本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品。本发明所提供的食品,是以杜仲叶、杜仲树皮、杜仲雄花为原料,辅以其它的中药原料比如红景天、灵芝、当归、刺五加、黄芪、枸杞子、人参等以及其它的食品原料比如海带、紫菜、钝顶螺旋藻、胡萝卜、黑木耳、番茄为原料经提取之后制作而成的;或者是以杜仲提取物为原料辅以上述的中药材原料和/或食品原料制作而成的。本发明的有益效果在于:(1)本发明的产品源自药食同源性的食品或中药材,其安全性高,副作用小;(2)通过小鼠实验(通过γ射线全身照射次),证明了其具有显著的防辐射作用;(3)本发明的防辐射食品,食用方便,适于宇航员在太空中食用。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品。
背景技术
由于太空环境辐射强、电离强、工作强度大,会给太空作业的宇航员的身体会造成较大的伤害,一旦宇航员的心脏功能出现异常将直接影响太空工作,甚至会导致宇航员退役。高能粒子辐射主要是通过两种机制引起人体细胞损伤:一是高能辐射可直接造成生物活性大分子断裂、脱落,导致直接损伤;二是高能辐射粒子与人体中大量的水分子结合形成自由基,这些自由基进一步与生物分子发生化学反应,造成间接损伤。
人体受到轻微的辐照,可通过细胞自我修复受到的损伤。但是人体受到高剂量的高能粒子辐射的情况下,细胞无法及时修复,就可能造成细胞的死亡或永久损伤,会引起皮肤、骨髓等器官的急性损伤(比如引起白内障),严重时甚至会危及生命。而在低剂量辐照情况下,高能粒子可能诱发细胞产生变异。如果变异细胞是体细胞,则表现为躯体效应;如果损伤的是生殖细胞,则表现在受照者的后代身上,这就表现为遗传效应。因此在载人航天任务中,航天员的接受的辐射剂量是受到严格的控制的。
宇航服也抵挡不了辐射的危害,美国登月宇航员有一半死于心血管疾病!宇航员在进入太空的时候,之所以穿上一层厚厚的宇航服,其中一个重要的原因是,宇航员在太空中受到的辐射会更强,宇航服的最外层由白色镀铝织物制成,可以有效的降低辐射和宇宙射线对人体的危害,但是也并不是完全能阻隔,科学家通过对美国登月宇航员的寿命和死亡原因调查,发现他们的死亡原因有一半是因为心血管疾病,而这要比近地轨道上的宇航员发病概率高5倍左右。
随着核技术的日渐成熟,其在医学、工业、农业和军事等多个领域应用越来越广泛。一方面,核技术的广泛应用必然带来一系列的核安全问题,尽管核电技术越来越成熟,却无法完全避免重大核辐射事故的发生。重大核辐射事故一旦发生,造成的影响十分恶劣,且波及人群众多。另一方面,核技术在医疗领域中有着非常显著的作用,放射治疗为治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段之一,已被大量运用于人类癌症的治疗。国内70%以上的肿瘤患者在病情不同阶段都需要进行放射治疗,放射治疗有利于降低癌症复发的风险、控制肿瘤和提高患者生存率,然而放射治疗不可避免地会对人体或动物的正常组织造成损伤。部分药物虽然毒副作用不大,但是防护效价低,临床应用价值小。因此,寻找无毒或低毒、高效的电离辐射致肠道损伤的防护药物已成为放射医学领域的研究热点。而天然产物中的抗氧化剂因其低毒性而被人们所关注。
关于防辐射的药物,以下专利进行过披露:
202010647778.7披露了《EGCG在制备电离辐射致肠道损伤的防护药物中的应用》,配方单一,只有表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯,防辐射效果不明显。
201910077599.1公开了《唾液酸在制备电离辐射致肠道或DNA损伤防护药物中的应用》,该文献中采用了唾液酸作为防辐射的原料,而唾液酸副作用是,少数人用后出现皮疹反应。
因此,需要针对于上述的专利文献所存在的不足以及现在的宇航员防辐射防护措施并不十分理想的情况,发明一种能有效的起到防辐射作用的功能性食品。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种能起到防辐射作用的功能性食品,并且这种食品尤其适于宇航员所食用。
