一、紧身衣和护具的功能

1.紧身衣的分类:
目前市场上的紧身衣主要分为以下两种:
第一种是,用弹性面料制作,裁剪时,紧身衣尺寸大小与穿着者身体的相关部位的尺寸大小要小些,即穿着者在穿上该紧身衣后,紧身衣的面料会发生形变,以此使紧身衣面料对人体施加一定的压力,达到保护肌体的目的。例如,一个穿着者的实际腿围是50cm,而对应的紧身衣裤腿的腿围是45cm,在穿着者穿上后,该位置的面料从45cm被拉伸至50cm,从而产生对腿部的压力。
该类紧身衣的不足是:由于紧身衣的面料为一体化,因此,其对穿着者的身体各个部位产生的压力是均等的,无法达到针对压差区别适配施压的目的(即需要大压力保护的部位,紧身衣就应该对该部位产生较大压力,而无需较大压力保护的部位,则为紧身衣面料自有压力即可)。
第二种是,在前一种成衣的基础上,将需要较大压力保护的区域镂空(以下将该区域简称为分区),然后使用弹性模量较大的面料剪裁成设定形状的片料,采用车缝或热压工艺,将该片料拼接在对应的分区上(以下称该片料为拼接片料)。例如,大腿前侧部位的肌肉在运动时易于颤动,那么对该部位的肌肉就需施加较大的压力进行保护,先将该部位镂空,再将对应形状和较大弹性模量事先剪裁好的片料拼接在该分区。
该类紧身衣的不足是:
1)采用车缝方式拼接时,分区边界处的厚度是正常面料厚度的2-3倍,该结构使穿着者感觉到的舒适性较差。
2)采用车缝方式拼接会受到分区所在部位的限制,如涉及到裆部、腋窝深处等部位,车缝机的针头就无法插入进行车缝。
3)采用热压或胶粘方式拼接时,分区边界处经长期使用容易脱开,而且,也经不起频繁水洗。
4)拼接的面料面积较大,数量较少,无法做到随心所欲设计压缩区域。其原因是采用拼接的方式,由于针车工艺的限制,无法做到很小的拼接片,因为拼接片越小,车缝后面料四周的褶皱就会越严重,穿着的舒适性越差。
5)使用者身穿该紧身衣时,紧身衣的各部分以闭环方式套接在人体对应的肌体部位,拼接片料对对应的位置的肌体部位施加的压力达不到预设压力的效果。
其原因是,拼接片料的纤维与紧身衣本体面料的纤维非一体结构和弹性模量不同造成的。当拉接片料和本体面料同时受到相同肌体部位对其产生的外撑作用力(即被人体穿戴部分撑开,如穿在使用者身上的紧身衣裤腿,绷紧在腿上,由于腿围大于对应处的紧身衣为自然状态时的裤腿围,对于腿部而言,其受到紧身衣对其施加的压力,对于紧身衣而言,腿部将紧身衣的裤腿向外撑开)时,在环绕对应肌体部位的周线方向上,拼接片料与紧身衣本体面料会相互约束,由于拼接片料的弹性模量大于本体面料的弹性模量,那么拼接片料的弹性变形要小于本体面料的弹性变形,因此,在所述的周线方向上,受相同外撑作用力的作用,本体面料会过渡变形,其会对对应肌体部位产生大于预设压力的力,同时,过渡变形的本体面料又会对拼接片料产生较大的拉伸力,使该拼接片料对对应肌体部位产生压力小于预设的压力。
2、压缩类护具的分类:
该类护具也为软质材料制作呈筒状且可套穿在人体某肢体上,用于对该部分肢体进行保护,保护原理同前述的紧身衣。
目前市场上的护具,主要分为两类:
第一类,为使用梭织面料的护具,此种护具使用统一面料进行裁剪和车缝,因此无法达到分区压力的功能;(同紧身衣原理)
第二类,使用针织面料,问题是:
1)面料厚重、穿着舒适性较差。
2)受工艺限制无法任意设计高低压缩区域及压力值。
3)每件产品制成时间长,工艺成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种设置在紧身衣和护具上且能依据人体肌肉在运动时所需保护压力不同的特点,有效保护人体肌体的调节分区压力的层状结构及制备方法和护身用品。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
