The polyglycerol fatty acid monoester is at least one selected from triglycerol lauric acid monoester, triglycerol capric acid monoester and triglycerol caprylic acid monoester.
The purities of the triglycerol lauric acid monoester, the triglycerol capric acid monoester and the triglycerol caprylic acid monoester are all more than or equal to 50%.