本发明中,所选用的原料为普通食品允许使用的原材料,包括药食同源药材、保健品和新食品原料。比如:杜仲雄花(新食品原料)或杜仲叶(保健品)或杜仲树皮(保健品)或杜仲提取物(普通食材)、枸杞子(药食同源)、黄芪(药食同源),灵芝(保健品)、红景天(保健品)、人参(新食品原料),搭配有效防辐射的食材:紫菜和/或银耳和/或绿茶和/或黑木耳和/或蜂蜜和/或和胡萝卜/或番茄等,辅以其他普通食品可用的原材料:刺五加(保健品)黄精(药食同源)、菊粉(新食品原料)、沙棘籽油(普通食品)、茯苓(药食同源)、维生素E、维生素C、杜仲皮等,本发明的选材源于药食同源药材或保健品或新食品原料,安全性高。

上述的一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品应用于宇航员食品中,也是本发明所要保护的范围。
本发明所选择的原料具有以下的特点:杜仲,微辛,性温;归肝肾经;补肝肾,强筋骨;属中药上品。1993年美国航天局将杜仲列为太空食品,用来预防宇航员由于太空失重而引起的骨骼和肌肉的衰退。
灵芝能提高生物合成能力,促进细胞分裂,补偿死亡细胞,修复受损组织和细胞,降低毒副反应。常服灵芝可大大减轻化学有害物质(漆、汽油、农药、化学药物、石油化工气体)和抗放射性射线对体细胞的损害。
红景天有“高原人参”、“植物黄金”等美称,《神农本草经》将其列为上品药,现代研究证实,红景天具有增强记忆力、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗辐射、抗高原缺氧、增强免疫力及保护脏器等功效。
枸杞子含有丰富的β胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素C、钙、铁,具有补肝、益肾、明目的作用。
黄芪有防辐射的作用,而且对造血功能和人体免疫系统有维护作用,推动造血干细胞的分裂和繁衍。
人参主要活性成分为人参皂甙和多糖。人参三醇皂甙中的Re、Rg1、Rg2和Rh1都具有清除辐射所致自由基、保护造血系统、保护DNA和生物膜的作用,有效防护免疫器官、胰腺及脾脏,降低畸变率对抵抗辐射伤害是非常有效的。
本发明还采用了以下的防辐射的食材:紫菜、海带、绿茶、黑木耳、蜂蜜和花粉、胡萝卜、鱼腥草等。防辐射的食材具有均衡、全面的营养结构,是防辐射的最高质量的食物来源。
紫菜:紫菜能抗辐射、抗突变、抗氧化,与其含硒有关。硒是种重要的微量元素,能增强机体免疫功能,保护人体健康。常吃含硒丰富的紫苋菜,可提高人体对抗辐射的能力。
海带:最新研究发现,海带的提取物海带多糖因抑制免疫细胞凋亡而具有抗辐射作用。
绿茶:经常喝茶的人受辐射损伤较轻,血液病发病率较低,并且由辐射所引起的死亡率也较低。
黑木耳:黑木耳中的胶质可把残留在人体消化系统内的灰尘、杂质及放射性物质吸附,集中起来排出体外,从而起到清胃、涤肠、防辐射的作用。
蜂蜜:蜂蜜可以提高机体抗辐射损伤的耐力,是航天、航空人员理想的保健食品。
胡萝卜:胡萝卜中所含有的丰富的天然胡萝卜素,是一种强有力的抗氧化剂,能有效保护人体细胞免直受损害,从而避免细胞发生癌变。
番茄:长期经常食用番茄及番茄制品的人,受辐射损伤较轻,由辐射所引起的死亡率也较低。辐射后的皮肤中,番茄红素含量减少31%~46%,其他成分含量几乎不变。并可促进血液中胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的结合
刺五加:短梗五加果中含有丰富氨黄酮类和氨基酸、微量元素成分。短梗五加中的另一种黄酮类成分花青素能够增强血管弹性,改善循环系统,抑制炎症和过敏,改善关节的柔韧性,增进视力,清除体内有害自由基,改善睡眠,短梗五加中这两种物质的含量极为丰富,而且短梗五加既可入药也可食用,是不可多得的养生保健食材。食用其花青素成分可以抗氧化、抗衰老,防辐射、保护视力。
维生素E和维生素C都属于抗氧化维生素,具有抗氧化活性,可以减轻电脑辐射导致的过氧化反应,相当于给皮肤穿上了一层“防弹衣”,能有效的减轻皮肤损害。
壳寡糖可以防止脂肪的吸收,能够提升有益胆固醇并且减少有害胆固醇的吸收,所以能够预防动脉硬化、粥样硬化斑块的产生,预防脑卒中和心脏病的发生。有一定的降压功效,对于原发性高血压,可以通过服用一定的壳寡糖使氯离子排出体外,因此能够减少血管紧张素,能够使血压下调。
螺旋藻具有减轻癌症放疗、化疗的毒副反应即能显著的减轻由于放疗、化疗时高剂量辐射导致的毒副反应,此外,螺旋藻还有提高免疫功能。
魔芋粉因其粘稠特性赋予食品一种胶状特质,方便宇航员在太空中食用。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明的产品源自药食同源性的食品或中药材,其安全性高,副作用小;
