The sowing device comprises a sowing motor 51, a fixed frame 52, a sowing box 53 and a slideway 54; the sowing motor 51 and the sowing box 53 are fixedly arranged on the top surface of the fixed frame 52; the bottom surface of the fixed bracket is fixedly connected with the top surface of the bedplate 11; the seeding motor 51 is connected with the seeding box 53 in a transmission way, one end of the slideway 54 penetrates through the top surface of the fixed frame 52 and is communicated with a blanking port arranged at the bottom of the seeding box 53, and the other end penetrates through the top surface of the bedplate 11 and is arranged right behind the furrow plough 33.
The sowing box 53 includes a box 531, a conveyor 532, a partition plate 533, a guide plate 534, a driving roller 535, and a driven roller 536; the box body 531 is of a cubic structure, four third hinge holes are formed in corresponding positions of two opposite sides of the bottom of the box body 531, and two ends of the driving roller 535 and two ends of the driven roller 536 are respectively hinged with the box body 531 through the third hinge holes; one end of the driving roller 535 is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the sowing motor 51; the driven roller 536 is arranged right above the blanking port; the conveying belt 532 is in transmission connection with a driving roller 535 and a driven roller 536 respectively; a plurality of isolation plates 533 are arranged, the isolation plates 533 are vertically arranged on the conveyor belt 532 at equal intervals, and one end surfaces of the isolation plates 533 are thermally welded with the conveyor belt 532;
the guide plate 534 is disposed inside the case 531, and the guide plate 534 is disposed obliquely toward the driving roller 535; three sides of the guide plate 534 are fixedly connected with three sides of the box 531 respectively, and the remaining sides of the guide plate 534 and the box 531 form a feeding port which is arranged above the driving roller 535.
The grass raking wheel 42 comprises a grass raking hub 421, a driving tooth 422 and a grass raking rack 423; the grass raking rack 423 is provided with a plurality of comb tooth structures, and two ends of the grass raking rack 423 are respectively fixedly connected with the side surface of the grass raking wheel hub 421; the included angle between the outer side surface of the grass holding rack 423 and the circumferential surface of the grass holding hub 421 is 5-30 degrees;
the driving teeth 422 are provided with a plurality of conical structures, and the bottom surfaces of the driving teeth 422 are fixedly connected to the circumferential surface of the grass raking hub 421 at equal intervals.
The weeding wheel 22 comprises a weeding hub 221 and a weeding rack 222; the weeding rack 222 is provided with a plurality of strips and has a blade structure, and two ends of the weeding rack 222 are respectively fixedly connected with the side surfaces of the weeding hubs 221; the included angle between the outer side surface of the weeding rack 222 and the circumferential surface of the weeding hub 221 is 5-30 degrees.
The driving motor 41, the power motor 21 and the seeding motor 51 are electrically connected with the power output end of the power module; the power module is a power battery or a fuel generator.
The invention discloses the following technical effects:
1. the weeding rack rotates at a high speed, so that ground weeds can be removed quickly and efficiently, and meanwhile, a ground soil layer can be loosened preliminarily.
2. The invention can turn over the land while weeding, thoroughly loosen the soil layer, increase the oxygen content of the soil, eliminate the root system of the weeds growing for many years and avoid the condition of the regeneration of the weeds.
3. The invention can assist in completing the planting of the sugarcane while weeding, so that the original work needing all manual planting can be replaced by mechanization, and the intensity of manual operation is greatly reduced.
4. The spraying amount of farm pesticides is reduced, the environment is protected, the planting of green agricultural products is realized, and the investment of cost is reduced.

A sugarcane field weeding and seeding device comprises a frame (1) and a weeding and seeding device fixedly arranged on the frame (1); the method is characterized in that: the seed removing device comprises a power module, a weeding device and a seeding device (5); the power module and the seeding device (5) are arranged on the top surface of the frame (1); the power module is arranged below the seeding device (5); the weeding device is arranged on the bottom surface of the frame (1);
the frame (1) comprises a bedplate (11) and a driving handrail (12); the driving handrail (12) is fixedly connected to one side surface of the bedplate (11);
the weeding device comprises a weeding roller (2), a soil covering device (3) and a grass raking roller (4); the weeding roller (2) and the grass raking roller (4) are arranged on two sides of the soil covering device (3); the grass raking roller (4) is arranged on one side of the driving handrail (12); the power module is arranged above the weeding roller (2); the seeding device (5) is arranged above the power module.

A sugarcane field weeding seeding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the grass raking roller (4) comprises a driving motor (41), a grass raking wheel (42), a driving shaft (43), a belt wheel (44), a driving belt (45) and a driving support (46); two driving brackets (46) are arranged; one ends of the two driving supports (46) are respectively hinged with the two ends of the rake wheel (42); the other ends of the two driving brackets (46) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the bedplate (11); the driving shaft (43) is fixedly arranged at the center of the grass raking wheel (42); the driving motor (41) is arranged right above the grass raking wheel (42), and the driving motor (41) is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the bedplate (11);
two belt wheels (44) are arranged, wherein one belt wheel is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the driving motor (41), and the other belt wheel is fixedly connected with a driving end of the driving shaft (43); the driving belt (45) is in transmission connection with the belt wheel (44) of the driving motor (41) and the belt wheel (44) fixedly connected with the driving shaft (43).
3. A sugarcane field weeding seeding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the weeding roller (2) comprises a power motor (21), a weeding wheel (22), a driven shaft (23), a driven wheel (24), a transmission belt (25) and a driven bracket (26); two driven brackets (26) are arranged, and one ends of the two driven brackets (26) are hinged with the two ends of the weeding wheel (22); the other ends of the two driven brackets (26) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the bedplate (11); the driven shaft (23) is fixedly arranged at the center of the weeding wheel (22); the power motor (21) is arranged right above the weeding wheel (22), and the power motor (21) is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the bedplate (11);
two driven wheels (24) are arranged and are respectively fixedly connected with the output shaft of the power motor (21) and the driving end of the driven shaft (23); the transmission belt (25) is in transmission connection with the driven wheel (24) fixedly connected with the power motor (21) and the driven shaft (23) respectively.

