技术领域
本发明属于高压共轨燃油系统技术领域,具体涉及滑油控制安全技术。
背景技术
电控共轨燃油系统可以实现对喷油定时、循环喷油量精确控制,是大功率船用柴油机实现高燃油经济性和低有害物排放的有效手段之一。由于功率大,电控共轨燃油系统轨压高、冲击大,对滑油稳定性有较大要求。当滑油压力偏低或滑油泄露时,如果系统仍在运行,会导致轴瓦抱轴、活塞拉缸等问题。现有的规避方法是采用电控控制,当滑油压力较低时自动停机,但此种方法系统复杂,可靠度较低,容易因为程序电路等故障导致滑油保护功能失效,使得滑油断油导致的发动机摩擦失效时有发生,因此有必要设计一种机械式滑油控制安全阀改善上述情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机械式滑油控制安全阀组件,将滑油安全阀和轨压限制阀集成一体,解决程序电路等故障导致滑油保护功能失效,使得滑油断油导致的发动机摩擦失效的问题,并同时满足高压共轨系统对轨压限制阀的需求,减小成本。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明所述的机械式滑油控制安全阀组件,包括下接头、阀体、上接头、阀芯、弹簧、控制活塞。
本发明的下接头有两种形式,一种是整体式,一种是分体式,减少大件更换频率。
对于整体式下接头,其下端部为球头,球头上方为螺纹,与高压共轨管连接;下接头上部为螺纹,和阀体连接;下接头中心轴向贯穿形成通孔,通孔上段大,下段小,通孔下段的上端面设有锥面,通孔上段为导向面,和阀芯偶合;下接头中部设有连通中心通孔的燃油出油孔。
对于分体式下接头,其包括接头、密封块;接头上部为螺纹,和阀体连接,下部为螺纹与高压共轨管连接;接头中心轴向贯穿形成通孔,通孔上段和通孔下段之间有收缩部,形成台阶;接头在收缩部之上的位置设有连通中心通孔的燃油出油孔;接头的通孔上段为导向面,和阀芯偶合,通孔下段内装配密封块;所述密封块下端部为球头,露出于通孔下段,密封块上端穿过通孔上段和通孔下段之间的收缩部,其定位轴肩与收缩部配合,密封块设中心轴向贯通的通孔,通孔上端面设有锥面。
本发明的阀体,其中心轴向贯穿形成通孔,通孔下部有螺纹,通孔中部收缩,作为控制活塞下行限位部,通孔上部为导向孔,安装有控制活塞。
本发明的上接头,其中心轴向贯穿形成油道,下孔为螺纹孔,和阀体连接,上孔为螺纹孔,和滑油管连接,连通低压滑油;下孔至上孔的连接处收缩,作为控制活塞上行限位部;
本发明的阀芯,其装于下接头通孔上段内,阀芯下部为锥体,与通孔下段的上端面的锥面配合,上端部开有内孔,安装有弹簧,其上端抵在控制活塞下端面上。

本发明能通过滑油压力的高低控制系统是否运行,避免滑油压力过低时引起的轴瓦抱轴、活塞拉缸等由于润滑油不足引起的摩擦失效的问题,具体优点如下:
1、下接头安装在共轨管上,作为燃油进油;上接头通过油管连通到滑油箱,通过调节滑油压力控制阀芯关闭。当滑油泄露或者滑油量减少导致滑油压力降低时,阀芯自动开启,避免了系统继续运行导致的拉缸和咬卡。
2、下接头中部设有横向贯穿的对称螺纹孔,做为燃油出油孔,当阀芯打开时,燃油从两侧回到油箱;如果为单出油孔,会在阀芯下部形成压差,阀芯受到横向侧推力,容易破损甚至断裂。
3、阀芯下部四周开有多个对称通孔,阀体泄露下来的极少量滑油可从此处泄露到下接头回油口,防止滑油堆积到阀芯影响开启压力。
4、阀体中部收缩,上接头上部收缩,阀体和上接头均有限位作用,限制阀芯、控制活塞和弹簧升程。
5、控制活塞上部设有沉孔,可以减重。
6、上接头、下接头和阀体均设有外六方,便于安装拧紧。
7、下接头内锥面为易损位置,受到破坏时,需要更换下接头,而下接头作为大件,锥面内凹加工困难,更换成本高。因此将下接头拆分为接头、密封块和定位块,阀芯和密封块形成密封面,当密封块受损时只需更换密封块,其余不需更换,节省了材料,也减小了座面加工难度。
8、当上接头接滑油管时,可作为滑油安全阀使用,即当滑油压力过低时自动卸掉轨压至喷油器开启压力以下,使喷油器停止喷射,进而使发动机停止。同时,上接头也可接低压燃油或伺服油,此时可通过调节低压燃油或伺服油来控制阀芯开闭以控制系统高压燃油压力,此时本阀可作为泄压阀使用。当上接头接通滑油时,如果发动机正常运转不能切断滑油,但是当上接头接入伺服油或者燃油时,伺服油或者燃油是可以任何时候切断的。

