Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及组合木砖,尤其是能以五片板块组合成一个底部具有镂空部的空心木砖,该组合木砖的顶板与侧板分别具有鸠榫与鸠槽,该组合木砖的主立板与侧板分别具有插榫与插槽,进而能将一个顶板、两个侧板以及两个主立板嵌合成一个组合木砖,通过以各种实木圆榫、木梢、弹簧梢作为固定件,能将多个组合木砖排列且采用横向和/或纵向对接、垂接、邻接、交错叠接、搭接、叠接或垂叠接等接合方式,以接合成完整且适合现场环境的家具造型、隔间墙、地板、壁面的一部分或全部。
背景技术
有关木砖块的专利部分,参见1980年11月1日的公告第33951号,专利名称为“木砖壁板的构造”,其公开了:主要由单元木砖与泡棉所贴合构成,其特征为,在单元木砖正面的右侧与下方刨削等距下凹拼合缘,其左侧与上方则削成与下凹拼合缘一半距离的凸出缘,又下凹拼合缘的右侧前端与下方的左侧各留有与拼合缘半距的缺口,以使拼合缘各单元木砖互相牵制构成木砖壁板。该案施工后,仅能为薄面的平面接合,能构成地板与壁板,而无法做其它立体造型变化的接合。
还查到2013年10月11日的公告第TWM463138U号,专利名称为“积木砖块结合构造”,其公开了:其包括:至少两个积木砖块,该积木砖块外围设有提供胶合并具有接角的平面;至少一个胶片,设于至少两个积木砖块的具有接角的平面,该胶片具有非永久接合的黏性且其形状对应两个积木砖块的平面。该案局限于儿童游戏专用,且需经过水洗后,才具有下一次游戏的黏性,无法制成耐压的家具。
现代有越来越多人喜欢木工,由于未受过专业训练,对于制作木材构件,大多不能以一己之力制出,虽然民间出现3D打印或模块制造,但除非混以塑料,否则难以打印,不然就是制造成本过高;若采用塑料或保丽龙压制,其实用性低且易形成石化垃圾。
如果能在工厂用稳定不变形的木板做精密设计后进行铣削和/或线锯切割、钻孔等加工,交由使用者视其需求再进行组装接合,即将模块化的组合木砖部件做成一个小单体,借助固定件将多个组合木砖进行如乐高玩具般的随意累叠,令儿童和老人砌墙将不再是梦想。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种能快速组装的组合木砖;其至少包括一个顶板、两个侧板以及两个主立板,其中该顶板两侧各具有至少一个相对应的鸠榫,而该两个侧板分立于该顶板的两侧,在该每一侧板的顶面具有对应个数的与该顶板鸠榫相嵌合的鸠槽,且该侧板的两侧面各具有至少一个相对应的插榫,该两个主立板是分立于该顶板与两个侧板的前后,在该每一主立板的两侧具有对应个数的与侧板插榫相嵌合的插槽,还可以环保胶涂布于相嵌合的鸠槽与鸠榫及插榫与插槽,再相嵌形成第一种组合木砖的结构-构成一个小单体,以达坚固的目的;借助本发明的实施,可将该多个组合木砖接合,采用横向和/或纵向的对接、搭接、叠接的方式,在接合处以固定件固定,以构筑成所需的任一墙面或家具造型的一部分或全部。
前述板体可采用质轻的15毫米多层夹板(用防虫薄芯板交错黏合的多层耐潮夹板)较佳,使其具备坚固、稳定不变形及经久耐用的特性,使该组合木砖具备可钉、可钻、可漆、可磨、可贴附、可批土等特性,受损的板体可拆下更换,大大降低维修成本与拆装工时。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种采用物理接合,达到两个组合木砖能快速定位成完整有序的对接、垂接、邻接、交错叠接、搭接、叠接或垂叠接的组合木砖;其在主立板的顶面与底面设有至少两个相对应的盲孔,该侧板的正面设有至少两个对应的圆榫卯孔(以下简称盲孔),该主立板的正面设有与该侧板盲孔对应的盲孔,并在顶板设有与侧板盲孔对应的盲孔,以实木圆榫接合,并可以环保胶涂布于相嵌合的鸠槽与鸠榫、插榫与插槽及圆榫与盲孔,以达坚固的目的,借助固定件(如实木圆榫、木梢、弹簧梢等)作为卡置于盲孔内的固定件,能将各个组合木砖紧密对接、垂接、邻接、交错叠接、搭接、叠接或垂叠接。