A sugarcane field weeding seeding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the soil covering device (3) comprises a lifting mechanism (31), a soil covering rake (32) and a ditching plow (33); two soil covering rakes (32) are arranged; the lifting mechanism (31) is provided with three groups, namely a first lifting mechanism (311), a second lifting mechanism (312) and a third lifting mechanism (313); the first lifting mechanism (311), the second lifting mechanism (312) and the third lifting mechanism (313) are respectively arranged on the top surface of the bedplate (11); the first lifting mechanism (311) is close to the weed control wheel (22), the second lifting mechanism (312) and the third lifting mechanism (313) are close to the rake wheel (42); the first lifting mechanism (311) is respectively arranged at equal distance from the second lifting mechanism (312) and the third lifting mechanism (313);
a ditching plow (33) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the first lifting mechanism (311), and soil covering rakes (32) are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the second lifting mechanism (312) and the third lifting mechanism (313).

A sugarcane field weeding and seeding device according to claim 4, wherein: the first lifting mechanism (311), the second lifting mechanism (312) and the third lifting mechanism (313) respectively comprise a lifting rod (31a), a guide block (31b), a guide column (31c), a spring (31d) and a jackscrew (31 e);
a guide hole is formed in the center of the guide block (31b), a threaded hole is formed in one side face of the guide block (31b), and the guide hole is communicated with the threaded hole; one end of the guide column (31c) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the guide block (31b) provided with the threaded hole; the guide post (31c) is coaxial with the threaded hole; a through hole matched with the outer diameter of the jackscrew (31e) is formed in the center of the guide column (31 c); the spring (31d) is sleeved on the circumferential surface of the guide column (31c), one end of the spring (31d) is fixedly connected with the side surface of the guide block (31b), and the other end of the spring (31d) is fixedly connected with a handle of the jackscrew (31 e); one end of the lifting rod (31a) of the first lifting mechanism (311) is fixedly connected with the top surface of the furrow plough (33), one ends of the lifting rods (31a) of the second lifting mechanism (312) and the third lifting mechanism (313) are fixedly connected with the top surface of the soil covering harrow (32), and the other ends of the three lifting rods (31a) penetrate through the bedplate (11) and are in sliding connection with the guide block (31 b); the connecting line of the center points of the guide blocks (31b) of the second lifting mechanism (312) and the third lifting mechanism (313) is parallel to the driving shaft (43);
grooves are formed in the side surface of the lifting rod (31a) at equal intervals in the vertical direction; the jackscrew (31e) is matched with the threaded hole; the top end of the jackscrew (31e) is matched with the groove; the bottom surface of the guide block (31b) is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the bedplate (11).

A sugarcane field weeding seeding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the seeding device comprises a seeding motor (51), a fixed frame (52), a seeding box (53) and a slideway (54); the sowing motor (51) and the sowing box (53) are fixedly arranged on the top surface of the fixed frame (52); the bottom surface of the fixed bracket is fixedly connected with the top surface of the bedplate (11); the seeding motor (51) is in transmission connection with the seeding box (53), one end of the slideway (54) penetrates through the top surface of the fixing frame (52) and is communicated with a blanking port formed at the bottom of the seeding box (53), and the other end of the slideway penetrates through the top surface of the bedplate (11) and is arranged right behind the furrow plough (33).

A sugarcane field weeding and seeding device according to claim 6, wherein: the sowing box (53) comprises a box body (531), a conveying belt (532), a separating plate (533), a guide plate (534), a driving roller (535) and a driven roller (536); the box body (531) is of a cubic structure, four third hinge holes are formed in corresponding positions of two opposite sides of the bottom of the box body (531), and two ends of the driving roller (535) and two ends of the driven roller (536) are hinged to the box body (531) through the third hinge holes respectively; one end of the driving roller (535) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the sowing motor (51); the driven roller (536) is arranged right above the blanking port; the conveying belt (532) is in transmission connection with the driving roller (535) and the driven roller (536) respectively; the number of the isolation plates (533) is multiple, the isolation plates (533) are vertically arranged on the conveyor belt (532) at equal intervals, and one end face of each isolation plate (533) is in heat fusion with the conveyor belt (532);
the guide plate (534) is arranged inside the box body (531), and the guide plate (534) is obliquely arranged towards the driving roller (535); three side surfaces of the guide plate (534) are fixedly connected with three side surfaces of the box body (531) respectively, the rest side surface of the guide plate (534) and the box body (531) form a feeding port, and the feeding port is arranged above the driving roller (535).
