The storage cabinet of claim 1, wherein the electrically controlled lock comprises a shackle and a lock body, the lock body comprising a shackle and a drive mechanism, the drive mechanism being electrically connected to the control device; the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the lock hook so as to drive the lock hook to be matched with or separated from the lock catch; when the box door closes the opening and the lock hook is in clamping fit with the lock catch, the box door is locked at a position closing the opening; when the lock hook is separated from the lock catch, the box door can move to the position for opening the opening.

9. The storage cabinet of claim 1, wherein the first storage compartment further comprises a baffle disposed above the opening, and the human detection device comprises a sensor disposed on a side of the baffle facing the interior of the cabinet.
10. The stowage bin of claim 9 further including a mounting member disposed on the flap, the sensor being mounted to the mounting member, the mounting member being provided with a raceway configured to receive a wire of the sensor.
