Abstract

本发明公开的一种压型钢衬板组合钢筋混凝土空腔叠合剪力墙,它是由其是由钢筋混凝土内叶侧板、可带保温板的压型钢衬板组合钢筋增强混凝土外叶侧板,外叶侧板和内叶侧板中间由钢筋笼连接的空腔结构后浇筑混凝土钢筋笼空腔组合而成。采用压型钢衬板组合使后浇筑混凝土与内外叶侧板能咬合连接、无平直通缝、整体性好,并能够在一个模台上免翻转、一次快速成型,具有结构上混凝土多层但不分层,层间咬合呈整体,抗震性好、轻质高强、适用外剪力墙保温隔热和内剪力墙不同构造要求、生产便利的新型装配式空腔叠合剪力墙。

技术领域
本发明涉及装配式PC结构建筑剪力墙预制件,根据建筑结构设计要求在工厂或现场预制的具有笼模一体化结构,通过空腔插钢筋浇筑混凝土连接的装配式叠合剪力墙——即一种压型钢衬板组合钢筋混凝土预制叠合剪力墙。
背景技术
近年来,随着装配式建筑的发展,以及对预制建筑部品部件装配连接安全可靠性的新要求,研发连接整体性好的墙体系统是实现住宅产业化、装配化和推广装配式建筑的关键。目前装配式PC结构建筑体系较多,都涉及到剪力墙的预制和连接,套筒灌浆技术成熟,但施工要求高,影响因素多,连接质量不易保证,双皮预制叠合剪力墙技术因集装配和现浇优势为一体,连接可靠,整体性好,无板缝防水等问题,逐渐成为装配式建筑市场的主流之一。但现有的预制双皮叠合剪力墙制造中内外叶板分别在两个模台上二次成型,翻转压合,二次养护,生产过程繁琐,工艺控制难度大,工效低下。且在内外叶板空腔浇筑混凝土后,预制侧板与后浇筑混凝土连接存在平直通缝,结合不牢靠,易产生先后成型混凝土层间收缩开裂缝,影响装配式剪力墙的整体力学性能。亟需研发一种后浇筑混凝土与内外叶侧板能咬合连接、无平直通缝、整体性好,并能够在一个模台上免翻转一次成型的,具有结构上混凝土多层但不分层,层间咬合整体性、抗震性好、轻质高强、适用外剪力墙保温隔热和内剪力墙不同构造要求、生产便利的新型装配式空腔叠合剪力墙制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是采取以下措施来实现:
一种压型钢衬板组合钢筋混凝土空腔叠合剪力墙,是由钢筋混凝土内叶侧板、可带保温板的压型钢衬板组合钢筋增强混凝土外叶侧板,外叶侧板和内叶侧板、中间由钢筋笼连接的空腔结构后浇筑混凝土钢筋笼空腔组合而成;空腔叠合剪力墙的钢筋混凝土内叶侧板采用钢筋网增强混凝土,内铺设置筋网片,内叶侧板内钢筋网通过连接横钢筋和竖钢筋焊接形成后的桁架钢筋,浇筑混凝土钢筋笼空腔中的钢筋笼,并通过连接外叶侧板支撑压型钢衬板的支撑钢筋与压型钢衬板组合钢筋增强混凝土外叶侧板连接,外叶侧板内铺设波形结构的压型钢衬板作为二次浇筑混凝土的底板,在外叶侧板内设置钢筋网片,按照剪力墙的保温要求可铺设表面带刻槽的保温板,形成外叶侧板和内叶侧板中间由钢筋笼连接的空腔结构预制空腔叠合剪力墙,至现场安装后通过在空腔内插入连接钢筋浇筑混凝土形成连接可靠的装配式建筑剪力墙体。
一种压型钢衬板组合钢筋混凝土空腔叠合剪力墙的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
将权1的钢筋笼按照设计要求焊接成笼放置在预先在钢质平模底板上、支好边摸的模具内,并绑扎设置好支撑钢筋和桁架钢筋;钢筋混凝土内叶侧板内铺设置的钢筋网片,内叶侧板内钢筋网连接成后,往混凝土钢筋笼空腔中的钢筋笼浇注增强混凝土,并启动底板振动器振实;笼中铺放压型钢衬板,并使支撑钢筋穿过压型钢衬板上的预留孔,使压型钢衬板搭载在支撑钢筋托块上,通过支撑压型钢衬板的支撑钢筋与压型钢衬板组合的钢筋网增强混凝土外叶侧板连接,外叶侧板内放置钢筋网片,将支撑钢筋与外叶侧板的钢筋网片绑扎连接在一起;
若无保温层,则直接在压型钢衬板形成的底模上一次浇筑外叶侧板混凝土,浇筑完混凝土收平压光,覆盖塑料薄膜养护至脱模强度后,翻转起板吊装堆放,成品待用;
若设计要求有保温层则先在压型钢衬板形成的底模上浇筑一层混凝土后,铺设表面带刻槽的保温板,再放置外叶侧板内的钢筋网片,并使支撑钢筋穿透保温板与外叶侧板的钢筋网片绑扎连接在一起,再在保温板上二次浇筑完混凝土,压平收光覆盖塑料薄膜养护至脱模强度后,翻转起板吊装堆放,成品待用。
本发明的优点和产生的有益效果是:
1、通过钢筋网片和压型钢衬板与钢筋笼组合进行混凝土增强,并将铺设在内外叶混凝土中的钢筋网片和钢筋笼通过钢筋连接件和压型钢衬板连接为一体共同承受荷载,力学性能好,承载强度高,利用压型钢衬板的波形结构既解决了施工成型时在内外叶板空腔浇筑混凝土后,预制侧板与后浇筑混凝土连接解决了现有技术存在平直通缝,结合不牢靠,易产生先后成型混凝土层间收缩开裂缝的难题,提高了装配式剪力墙的整体力学性能。
2、通过以压型钢衬板作为二次外叶侧板混凝土浇筑的底模,实现在一个制造模台上,将空腔叠合剪力墙体空腔结构一次成型的生产工艺方法,免去了现有的预制双皮叠合剪力墙制造中内外叶板分别在两个模台上二次成型,即一侧板成型养护脱模后,在翻转与在其他模台上二次成型的侧板混凝土压合,再进行二次养护,生产过程繁琐,设备庞大、工艺控制难度大,工效低下的缺陷。本发明实现了装配式PC结构建筑剪力墙工厂预制化,具有生产简便、无需翻转和二次养护、生产速度快、产品质量易控制、成本较低等特点。