(2)本发明产品,通过小鼠实验(通过γ射线全身照射次),证明了其具有显著的防辐射作用;
(3)通过本发明的方法制备获得的防辐射食品,食用方便,适于宇航员在太空中食用。

为了能使本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明,现结合具体实施方式对本发明进行更进一步的阐述。
实施例1
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性固体饮料的制备方法,具体的步骤如下:
S1:取杜仲叶6g,灵芝6g,红景天10g,刺五加9g,当归6g,黄芪5g,枸杞子5g,人参2g;将上述的原料加入0.5L水中提取(采用常规的水提法即可,煮沸,提取1次之后,过滤,在渣中再加入0.5L水,继续煮沸提取,合并两次的提取液,以下各实施例同),获得提取液;
S2:浓缩S1中的提取液,干燥后粉碎,加入西兰花种子水提物5g,再加入魔芋粉1.2g,海藻糖18g和甜菊糖苷0.006g调味,混合均匀,制得固体饮料。
实施例2
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性硬胶囊的制备方法,包括以下的步骤:
S1:取灵芝6g,红景天10g,当归9g,黄芪5g,枸杞子5g,人参2g,紫菜5g,钝顶螺旋藻6g;将上述的原料加入水提取,提取得到提取液;
S2:将S1中得到提取液喷雾干燥,获得粉末,在粉末中加入杜仲提取物6g,再加入魔芋粉1.2g,海藻糖18g和甜菊糖苷0.006g调味,混合均匀,制粒,制得硬胶囊。
实施例3
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性固体饮料的制备方法,具体的步骤如下:
S1:取杜仲树皮6g,灵芝5g,刺五加5g,当归8g,黄芪4g,枸杞子5g,人参2g,紫菜5g,海带5g;将上述的原料加入水提取,提取得到提取液;
S2:取S1中的提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入魔芋粉1.0g,海藻糖15g和甜菊糖苷0.01g,调味,混合均匀,制粒,制得固体饮料。
实施例4
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性颗粒剂的制备方法,具体的步骤如下:
S1:取杜仲叶6g,红景天6g,绿茶5g,当归7g,黄芪5g,枸杞子3g,人参2g,紫菜5g,海带5g;将上述的原料加入水提取,提取,得到提取液;
S2:将S1中得到提取液浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入魔芋粉0.8g,维生素C80mg,混合均匀,制粒,压片得颗粒剂。
实施例5
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性压片糖果的制备方法,具体的步骤如下:
S1:取番茄6g,黑木耳6g,绿茶粉6g,胡萝卜2g,紫菜4g,海带5g,将上述的原料加入水提取,提取得到提取液;
S2:将S1中得到提取液浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入杜仲提取物6g,再加入魔芋粉1.3g、维生素E30mg、西兰花种子水提物4g、蜂蜜1g,混合均匀,制粒,压片得压片糖果。
实施例6
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性压片糖果的制备方法,具体的步骤如下:
S1:杜仲雄花6g,黑木耳6g,绿茶粉7g,胡萝卜8g,钝顶螺旋藻5g,紫菜5g,将上述的原料加入水提取,提取得到提取液;
S2:将S1中提取得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入魔芋粉1.1g、壳寡糖500mg,维生素E35mg,蜂蜜5g,混合均匀,制粒,压片得压片糖果。
实施例7
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性固体饮料的制备方法,具体的步骤如下:
S1:钝顶螺旋藻5g,绿茶粉4g,黑木耳7g;将上述的原料加入水提取,提取得到提取液;
