、柠檬酸2-3重量份、十四醇10-20重量份、二异氰酸甲苯酯10-20重量份、去离子水80-100重量份、相变微胶囊3-6重量份;
所述制备吸收体的步骤为,以卫生纸为底层,在线传输卫生纸,在卫生纸上在线添加相变芯材,所述相变芯材的制备方法为:以高分子吸水树脂、石蜡、聚氨酯、绒毛浆为原料,将石蜡、聚氨酯预先制作为微胶囊体,再将微胶囊体与高分子吸水树脂、绒毛浆混合均匀,所述高分子吸水树脂:绒毛浆:微胶囊体的用量以重量比计=2-4:10:2-4;
还包括在吸收体上复合中凸棉芯的制备步骤:在添加了相变芯材的卫生纸表面在线复合一层无尘纸,沿着传输方向在无尘纸的中部撒播条状中凸棉芯,所述条状中凸棉芯由粉末状相变材料与木浆混合制成,木浆与粉末状相变材料的用量以重量比计为=10:1;
作为基布的所述无纺布以相变纤维作为原材料,所述相变纤维通过相变纤维制作装置制备得到,所述相变纤维制作装置包括第一螺杆挤出机(1)、第二螺杆挤出机(2)、相变材料保温加热箱(3)、第一保温输送管(4)、第二保温输送管(5)、相变材料保温输送管(6)、喷丝板套件(11)、纤维收卷装置(12),将PE送入第一螺杆挤出机(1),PET送入第二螺杆挤出机(2),石蜡送入相变材料保温加热箱(3),PE经第一保温输送管(4)输送入喷丝板套件(11),PET经第二保温输送管(5)输送入喷丝板套件(11),相变材料经相变材料保温输送管(6)输送入喷丝板套件(11),PE、PET及石蜡经喷丝板套件(11)处理后再送入纤维收卷装置,得到相变纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自我控温卫生巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纺丝原液原材料的用量为PVA15重量份、柠檬酸3重量份、十四醇20重量份、二异氰酸甲苯酯13重量份、去离子水100重量份、相变微胶囊4重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自我控温卫生巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述石蜡占相变微胶囊重的10-20%,余量为聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自我控温卫生巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高分子吸水树脂:绒毛浆:微胶囊体的用量以重量比计=3:10:3。