具体实施方式
实施例如图1~图2所示,一种压型钢衬板组合钢筋混凝土空腔叠合剪力墙1,是由钢筋混凝土内叶侧板2、可带保温板4的压型钢衬板10组合钢筋增强混凝土外叶侧板3,外叶侧板3和内叶侧板2中间由钢筋笼8连接的空腔结构后浇筑混凝土钢筋笼空腔组合而成。
其具体的生产步骤是:
步骤1. 钢筋笼8按照设计要求焊接成笼放置在预先在钢质平模底板13上支好边摸12的模具内,并在笼内绑扎设置好支撑钢筋9和桁架钢筋7,桁架钢筋7是由横钢筋和竖钢筋焊接而成的框架;
步骤2. 钢筋混凝土内叶侧板2内铺设置的钢筋网片6,内叶板内钢筋网连接成后,往混凝土钢筋笼空腔5中的钢筋笼8浇注增强混凝土,并启动底板振动器振实;
步骤3. 笼中铺放压型钢衬板10,并使支撑钢筋9穿过压型钢衬板10上的预留孔,使压型钢衬板10搭载在支撑钢筋托块14上;
步骤4. 通过支撑压型钢衬板10的支撑钢筋9与压型钢衬板10组合的钢筋网增强混凝土外叶侧板3连接;
步骤5. 若设计要求有保温层,则先在压型钢衬板10形成的底模上浇筑一层混凝土后,铺设表面带刻槽的保温板4,再放置外叶侧板3内的钢筋网片11,并使支撑钢筋9穿透保温板4与外叶侧板3的钢筋网片11绑扎连接在一起,再在保温板4上二次浇筑完混凝土,压平收光,覆盖塑料薄膜养护至脱模强度后,翻转起板吊装堆放,成品待用;
若无保温层,则直接在压型钢衬板10形成的底模上一次浇筑外叶侧板3混凝土,浇筑完混凝土收平压光,覆盖塑料薄膜养护至脱模强度后,翻转起板吊装堆放,成品待用。
压型钢衬板组合钢筋混凝土空腔叠合剪力墙的施工方法:先按结构要求预制空腔叠合剪力墙,用吊车吊具通过空腔叠合剪力墙空腔内的钢筋吊耳吊起,将其放置在建筑物剪力墙安装位置上,板间紧密拼接,矫正板位并在空腔内放置连接钢筋。在内外叶板空腔内浇筑流态混凝土后。预制侧板与后浇筑混凝土连接呈一体,平直无缝,结合牢靠,提高了装配式剪力墙的整体力学性能。

1.一种压型钢衬板组合钢筋混凝土空腔叠合剪力墙的生产方法,其中压型钢衬板组合钢筋混凝土空腔叠合剪力墙(1),是由钢筋混凝土内叶侧板(2)、保温板(4)的压型钢衬板(10)组合钢筋增强混凝土外叶侧板(3),外叶侧板(3)和内叶侧板(2)、中间由钢筋笼(8)连接的空腔结构后浇筑混凝土钢筋笼空腔(5)组合而成;空腔叠合剪力墙的钢筋混凝土内叶侧板(2)采用钢筋网增强混凝土,内铺设置第一钢筋网片(6),内叶侧板内第一钢筋网片(6)通过连接横钢筋和竖钢筋焊接形成桁架钢筋(7),浇筑混凝土钢筋笼空腔(5)中的钢筋笼(8),连接外叶侧板(3)支撑压型钢衬板(10)的支撑钢筋(9)与压型钢衬板(10)组合钢筋增强混凝土外叶侧板(3),外叶侧板(3)内铺设波形结构的压型钢衬板(10)作为二次浇筑混凝土的底板,在外叶侧板(3)内设置第二钢筋网片(11),按照剪力墙的保温要求铺设表面带刻槽的保温板(4),形成外叶侧板(3)和内叶侧板(2)中间由钢筋笼(8)连接的混凝土钢筋笼空腔(5)结构预制空腔叠合剪力墙(1),至现场安装后通过在混凝土钢筋笼空腔(5)内插入连接钢筋浇筑混凝土形成连接可靠的装配式建筑剪力墙体;其特征在于:

在压型钢衬板(10)形成的底模上浇筑一层混凝土后,铺设表面带刻槽的保温板(4),再放置外叶侧板(3)内的第二钢筋网片(11),并使支撑钢筋(9)穿透保温板(4)与外叶侧板(3)的第二钢筋网片(11)绑扎连接在一起,再在保温板(4)上二次浇筑完混凝土,压平收光,覆盖塑料薄膜养护至脱模强度后,翻转起板吊装堆放,成品待用。