下面结合附图对本发明作详细说明。
本实施例提供一种机械式滑油控制安全阀组件,其作用是在油压力降低时,卸掉高压共轨压力,使喷油器因压力低于开启压力而停喷,进而使发动机停止,防止系统断油仍然运行导致的轴瓦抱轴、活塞拉缸等润滑失效问题。滑油压力正常时,如果高压共轨中燃油压力超标,则阀打开卸掉部分压力,使系统可以在部分压力下低工况运行。
如图1至图4所示的机械式滑油控制安全阀组件,由下接头1、阀体2、上接头3、阀芯4、弹簧5、控制活塞6组成。
下接头1下端部为球头7,用于和共轨管锥面形成球锥密封。球头7上方有外螺纹8,下接头1通过螺纹8安装在共轨管上,作为燃油进油口。下接头1中部设有横向贯穿的螺纹孔为出油孔9,当阀芯打开时,燃油从这两个出油孔回到油箱,同时避免了单出油孔在阀芯下部形成压差,阀芯受到横向侧推力导致的阀芯严重磨损甚至断裂。下接头1上部为螺纹10,和阀体2连接。下接头上端面开有密封环槽11,通过装配密封圈与阀体2配合实现密封,防止燃油泄漏。下接头1中心轴向贯穿形成通孔,通孔上段大,下段小,通孔下段的上端面设有锥面12,和阀芯下端锥面形成密封面,通孔上段为导向面13,和阀芯4偶合。
阀体2中心轴向贯穿形成通孔,通孔下部为螺纹14,和下接头1连接,通孔中部15收缩,作为阀芯4和控制活塞6限位部,通孔上部为导向孔16,和控制活塞6偶合,阀体2上端面开有密封环槽17,通过装配密封圈与上接头3配合实现密封。
上接头3中心贯穿形成油道,下孔为螺纹孔18,和阀体2连接;上孔为螺纹孔19,和滑油管连接,作为滑油进油口;上、下孔连接处20收缩,作为弹簧5和控制活塞6的限位部。
阀芯4下部为锥体21,和下接头通孔下段的上端锥面12形成密封面;上部开有内孔22,以放置弹簧5,弹簧5的上端抵在控制活塞下端面上。
采用以上机械式滑油控制安全阀组件,当上接头1外接滑油时,滑油压力正常时,控制活塞6压紧弹簧。阀件为高压安全阀,即当下方高压油压力过高时,油压将弹簧5压紧的阀芯4顶开,从未降低轨压,保护高压部件。如果滑油因泄漏或消耗减少或供油系统故障导致压力降低,控制活塞6上行,弹簧5预紧力减小,阀芯4受弹簧力减少,在燃油压力的作用下阀芯4上移,阀芯4和下接头1之间出现缝隙,燃油可从缝隙中泄漏,再从出油孔回到油箱,此时此阀可作为安全阀使用,即当滑油压力过低或者高压燃油压力过高时都会打开,进而防止系统因滑油压力过低导致的摩擦失效,也防止轨压过高导致的高压部件破坏。
如果上接头1外接低压燃油或伺服油,可随时通过调节低压燃油或伺服油来控制阀芯开闭以控制系统高压燃油压力,此时本阀可作为泄压阀使用。具体是,通过调节伺服油压力控制控制活塞6是否压紧弹簧。因为伺服油或者燃油压力变化不会导致系统润滑失效,所以可以任意时间通过降低压力让控制住上行,使阀芯4锥面和下接头1锥面分开,进而放出高压油,使轨管内压力降低,轨管压力低于喷油器起喷压力时,喷油器停止喷射,进而切断发动机燃油供应,进而停止发动机。在此种情景下,阀件实现了切断阀功能,即任意时候通过控制柱塞上方液体压力,降低高压轨管压力,进而实现柴油机紧急停车。
在本发明的另一可选实施例中,考虑到当下接头通孔下部上端锥面12受到破坏时,需要更换下接头1,而下接头1零件较大,锥面内凹,加工困难,更换成本高。因此,将下接头1拆分为接头25、密封块26和定位块27几个部件,阀芯4和密封块26形成密封面,当密封块26受损时只需更换密封块26,其余不需更换,节省了材料,也减小了座面加工难度。

5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的机械式滑油控制安全阀组件,其特征在于:所述燃油出油孔(9)横向贯穿对称设置。
6.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的机械式滑油控制安全阀组件,其特征在于:下接头、阀体、上接头均设有外六方结构(24)。
7.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的机械式滑油控制安全阀组件,其特征在于:所述下接头(1)安装在高压共轨管上,连通高压燃油;所述上接头(3)和滑油管连接,连通低压滑油。
8.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的机械式滑油控制安全阀组件,其特征在于:上接头(3)接低压燃油或伺服油,通过调节低压燃油或伺服油来控制阀芯(4)开闭以控制系统高压燃油压力,作为泄压阀使用。