S2:将S1中提取得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入杜仲提取物6g,再加入魔芋粉0.9g、维生素E20mg,蜂蜜3g,葡萄籽提取物6g,番茄红素6g,混合均匀,得到固体饮料。
实施例8
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性固体饮料的制备方法,具体的步骤如下:
S1:杜仲雄花6g,绿茶粉4g,黑木耳7g,将上述的原料加入水提取,提取得到提取液;
S2:将S1中提取得到提取液发酵,过滤,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入魔芋粉0.7g、维生素C150mg、维生素E25mg、壳寡糖300mg,蜂蜜2g,葡萄籽提取物6g,番茄红素6g,混合均匀,制粒,得固体饮料。
对照组1
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性固体饮料的制备方法,具体的步骤如下:
S1:取灵芝6g,红景天10g,刺五加9g,当归6g,黄芪5g,枸杞子5g,人参2g;将上述的原料加入水提取(提取方法同实施例1),提取得到提取液;
S2:浓缩S1中的提取液,干燥后粉碎,加入西兰花种子水提物5g,再加入魔芋粉1.2g,海藻糖18g和甜菊糖苷0.006g调味,混合均匀,制得固体饮料。
对照组2
一种具有防辐射作用的功能性固体饮料的制备方法,具体的步骤如下:
S1:取灵芝5g、西洋参3g、菊花5g、玉竹3g、蜂蜜6g、麦芽糖4g、蔗糖3g、焦糖色4g、苯甲醛2g、香兰素2g、乙醇3ml,混合均匀,获得固体饮料。
实施例9
实验方法
9.2.1实验动物:小鼠,18-22g,单一性别,每组10只。
9.2.2剂量分组及受试样品给予时间
选用110只5周龄雄性小鼠。将小鼠随机分为11组:空白组1组,对照组1-2组、实施例1-8组;空白组、对照组、实施例组,每组10只。
1)血白细胞计数试验:对照组与实施例组均以同一剂量γ射线全身照射次,照射剂量宜选择3Gy-5Gy.分别于照射前、照射后第3天、照射后第14天三次采末梢血20uL.加入0.38mL 1%盐酸中,混匀后,加入血球计数板中,计算总数。
2)骨髓有核细胞数实验:对照组与实施例组均以同一剂量γ射线全身照射次,照射剂量宜选择3Gy-5Gy.于照射后第3天,颈椎脱臼杀死小白鼠,剥离出股骨,用1mL注射器(6.5号针头)吸取一定体积的Hank's液,冲出股骨中的全部骨髓细胞:最后,让细胞悬液通过4号针头的注射器,使细胞在悬液中充分分散。
3)小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验:对照组与实施例组均以同一剂量γ射线全身照射一次,照射剂量宜选择3Gy-5Gy.于照射后第3天,颈椎脱臼处死动物,取股骨,用止血钳挤出骨髓液与玻片一端的小牛血清混匀,常规涂片。微核率以千分率表示。

1.各实施例组均具有提高血白细胞的功效;
2.各实施例组提高血白细胞的功效均优于对照组2;
3.各实施例的效果均优于对照组1,说明杜仲提取物(杜仲叶提取物、杜仲树皮提取物、杜仲雄花提取物)对恢复血白细胞的效果更好。

1.各实施例组均具有提高骨髓有核细胞数的功效。
2.各实施例组提高骨髓有核细胞数的功效均优于对照组2。
3.各实施例的效果均优于对照组1,说明添加杜仲对恢复骨髓有核细胞数的效果更好。

1.各实施例组均具有提高细胞数的功效。
2.各实施例组提高细胞数的功效均优于对照组2。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品,其特征在于,所述的食品包括以下重量份数的原料:
杜仲叶2~15、灵芝1~12、红景天5~15、刺五加4~16、当归1~12、黄芪1~10、枸杞子1~10、人参0.2~5、西兰花种子水提物1~10;
或者是,杜仲提取物1~10、灵芝1~12、红景天5~15、当归4~16、黄芪1~10、枸杞子1~10、人参0.2~5、紫菜2~12、钝顶螺旋藻1~12;
或者是,杜仲树皮1~10、灵芝1~10、刺五加1~10、当归3~14、黄芪1~9,枸杞子1~10,人参0.2~5、紫菜1~11,海带1~10;
或者是,杜仲叶1~12、红景天1~10、绿茶1~10、当归3~12,黄芪2~10,枸杞子1~7,人参0.5~5,紫菜1~10,海带1~10;
或者是,杜仲提取物1~12,番茄1~10,黑木耳1~10,绿茶粉2~10,胡萝卜0.5~4,紫菜1~8,海带2~11;