本发明的调节紧身衣和护具上分区压力的层状结构,其特征在于:其由面层和至少一层采用渗透方式融入面层孔隙中的弹性体层构成的复合层,或者由面层与至少一层固态弹性体层通过胶粘结合构成的复合层,所述弹性体层的形状为具有若干个孔的网孔层形状、点阵层形状、由若干个条纹组合构成的队列层形状或薄膜层形状,所述复合层设置在紧身衣或护具上的与穿戴者身体需要承受不同压力保护的部位对应的分区,通过改变所述弹性体层的弹性模量调节不同分区对与其对应的所述部位施加的压力。
所述面层为针织类或者梭织类的弹性材料;所述弹性体层为TPE、TPU或其它高分子弹性材料。
所述面层为由尼氨、涤氨、橡筋丝或其他弹性面料所制且经单独裁剪并固接在所述紧身衣或护具的相应分区上的片料,或者所述面层为紧身衣的面料或护具上的弹性面料。
所述复合层的弹性模量大于其中的面层的弹性模量。
通过对所述弹性体层的纹理形状、疏密程度和厚度大小中的一项或多项进行设置来改变该弹性体层的弹性大小。
本发明的设置在紧身衣和护具上调节分区压力的层状结构的制备方法,其特征在于,采用以下步骤:
1)确定人体上有待紧身衣或护具保护且所需保护压力不同的压差部位及该压差部位的三维形状;
2)依据压差大小对所述紧身衣或护具上与所述压差部位对应的区域划设分区,在所需保护压力大的多个分区内选择性设置设定形状和设定弹性模量的层状结构;
3)所述层状结构按以下方法制作:
a.将以固体或熔融状态的高分子弹性材料置于由针织类或梭织类弹性面料制作的面层上,采用热压或浸透方式将高分子弹性材料渗透于所述面层的孔隙中构成由弹性体层与该面层融为一体的复合层;或者由高分子弹性材料事先制作好的至少一层固态的弹性体层通过胶粘工艺将该弹性体层与由针织类或梭织类弹性面料制作的面层紧密结合构成的复合层;
b.按照每个分区所需的层状结构的形状将所述复合层剪裁成对应形状的片料,之后再将每个片料固接在对应的分区上;
或者,
c.将以固体或熔融状态的高分子弹性材料置于紧身衣或护具上的相关分区上,采用热压或浸透方式将高分子弹性材料渗透于该分区对应的紧身衣或护具的主面料的孔隙中构成由弹性体层与该分区的主面料融为一体的复合层;
或者,
d.将由高分子弹性材料事先制作好的至少一层固态的弹性体层置于紧身衣或护具的相关分区上,通过胶粘工艺将该弹性体层与对应分区的主面料固接在一起。
本发明的制备方法,其特征在于:所述弹性体层的形状为具有若干个孔的网孔层形状、点阵层形状、由若干个条纹组合构成的队列层形状或薄膜层形状;弹性体层的弹性模量大小通过对该弹性体层的纹理形状、疏密程度和厚度大小中的一项或多项进行设置来调节。
本发明的紧身衣,包括弹性织品制作的主面料,其特征在于:在所述主面料上设有若干个分区,每个分区对应一个需要较大压力保护的肌体部位,在每个分区上设有本发明的所述层状结构。
本发明的紧身衣,其特征在于:所述分区包括颈部的斜方肌及肩胛提肌、胸部的胸大肌及前锯肌、背部的背阔肌、腹部的腹直肌及腹外斜肌、肩部的三角肌、上臂的肱二头肌及肱三头肌、前臂的指肌群、大腿部的股直肌及股四头肌和小腿部的胫骨前肌、胫骨后肌及小腿三头肌对应的主面料部分。
本发明的护具,包括可套接在颈部、腰部、上臂、前臂、上肢或下肢上呈筒状且由弹性织品制作的柔性护套,其特征在于:在所述柔性护套上对应颈部的斜方肌及肩胛提肌、腹部的腹直肌及腹外斜肌、肩部的三角肌、上臂的肱二头肌及肱三头肌、前臂的指肌群、大腿部的股直肌及股四头肌或小腿部的胫骨前肌、胫骨后肌及小腿三头肌对应的位置设置本发明的所述的层状结构。
本发明在紧身衣或护具上的特定区域设置弹性模量大于紧身衣或护具主面料弹性模量的复合层,对身穿该类紧身衣或护具的运动者在大幅度运动时,能有效保护其肌体,防止某些肌体部位的肌肉过度颤动,降低肌肉损伤风险。本发明的复合层,制作工艺简单,成本较低,设置有其的紧身衣和护具对使用者肌体部位进行压差式保护的效果非常明显。

具体实施方式
一、层状结构4
如图1、2、3所示,本发明的调节紧身衣和护具上分区压力的层状结构(以下简称层状结构4)设置在紧身衣1(也称压缩衣)或护具2(也称压缩性护具2)上用于增强其对使用者对应肌体部位的压力,以降低该肌体部位在运动时因过于颤动造成的肌肉损伤风险。
1、层状结构4的设置思路
