Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a hot water mat for floor heating constructed under a flooring floor or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Floor heating using hot water mats includes wooden flooring, cork tile finishing, tatami mat finishing, and carpet finishing. These are usually constructed by laying a hot water mat on an underlying plywood stretched over joists. FIG. 3 is a plan view of a conventional hot water mat, and FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged cross section and a flooring floor finishing example. 3 and 4, 1 is a mat body made of polyethylene foam, 2 is a four-pipe piping groove formed in the mat body 1, and 3 is four cross-linked low-density polyethylene pipes installed in the groove 2. The heat radiation pipes 4 are small joists inserted alternately in the mat body 1, and 5 is a hot water header. The hot water supplied from the heat pipe circulates in the two heat radiation pipes 3 as indicated by the arrows to radiate heat. It is the structure which performs.
[0003]
In FIG. 4, 6 is an aluminum foil heat sink attached to the entire surface of the mat body 1, and is used to enhance heat transfer. 7 is a flooring, and 8 is a non-woven fabric bonded to the back of the mat body 1 except for the small joists 4. The non-woven fabric 8 is intended to block impact sound from the flooring 7. 9 is a base plywood and 10 is a joist.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the hot water mat has the following drawbacks.
a. There are four radiating pipes 3 between the small joists 4, and the pitch of these four pipes is determined by the interval between the small joists 4. For this reason, in order to make the temperature distribution as uniform as possible in the entire hot water mat, it is necessary to devise a way to increase the heat dissipation by reducing (densely) the pitch of the heat radiating pipe on the return side of the hot water and the portion where the temperature has decreased. I can't do this.
b. When the number of the heat radiating pipes is four between the small joists 4, the cost is high, and when the number of the radiating pipes is two, the heat radiation amount is insufficient.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the hot water mat, the present invention aims to solve the above-described problem by setting the number of pipes between the small joists not to be an even number of four or two, but to an odd number of three pipes. It is as follows.
1. In the hot water mat formed by inserting small joists alternately at regular intervals to the mat body,
Three heat dissipating pipes were routed while bypassing the small joiston, one end of the hot water mat with a warm water return header connected to one heat dissipating pipe, and warm water return connected to two heat dissipating pipes Attach header, opposite to the location where the warm water return header and warm water return header are installed, and attach the terminal header that connects the three heat radiating pipes to the end of the three heat radiating pipes That is, the hot water supplied from the heat source side into the warm water going header reaches the terminal header via the one heat radiating pipe, and is branched into the two heat radiating pipes. A hot water mat for floor heating, characterized in that it is configured to return to the return header via a heat radiating pipe and return to the heat source machine side .
2. In the hot water mat formed by inserting small joists alternately at regular intervals to the mat body,
Three heat dissipating pipes were routed while bypassing the small joists, a hot water return header connected to two heat dissipating pipes at one end of the hot water mat, and a hot water return connected to one heat dissipating pipe Attach header, opposite to the location where the warm water return header and warm water return header are installed, and attach the terminal header that connects the three heat radiating pipes to the end of the three heat radiating pipes In other words, the hot water supplied from the heat source machine side into the warm water going header reaches the terminal header via the two heat radiating pipes, and is gathered to the one heat radiating pipe, A hot water mat for floor heating , characterized in that it is configured to return to the return header via a heat radiating pipe and return to the heat source machine side . .
3. The hot water mat for floor heating according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the piping pitch of the heat radiating pipe is arbitrarily changed.
[0006]
[Action]
From the warm water going header, warm water of about 60 ° C. enters one radiating pipe, reaches the terminal via the mat body, and enters the terminal header. In the terminal header, since the three heat radiating pipes communicate with each other, the hot water flows into the remaining two heat radiating pipes, and returns to the hot water return header via the two heat radiating pipes. As a result, warm water of about 60 ° C radiates heat from one heat radiating pipe when it goes at high temperature, and warm water whose temperature has gradually decreased returns via two heat radiating pipes when returning, so the return flow rate is It becomes about half of the trip, and the heat dissipation balance between the trip and the return is balanced. As a result, the heat radiation amount of the entire hot water mat can be made uniform. In addition, when the warm water going header is connected to two radiating pipes, the hot water has a large amount of heat radiation on the going side and the temperature distribution becomes unbalanced. Such a design, for example, the position where the bed is placed in the room This is convenient when the terminal side has less heat dissipation.
[0007]
【Example】
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
1 is a mat body, 2a, 2b and 2c are U-shaped pipe grooves formed in small joists 4 inserted alternately into the hot water mat 1, and 3a, 3b and 3c are the pipe grooves 2a and 2b. 2 at the left end of the hot water mat 1, a hot water going header connected to the heat radiating pipe 3 a, 12 a hot water return header connected to the radiating pipes 3 b and 3 c, and 13 a mat of the mat body 1. At the right end, it is a terminal header connected to all of the heat radiating pipes 3a, 3b, 3c, and this terminal header 13 has a flow path configuration in which all three heat radiating pipes 3a, 3b, 3c communicate. In FIG. 2, 7 is a flooring, 8 is a nonwoven fabric, 9 is a base plywood, and 10 is a joist.
[0008]
In the case of the above embodiment, the hot water flowing into the single heat radiating pipe 3 a from the hot water going header 11 continues to radiate heat while bypassing the small joists 4, and reaches the terminal. 3b and 3c flow into the hot water return header 12 while continuing to dissipate heat while bypassing the small joists 4 on the way.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, three heat dissipating pipes are provided in the hot water mat, and the number of forwards and returns is changed. As a result, the following effects are obtained.
a. In the hot water mat, the heat radiation temperature can be made uniform.
b. By reducing the number of pipes from four to three, the degree of freedom of the pipe pitch is increased, and the pipe pitch can be arbitrarily set to equalize the heat dissipation or to change the local heat dissipation. Can be changed.
c. By dividing the piping into one and two for the forward and return, the amount of heat radiation can be adjusted by freely changing the pressure loss in the forward and return.