或者是,杜仲雄花1~12,黑木耳1~12,绿茶粉3~14,蜂蜜2~9,胡萝卜4~15,钝顶螺旋藻1~10,紫菜1~10;
或者是,杜仲提取物1~12,钝顶螺旋藻2~10,葡萄籽提取物2~11,番茄红素2~9,绿茶粉1~9,黑木耳3~13;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品,其特征在于,所述的食品包括以下重量份数的原料:
杜仲叶2~12、灵芝1~10、红景天5~12、刺五加4~13、当归3~10、黄芪2~8、枸杞子2~8、人参1~4、西兰花种子水提物2~8;
或者是,杜仲提取物2~9、灵芝2~10、红景天6~13、当归4~12、黄芪3~8、枸杞子3~8、人参1~4、紫菜3~10、钝顶螺旋藻3~9;
或者是,杜仲树皮3~9、灵芝2~8、刺五加3~8、当归4~10、黄芪3~7,枸杞子3~9,人参1~4、紫菜2~6,海带3~8;
或者是,杜仲叶2~10、红景天3~9、绿茶3~8、当归3~10,黄芪3~9,枸杞子1~5,人参0.5~3,紫菜2~7,海带2~8;
或者是,杜仲提取物3~10,番茄3~8,黑木耳3~9,绿茶粉2~9,胡萝卜0.5~3,紫菜2~7,海带3~9;
或者是,杜仲雄花3~9,黑木耳3~10,绿茶粉4~12,蜂蜜3~8,胡萝卜4~10,钝顶螺旋藻3~8,紫菜2~9;
或者是,杜仲提取物2~10,钝顶螺旋藻2~9,葡萄籽提取物2~9,番茄红素2~7,绿茶粉2~7,黑木耳4~10;
或者是,杜仲雄花3~10,葡萄籽提取物2~8,番茄红素2~9,绿茶粉1~6,黑木耳4~10。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品,其特征在于,所述的食品还包括食品添加剂;优选的,所述的食品添加剂为:酸度调节剂、甜味剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、赋形剂、营养强化剂中的至少一种;
优选的,所述的酸度调节剂选自柠檬酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、己二酸、碳酸钠、乳酸、富马酸、琥珀酸、柠檬酸盐、果醋中的任一种;
优选的,甜味剂为白砂糖、果糖、麦芽糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、海藻糖、赤藓糖醇、伊代欣糖、木糖醇、低聚果糖、山梨糖醇、甜菊糖苷、三氯蔗糖、罗汉果苷、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、糖醇、甘草酸铵、甘草酸、甘草酸一钾、甘草酸三钾、阿斯巴甜、安赛蜜、甜蜜素、糖精中的至少一种;
优选的,防腐剂选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、丙酸钠、乳酸链球菌素、丙酸钙、脱氢乙酸中的任一种;
优选的,抗氧化剂选自抗坏血酸、丁基羟基茴香醚、茶多酚、没食子酸丙酯、植酸、二丁基羟基甲苯和没食子酸丙酯中的任一种;
优选的,赋形剂选自淀粉、麦芽糊精、黄原胶、卡拉胶、魔芋胶、魔芋粉、羧甲基纤维素钠、田菁胶、罗望子糖胶、明胶、阿拉伯胶、酪蛋白酸钠、环状糊精、果胶、豆浆粉、可可粉、硬脂酸镁中的至少一种;
优选的,营养强化剂选自:微量元素、维生素、乳酸钙、乳酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸钾中的至少一种;
优选的,所述的调味剂和/或微量元素和/或维生素和/或增稠剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品,其特征在于,所述的调味剂为魔芋粉,海藻糖和甜菊糖苷。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品,其特征在于,所述的功能性食品为固体饮料,其制备方法如下:
取杜仲叶、灵芝、红景天、刺五加、当归、黄芪、枸杞子、人参,将上述的原料加入到水中,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入西兰花种子水提物,混合均匀,制得固体饮料;