前述的固定件接合可使各组合木砖的接合面做到精准定位与紧密接合,并可重复拆装排接使用,符合快速组装与环保低污染的特性。
此外,未用于接合面的侧板、主立板的盲孔在安装时可水平翻转180度,使盲孔朝向镂空部,不影响接合成组合木砖的外表平整性,而顶板可更换用不具有盲孔的顶板,即具有盲孔与不具有盲孔的板体可视情况来搭配使用。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种能具更大刚性的组合木砖,其在组合木砖镂空部填有隔音胶、耐燃泡棉、防火棉或膨胀石墨中的任一种,除了增加刚性,还能提升组合木砖的隔音与阻燃效果。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种能隐藏电线与水管的组合木砖,其将组合木砖上设有线孔和/或水管孔中的任一种。即,在组合木砖的任一面或二面直接钻通,供电线与水管和/或瓦斯管等管线穿设,刻意隐藏这种管线,不会破坏组合木砖外表的平滑质感。

前述的组合木砖1的各板体(2、3、4)可采用质轻的15毫米多层夹板(用防虫薄芯板交错黏合的多层耐潮夹板)较佳,使其具备坚固、稳定不变形及经久耐用的特性;该固定件采用符合国家标准的F3低醛胶(环保胶),组合木砖1具备可钉、可钻、可漆、可磨、可贴附、可批土等特性,且受损的板体(2、3、4)可拆下替换,大大降低维修成本与拆装工时。
此外,组合木砖1的顶板2与侧板3分别具有鸠榫21与鸠槽31,可用成型铣刀铣出,而组合木砖1的主立板4与侧板3分别具有插榫32与插槽41,可用立铣或线锯机(或带锯机)制造,进而能将一个顶板2、两个侧板3以及两个主立板4嵌合成一个组合木砖。
其次,将组合木砖1上设有线孔(图未示)和/或水管孔(图未示)瓦斯管孔(图未示)等的任一种;即在组合木砖1的任一面或两个面直接钻通,供电线、水管和/或瓦斯管穿设,借以隐藏电线、水管和/或瓦斯管,以增加组合木砖1构筑成所需的任一家具造型、隔间墙、地板、壁面等的外表美观。
继续参见图4,若与图3对照,不难发现其间的差异在于本发明的组合木砖1的镂空部11被隔音胶、耐燃泡棉、防火棉中的任一填料12填满,使该组合木砖1提升隔音、耐燃效果,而不丧失轻质特性,也提升组合木砖1整体的刚性,且该组合木砖1仍具备可钉、可钻、可漆、可磨、可贴附、可批土等特性,让受损的板体2、3、4可被轻易拆下更换。
继续参见图5、图6,分别与图1和图2对照,不难发现其间差异在于本发明为提供一种完全物理接合,达到两个组合木砖1能快速定位成完整有序的对接、垂接、邻接、交错叠接、搭接、叠接或垂叠接;其在主立板4的顶面与底面设有至少两个相对应的盲孔42、43,借助固定件(如图7标号5,本实施例为木梢)卡置于盲孔42、43内,能将两个组合木砖1做紧密叠接(如图7)、搭接(如图8)、交错叠接(如图9)的姿态;在该侧板3的正面设有至少两个对应的盲孔33,借助固定件(5,如木梢)卡置于盲孔33内,能将两个组合木砖1做紧密左右对接(如图9)、搭接(如图8)的姿态。