1)首先确定人的身体上哪些肌体部位的肌肉发达且在运动时易于颤动,而这些肌体部位相比其它部位在运动时需要有较大的保护,当运动者身穿紧身衣1或护具2时,对应部分的紧身衣1或护具2就应该对该肌体部位施以比其它地方更大的压力,以此,达到压差式保护。
比如,人身上,颈部的斜方肌及肩胛提肌、胸部的胸大肌及前锯肌、背部的背阔肌、腹部的腹直肌及腹外斜肌、肩部的三角肌、上臂的肱二头肌及肱三头肌、前臂的指肌群、大腿部的股直肌及股四头肌和小腿部的胫骨前肌、胫骨后肌及小腿三头肌都较其它部位的肌肉发达(还包括膝部、肘部需要重点保护的关节部位),那么运动时,对这些部位就应该进行压差式保护。
将上述肌肉发达部位和重点保护的关节部位对应于紧身衣1或护具2上的部分称为分区3,确定这些分区3的三维形状,以便设计对应形状的层状结构4。
2)每个分区3还可依据压差大小(压差是指对该分区3内的肌肉进行不同的压力保护)再划分多个更小的分区3,在所需保护压力大的多个分区3内选择性设置设定形状和设定弹性模量的层状结构4。所谓选择性是指依据压差大小,对于保护压力较小的分区3,可以设置层状结构4,也可以忽略设置层状结构4。
设置的众多层状结构4的形状和弹性模量依据压差大小,可以是相同的,也可以是不同的。
所述的分区3最好选择闭环结构,即分区3内的层状结构环绕对应肌体部位周线方向设置,使其对该肌体部位施加的压力保护更均匀和有效。
2、层状结构4的构成
层状结构4为由面层5和至少一层弹性体层6构成的复合层,复合层有以下两种设置方式:
1)预先制作好的复合片料与紧身衣1或护具2的主面料51再复合
复合片料(参见图2所示)的制作:
将以固体状态的高分子弹性材料置于由针织类或梭织类弹性面料制作的面层5上,采用热压工艺将高分子弹性材料熔融并浸入所述面层5的孔隙(即面层纤维构成的经纬网孔)中构成由弹性体层6与该面层5融为一体的复合层。
或者,将熔融状态(半液态或液态)的高分子弹性材料置于由针织类或梭织类弹性面料制作的面层5上,采用加压浸透工艺将高分子弹性材料浸入所述面层5的孔隙中构成由弹性体层6与该面层5融为一体的复合层。
或者,由高分子弹性材料事先制作好的至少一层固态的弹性体层6通过胶粘工艺将该弹性体层6与由针织类或梭织类弹性面料制作的面层5紧密结合构成的复合层。
再按照每个分区3所需的层状结构4的形状将该复合层剪裁成对应形状的复合片料,之后再将每个复合片料固接在紧身衣1或护具2上对应分区3的主面料51上,最好固接在主面料51的内侧面上。
固接的方法有车缝、胶粘和热压。
所述弹性体层6的形状依据待保护的肌体部位的形状和所需的保护压力大小来设置,可以为具有若干个孔(可以是圆孔、方孔、矩形孔或菱形孔)的网孔层形状,也可以是由众多点状的高分子弹性材料构成的点阵层形状,还可以是由若干个条纹(由高分子弹性材料构成的若干个横向条纹、竖向条纹或斜向条纹并列设置)组合构成的队列层形状,还可以是由高分子弹性材料以平铺方式融入面层5孔隙中构成的薄膜层形状。
弹性体层6可以是平滑表面,也可以是带有不同纹路的表面,其弹性模量的大小可以通过对该弹性体层6的纹理形状、疏密程度和厚度大小中的一项或多项进行单一或组合式设置来调节。
即:通过改变所述弹性体层6的弹性模量调节不同分区3对与其对应的所述肌体部位施加的压力。
注:弹性模量是指物体抵抗弹性变形的能力。弹性模量越大,物体抵抗弹性变形的能力越强,因此弹性越小。如弹簧A和弹簧B的拉伸程度相同,但给A的力比给B的力大,也就是说A抵抗弹性变形的能力更强,所以,A的弹性模量大,弹性小。
所述面层5为针织类或者梭织类的弹性材料所制,如尼氨、涤氨、橡筋丝或其他弹性面料。
所述高分子弹性材料为TPE、TPU或其它高分子弹性材料。
由复合片料、紧身衣1或护具2主面料51构成的复合层的弹性模量大于其中的面层5的弹性模量,也大于对应区域的主面料51的弹性模量。
2)直接将高分子弹性材料与紧身衣1或护具2的主面料51结合构成复合层
