本発明は、温水マット全面からの放熱温度を平均化することによって快適な床暖房を行うようにすることが目的であって、その構成は次のとおりである。

熱源機から供給された約60℃の温水は、温水ヘッダーの温水入口からヘッダー内に入り、内部で2股に分かれて温水往き口から2本の放熱パイプ内に入り、温水ヘッダーに遠い方を一巡して温水ヘッダーに近い小根太の外側の温水マットを経由して温水ヘッダーに戻る。この際、最も低温の温水が循環する小根太に近い部分の放熱パイプの間隔が密になっているため、また、この小根太側に高温水が通る放熱パイプが寄せてあるため、面積当りの放熱量は他と均等になる。

本発明は以上のように、温水マットの端の小根太に近い位置に温水ヘッダーを設けると共に、この端の小根太の内側に位置する放熱パイプの間隔を、端の小根太側に寄せてピッチを密に設定したので、温水温度が一番低下して放熱量の少ない端側において、面積当りの放熱量を他と均等にすることができる。この結果、従来のように、温水ヘッダーを境にして片側の温度が高く、反対側の温度が低くなるという問題を改善できる。よって、快適な床暖房が可能になる。
