The ganoderma lucidum spore extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of adding ethanol and standing for precipitation is to concentrate the filtrate to a density of 1.10-1.12, control the temperature to be not more than 80 ℃, slowly add 2 times of 95% ethanol by weight of the concentrated solution while stirring, and stand for overnight at 4 ℃ after the addition.

A method for preparing the ganoderma lucidum spore extract as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: breaking the wall of ganoderma lucidum spore powder, crushing, degreasing to obtain degreased spore powder and volatile oil, extracting the degreased spore powder with water, filtering, combining the filtrates, concentrating the filtrate, adding ethanol, standing for precipitation, filtering to obtain a supernatant, recovering the ethanol from the supernatant, and concentrating to the density of 1.1-12 to obtain the extract.
6. The method for preparing ganoderma lucidum spore extract according to claim 5, wherein the defatting is performed by supercritical CO2 extraction under the following conditions: the pressure is 30MPa, the flow rate is 350-400L/h, the temperature is 40-45 ℃, and the time is 4-5 h.
7. The method for preparing ganoderma lucidum spore extract according to claim 5, wherein the water extraction is performed for 1-2 times, 8-10 times of water is added for each time, the extraction time is 6-10 hours for each time, and the extraction temperature is 70-80 ℃.

The method for preparing ganoderma lucidum spore extract according to claim 5, wherein the step of adding ethanol and standing for precipitation is that the filtrate is concentrated to a density of 1.10-1.12, the temperature is controlled to be not more than 80 ℃, 2 times of ethanol with a concentration of 95% by weight of the concentrated solution is slowly added while stirring, and the mixture is left to stand for overnight at 4 ℃ after the addition.