与前述设置方式不同之处是:将以固体或熔融状态的高分子弹性材料直接置于紧身衣1或护具2上的相关分区3上,采用热压或浸透方式将高分子弹性材料浸入该分区3对应的紧身衣1或护具2的主面料51的孔隙中构成由弹性体层6与该分区3的主面料51融为一体的复合层(参见图3所示);或者,将由高分子弹性材料事先制作好的至少一层固态的弹性体层6置于紧身衣1或护具2的相关分区3上,通过胶粘工艺将该弹性体层6与对应分区3的主面料51固接在一起。
高分子弹性材料与前述设置方式采用的材料相同。
弹性体层6的形状和弹性模量大小调节方法与前述设置方式相同。
3、层状结构4的优点
1)设置层状结构4的分区3边界平整,不会使人感觉有异物感,因此,与现有技术中的拼接片料边界结构相比有非常好的舒适感。
2)层状结构4的设置部位不会受到车缝制作工艺的限制,因此,制作工艺简单方便。
3)层状结构4中,为高分子弹性材料的弹性体层6是采用热压方式浸入紧身衣1或护具2的主面料51并与该主面料51融为一体的,因此,其耐磨、耐洗,使用寿命长。
4)构成层状结构4的复合层是基于紧身衣1或护具2的主面料51纤维不被破坏的基础上。当使用者穿上紧身衣1或护具2时,
肌体部位对其产生外撑作用力,在环绕肌体部位的周线方向上,紧身衣1或护具2的主面料51对肌体部位产生的压力大致相同,而紧身衣1或护具2上分区3部分对对应区域的肌体部位的压力却是该区域的主面料51与弹性体层6对其施加的压力的叠加。由此,即可增强所述分区3对肌体部位的压力,又不会改变紧身衣1或护具2的主面料51对其它部位施加的正常压力。
5)对于特殊部位的护具2而言,如上臂护具7、大腿护具8等,现有技术中,其对对应肌体部位施加的压力相同,当剧烈运动后,这些护具2因对应肌体部位的形状导致其容易滑落。在这些护具2上采用本发明的层状结构4,可以有效防止护具2在使用者运动时滑落,如,在大腿护具8上位于股直肌、缝匠股之间的腿围稍细的部位设置该层状结构4,就可对该部位施以较大压力,即可有效防止大腿护具8滑落。
二、紧身衣1
如图1、4所示,紧身衣1的主面料51如现有技术是由弹性织品制作。
在主面料51上设置若干个分区3,每个分区3对应一个需要较大压力保护的肌体部位,比如:颈部的斜方肌及肩胛提肌、胸部的胸大肌及前锯肌、背部的背阔肌、腹部的腹直肌及腹外斜肌、肩部的三角肌、上臂的肱二头肌及肱三头肌、前臂的指肌群、大腿部的股直肌及股四头肌和小腿部的胫骨前肌、胫骨后肌及小腿三头肌等。然后在每个分区3依据所需保护的压力大小设置本发明前述的层状结构4。
三、护具2
如图1、5所示,护具2的主面料51如现有技术是由弹性织品制作。
通常,其为可套接在颈部、腰部、上臂、前臂、上肢或下肢上呈筒状的柔性护套,如上臂护具7、大腿护具8、腰部护具9等等。
在主面料51上设置若干个分区3,每个分区3对应一个需要较大压力保护的肌体部位,比如:颈部的斜方肌及肩胛提肌、腹部的腹直肌及腹外斜肌、肩部的三角肌、上臂的肱二头肌及肱三头肌、前臂的指肌群、大腿部的股直肌及股四头肌或小腿部的胫骨前肌、胫骨后肌及小腿三头肌等。然后在每个分区3依据所需保护的压力大小设置本发明前述的层状结构4。

Claims (10)

1.一种调节紧身衣和护具上分区压力的层状结构,其特征在于:其由面层(5)和至少一层采用渗透方式融入面层(5)孔隙中的弹性体层(6)构成的复合层,或者由面层(5)与至少一层固态弹性体层(6)通过胶粘结合构成的复合层,所述弹性体层(6)的形状为具有若干个孔的网孔层形状、点阵层形状、由若干个条纹组合构成的队列层形状或薄膜层形状,所述复合层设置在紧身衣(1)或护具(2)上的与穿戴者身体需要承受不同压力保护的部位对应的分区(3),通过改变所述弹性体层(6)的弹性模量调节不同分区(3)对与其对应的所述部位施加的压力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调节紧身衣和护具上分区压力的层状结构,其特征在于:所述面层(5)为针织类或者梭织类的弹性材料;所述弹性体层(6)为TPE、TPU或其它高分子弹性材