或者是,取杜仲叶、灵芝、红景天、刺五加、当归、黄芪、枸杞子、人参,将上述的原料加入到水中,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入西兰花种子水提物、魔芋粉,海藻糖和甜菊糖苷调味,混合均匀,制得固体饮料;
取杜仲树皮、灵芝、刺五加、当归、黄芪、枸杞子、人参、紫菜、海带,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,制粒,获得固体饮料;
或者是,取杜仲树皮、灵芝、刺五加、当归、黄芪、枸杞子、人参、紫菜、海带,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,再加入魔芋粉、海藻糖和甜菊糖苷调味,混合均匀,制粒,获得固体饮料;
取钝顶螺旋藻、绿茶粉、黑木耳,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,再加入杜仲提取物、葡萄籽提取物、番茄红素,混合均匀,得到固体饮料;
或者是,取钝顶螺旋藻、绿茶粉、黑木耳,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,再加入魔芋粉、葡萄籽提取物、番茄红素、维生素E,蜂蜜、杜仲提取物,混合均匀,得到固体饮料;
或者是,取杜仲雄花、绿茶粉、黑木耳,加入水,提取,得到提取液,发酵,过滤,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入葡萄籽提取物、番茄红素混匀,制粒,得固体饮料;
或者是,取杜仲雄花、绿茶粉、黑木耳,加入水,提取,得到提取液,发酵,过滤,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入魔芋粉、葡萄籽提取物、番茄红素、维生素C、维生素E、壳寡糖,蜂蜜,混合均匀,制粒,得固体饮料。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品,其特征在于,所述的功能性食品为硬胶囊,其制备方法如下:
取灵芝、红景天、当归、黄芪、枸杞子、人参、紫菜、钝顶螺旋藻,将其提取得到提取液,干燥后获得粉末,加入杜仲提取物,再加入魔芋粉,海藻糖和甜菊糖苷调味,混合均匀,制粒,获得硬胶囊;
或者是,取灵芝、红景天、当归、黄芪、枸杞子、人参、紫菜、钝顶螺旋藻,将其提取得到提取液,干燥后获得粉末,加入杜仲提取物,混合均匀,制粒,获得硬胶囊。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品,其特征在于,所述的功能性食品为颗粒剂,其制备方法如下:
取杜仲叶、红景天、绿茶、当归、黄芪、枸杞子、人参、紫菜、海带,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入魔芋粉,维生素C混合均匀,制粒,压片得颗粒剂;
或者是,取杜仲叶、红景天、绿茶、当归、黄芪、枸杞子、人参、紫菜、海带,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,压片得颗粒剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品,其特征在于,所述的功能性食品为压片糖果,其制备方法如下:
取番茄、黑木耳、绿茶粉、胡萝卜、紫菜、海带,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入杜仲提取物,再加入魔芋粉、维生素E、西兰花种子水提物、蜂蜜,混合均匀,制粒,压片得压片糖果;
或者是,取番茄、黑木耳、绿茶粉、胡萝卜、紫菜、海带,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入杜仲提取物,再加入西兰花种子水提物,混合均匀,制粒,压片得压片糖果;
或者是,取杜仲雄花、黑木耳、绿茶粉、蜂蜜、胡萝卜、钝顶螺旋藻、紫菜,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,加入魔芋粉、壳寡糖,维生素E ,混合均匀,制粒,压片得压片糖果;
或者是,取杜仲雄花、黑木耳、绿茶粉、蜂蜜、胡萝卜、钝顶螺旋藻、紫菜,加入水,提取,得到提取液,浓缩干燥后粉碎,制粒,压片得压片糖果。
9.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的一种具有防辐射作用的功能性食品应用于宇航员食品中。
