A part of a square hot water pad main body (1) is provided with a 3-port or 4-port water inlet manifold (4), and another part of the hot water pad main body is provided with a 3-port or 4-port water outlet manifold (5), and 3 or 4 hot water pipes (3) are arranged in series between the water inlet manifold (4) and the water outlet manifold (5) in a parallel state.

Description

Hot water pad for heating floor
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a floor heating hot water mat used when hot water is passed through a heat-releasing hot water pipe disposed in a mat main body and heated by radiant heat of the hot water.
Background
As disclosed in publicly known documents 1 and 2, a conventional hot water mat for floor heating has the following structure: a hot water header pipe having a hot water supply port and a return port formed therein is attached to a part of the pad main body, and a hot water pipe (heat release pipe) is arranged between the hot water header pipes so as to be bent in a reciprocating manner. In addition, there are a type in which a soaking sheet is laid on a surface and a type in which a joist (flooring material supporting material) is inserted into a mat as disclosed in the publicly known document 3.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In such a hot water mat for floor heating, when the amount of heat released from the hot water pipe is to be increased, the temperature of the hot water needs to be changed from 60 ℃ to 70 to 90 ℃, which is a common problem, but the change and adjustment of the temperature of the hot water need to be performed on the heat source side, and therefore, the heat source machine needs to be replaced, which is very difficult in practical use.
In view of the above-described situation, an object of the present invention is to provide a hot water mat for floor heating, which can increase the amount of heat released from a hot water pipe on the hot water mat side, reduce pressure loss, and improve workability.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention is a hot water mat for heating floors, wherein a 3-port or 4-port inlet header is provided at one part of a square hot water mat main body in a plan view, a 3-port or 4-port outlet header is provided at the other part of the hot water mat main body, and 3 or 4 hot water pipes are arranged in series between the inlet header and the outlet header in a parallel state.
A second aspect of the present invention is the floor heating hot-water mat according to the first aspect, wherein when the floor heating area is enlarged by using the hot-water mat main body, an inlet header pipe of a floor heating hot-water mat separate from an outlet header pipe of the floor heating hot-water mat is laid to face each other, and one of the outlet header pipes and the other inlet header pipe are communicated with each other by a communication pipe.
A third aspect of the present invention is the floor heating hot-water mat according to the first or second aspect, wherein 3 or 4 hot-water pipes are all arranged in series.
A fourth aspect of the present invention is the floor heating hot-water mat according to the first or second aspect, wherein a small joist is inserted into the floor heating hot-water mat.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The construction method of the hot water mat for heating floor of the present invention is the same as the method actually used at present.
However, since 1 or 2 hot water pipes in the conventional hot water mat for floor heating are arranged in a zigzag manner in the mat in a reciprocating state and a parallel state, a pressure loss is large as compared with the above-described known documents 1 and 2, and a heat radiation amount cannot be increased.
On the other hand, in the present invention, 3 or 4 hot water pipes are arranged in parallel, so that the pressure loss is reduced accordingly, a large amount of heat can be released, and the load on the heat source unit can be reduced.
In addition, according to the present invention, the heat radiation amount can be increased not on the heat source side but on the hot water mat side.

Detailed Description
In order to implement the mode of the invention
[ example 1]
An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
In fig. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a square hot water pad main body as viewed in plan, reference numeral 2 denotes a pipe groove formed on an upper surface of the hot water pad main body 1, reference numeral 3 denotes a hot water pipe (heat release pipe) disposed in the pipe groove 2, reference numeral 4 denotes an inlet header, reference numeral 5 denotes an outlet header, reference numeral 6 denotes a heat source unit, reference numeral 7 denotes a hot water supply conduit, and reference numeral 8 denotes a hot water return conduit.
As shown in fig. 1, the hot water in the heat source unit 6 enters the hot water pad main body 1 from the inlet header 4 through the hot water sending pipe 7, and is circulated in the hot water pad main body 1 in 3 rows in parallel, and then returns to the heat source unit 6 from the outlet header 5 through the hot water returning pipe 8.
The water inlet direction of the water inlet header 4 and the water outlet direction of the water outlet header 5 are not limited to the directions shown in the drawings, and they can be vertical directions and underfloor directions in plan view, and therefore, for example, various piping methods such as arranging the pipes 7 and 8 under the floor can be selected.
The inlet header 4 may be connected to the hot water return pipe 8 to be used as an outlet header, and the outlet header 5 may be connected to the hot water delivery pipe 7 to be used as an inlet header, which can flexibly correspond to the shape and layout of the room.
Fig. 7 is an example in which a small joist 9 is inserted into a hot water pad body 1, fig. 8 is an example in which 4 hot water pipes 3 are arranged in parallel and in series, fig. 9 is an explanatory view of a three-port water inlet header 4 and a three-port water outlet header showing the flow of hot water, and fig. 10 is an explanatory view of a four-port water inlet header 4 and a four-port water outlet header showing the flow of hot water.
Although the heat release sheet is laid on the surface of the pad body 1, the heat release sheet is not shown in the drawings.