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的调节紧身衣和护具上分区压力的层状结构,其特征在于:所述面层(5)为由尼氨、涤氨、橡筋丝或其他弹性面料所制且经单独裁剪并固接在所述紧身衣(1)或护具(2)的相应分区(3)上的片料,或者所述面层(5)为紧身衣(1)的面料或护具(2)上的弹性面料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的调节紧身衣和护具上分区压力的层状结构,其特征在于:所述复合层的弹性模量大于其中的面层(5)的弹性模量。
5.根据权利要求1所述的调节紧身衣和护具上分区压力的层状结构,其特征在于:通过对所述弹性体层(6)的纹理形状、疏密程度和厚度大小中的一项或多项进行设置来改变该弹性体层(6)的弹性大小。
6.一种设置在紧身衣和护具上调节分区压力的层状结构的制备方法,其特征在于,采用以下步骤:
1)确定人体上有待紧身衣(1)或护具(2)保护且所需保护压力不同的压差部位及该压差部位的三维形状;
2)依据压差大小对所述紧身衣(1)或护具(2)上与所述压差部位对应的区域划设分区(3),在所需保护压力大的多个分区(3)内选择性设置设定形状和设定弹性模量的层状结构(4);
3)所述层状结构(4)按以下方法制作:
a.将以固体或熔融状态的高分子弹性材料置于由针织类或梭织类弹性面料制作的面层(5)上,采用热压或浸透方式将高分子弹性材料渗透于所述面层(5)的孔隙中构成由弹性体层(6)与该面层(5)融为一体的复合层;或者由高分子弹性材料事先制作好的至少一层固态的弹性体层(6)通过胶粘工艺将该弹性体层(6)与由针织类或梭织类弹性面料制作的面层(5)紧密结合构成的复合层;
b.按照每个分区(3)所需的层状结构(4)的形状将所述复合层剪裁成对应形状的片料,之后再将每个片料固接在对应的分区(3)上;
或者,
c.将以固体或熔融状态的高分子弹性材料置于紧身衣(1)或护具(2)上的相关分区(3)上,采用热压或浸透方式将高分子弹性材料渗透于该分区(3)对应的紧身衣(1)或护具(2)的主面料(51)的孔隙中构成由弹性体层(6)与该分区(3)的主面料(51)融为一体的复合层;
或者,
d.将由高分子弹性材料事先制作好的至少一层固态的弹性体层(6)置于紧身衣(1)或护具(2)的相关分区(3)上,通过胶粘工艺将该弹性体层(6)与对应分区(3)的主面料(51)固接在一起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设置在紧身衣和护具上调节分区压力的层状结构的制备方法,其特征在于:所述弹性体层(6)的形状为具有若干个孔的网孔层形状、点阵层形状、由若干个条纹组合构成的队列层形状或薄膜层形状;弹性体层(6)的弹性模量大小通过对该弹性体层(6)的纹理形状、疏密程度和厚度大小中的一项或多项进行设置来调节。
8.一种紧身衣,包括弹性织品制作的主面料(51),其特征在于:在所述主面料(51)上设有若干个分区(3),每个分区(3)对应一个需要较大压力保护的肌体部位,在每个分区(3)上设有权利要求1-5中任一项所述层状结构(4)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的紧身衣,其特征在于:所述分区(3)包括颈部的斜方肌及肩胛提肌、胸部的胸大肌及前锯肌、背部的背阔肌、腹部的腹直肌及腹外斜肌、肩部的三角肌、上臂的肱二头肌及肱三头肌、前臂的指肌群、大腿部的股直肌及股四头肌和小腿部的胫骨前肌、胫骨后肌及小腿三头肌对应的主面料(51)部分。
10.一种护具,包括可套接在颈部、腰部、上臂、前臂、上肢或下肢上呈筒状且由弹性织品制作的柔性护套,其特征在于:在所述柔性护套上对应颈部的斜方肌及肩胛提肌、腹部的腹直肌及腹外斜肌、肩部的三角肌、上臂的肱二头肌及肱三头肌、前臂的指肌群、大腿部的股直肌及股四头肌或小腿部的胫骨前肌、胫骨后肌及小腿三头肌对应的位置设置权利要求1-5中任一项所述的层状结构(4)。
