Further, the control device 800 is further configured to determine that the dial 210 is located at the initial position according to the initial position signal output by the first sensor 410, and determine the position of the set area in real time according to the relative position of the set area and the first detection portion and the rotation angle of the dial 210 after the set area is located at the initial position. The set area is a target cell or a theft-proof area (in the embodiment, the second cell 223) of the storage rack 220 to which the target cell belongs. Further, the control device 800 is specifically configured to calculate a target direction and a theoretical angle required to rotate the turntable 210 to a position where the access port 112 is located according to the position of the set area and the relative position of the first sensor 410 and the access port 112, and control the turntable 210 to rotate the theoretical angle along the target direction to rotate the set area to the position where the access port 112 is located.
Further, the control device 800 is further configured to: calculating an initial detection angle according to the theoretical angle and a preset deviation value, recording the rotation angle of the turntable 210 in the process of controlling the turntable 210 to rotate the theoretical angle along the target direction, judging whether the second sensor 510 outputs an in-place signal or not in the rotation process of the turntable 210 after the rotation angle of the turntable 210 is equal to the initial detection angle, judging that the set area rotates to the position of the access port 112 when judging that the second sensor 510 outputs the in-place signal, and controlling the turntable 210 to stop rotating. Wherein, the initial detection angle is equal to the theoretical rotation angle minus a preset deviation value. The initial angle is calculated according to the theoretical angle and the preset deviation value, and the set area is rotated to the position of the access port 112 in a mode of combining the rotation angle of the recording turntable 210 and the detection of the sensor, so that the inaccuracy of positioning of the set area caused by rotation accumulated errors can be avoided, and the accuracy of positioning of the set area is improved.
Further, the control device 800 is specifically configured to: after the access door 114 corresponding to the access opening 112 is closed, whether the set article in the target compartment is correctly taken or placed is detected, and when the set article in the target compartment is detected to be correctly taken or placed, the control turntable 210 is controlled to rotate so that the anti-theft area of the storage shelf 220 belonging to the target compartment rotates to the position of the access opening 112. In this embodiment, whether the set article in the detection target slot is correctly picked or placed can be detected by the signal output by the article detection mechanism 600. Specifically, the control device 800 is configured to: after the access door 114 corresponding to the access opening 112 is closed, the control turntable 210 is controlled to rotate the light-transmitting hole 2221 of the target bay to the detection light transmission path corresponding to the storage shelf 220 to which the target bay belongs, and to detect whether the set item in the target bay is correctly picked and placed by detecting whether the light path between the corresponding light generator and the light receiver 622 is cut off, specifically, the control device 800 determines whether the light path between the corresponding light generator and the light receiver 622 is cut off by detecting the signal output by the light receiver 622 corresponding to the storage shelf 220 to which the target bay belongs. Further, the control device 800 is further configured to output alarm information to remind the user to take and place the articles again when detecting that the set articles in the target cell are not taken and placed correctly, so as to improve the reliability of storing the set articles in the rotary storage cabinet 010, and further improve the experience of the user.
Further, the control device 800 is further configured to: controlling the locking mechanism 700 to unlock the dial 210 before controlling the dial 210 to rotate; after the target bay or the anti-theft area of the storage shelf 220 belonging to the target bay rotates to the position of the access opening 112, the locking mechanism 700 is controlled to lock the rotating disc 210. By locking the turntable 210 after the set area (the set area in this embodiment is the target bay or the second bay 223 of the storage rack 220 to which the target bay belongs) is rotated in place, it is prevented that a user rotates other bays to the position of the access opening 112 by manually rotating the turntable 210 when the access door 114 is opened, and thus the set articles in other bays are stolen, which further improves the security of the locker.