此外,在主立板4的正面设有与该侧板盲孔33对应的盲孔44,借助固定件5作为卡置于盲孔33、44内的固定件,能将两个组合木砖1做紧密垂接(如图10)与邻接(如图11)的姿态。
其次,在顶板2的顶面设立与侧板盲孔33对应的盲孔22,借助固定件5作为卡置于盲孔33、22内的固定件,能将两个组合木砖1做紧密垂叠接(如图12)的姿态。
此外,经由板体(2、3、4)的各盲孔22、33、42、43、44的设立,以环保胶(图未示-符合国家标准的F3低醛胶-)涂布于相嵌合的鸠槽31与鸠榫21及插榫32与插槽41,再相嵌形成第二种组合木砖1(如图5)的结构,构成一个小单体;借助本发明的实施,可将该多个组合木砖1接合,经由固定件5卡置于该盲孔22、33、42、43、44等,使两个组合木砖1能精准且快速完成对接(如图9)、垂接(如图11)、邻接(如图12)、交错叠接(如图10)、搭接(如图8)、叠接(如图7)或垂叠接(如图13)等的姿态连接;在安装时,非接合面的板体也可以搭配无设盲孔的板体使用。
前述固定件5(如木梢、弹簧梢、木螺钉、螺丝与螺帽、环保胶等),可令各个组合木砖1的接合面做到精准定位与紧密接合,并可重复拆装排接使用,符合快速组装与环保低污染的特性。
此外,未用于接合面的侧板3、主立板4的盲孔33、42、43、44,在安装时可使盲孔33、42、43、44朝向镂空部,不影响接合成组合木砖1的外表平整性,而顶板2可更换用不具有盲孔22的顶板2,即具盲孔22与不具盲孔22的板体2可视情况来搭配使用。
继续参见图14和图15,若与图5对照,则不难发现图14的组合木砖1A的长度较原设计图示的尺寸缩短了一倍,其顶板(图未示)亦随其比例缩短,而图15的组合木砖1B长度增加三分之一倍,其顶板(图未示)亦随其比例增长,如此设计能让水平或垂直及纵深的排列变更为多样合适现有地形,省却裁切的麻烦。
综上所述的结构,本发明是利用五片板体胶合组合而成的组合木砖,即可令两种结构的板体可混合搭配胶合成一个组合木砖,借助固定件将任意两个组合木砖进行紧密对接、垂接、邻接、交错叠接、搭接、叠接或垂叠接,以拼出用户所需实用的造型家具,满足在家自创拼凑家具的乐趣,其质轻与环保及拆装快速为本发明的特性。
以上所述为本发明的较佳实施例的详细说明与图式,并非用来限制本发明,尤其是前述组合木砖进行紧密对接、垂接、邻接、交错叠接、搭接、叠接或垂叠接等等接合方式只是实施例之一,其实有千变万化的组合方式,本发明的所有范围应以下述的权利要求书为准,所有与权利要求书范围的精神及其类似变化的实施例相近似结构皆应被本发明的保护范围涵盖。
Claims (3)
1.一种组合木砖,其至少包括:
一个顶板,该顶板的两侧各具有至少一个相对应的鸠榫;
两个侧板,所述侧板分立于所述顶板的两侧,在每一侧板的顶面设有对应个数的与所述顶板鸠榫相嵌合的鸠槽,且所述侧板的两个侧面各具有至少一个相对应的插榫;以及
两个主立板,所述主立板分立于所述顶板与两个侧板的前后,每个主立板具有对应个数的与侧板插榫相嵌合的插槽;
借助相嵌合的鸠槽与鸠榫及插榫与插槽来实现坚固的目的;
借助将固定件卡置于盲孔内能将两个组合木砖紧密接合。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合木砖,其特征是,所述主立板的顶面与底面设有至少两个相对应的盲孔,所述侧板的正面设有至少两个对应的盲孔,所述主立板的正面也设有对应的盲孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合木砖,其特征是,所述顶板的顶面的中央处设有至少两个相对应的盲孔。
