In a first aspect, the present application provides the following technical solutions: the hand and nail cream comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
the balance of water;
group A:
3-8% of a humectant;
0.1 to 0.5 percent of thickening agent;
0.3 to 1 percent of calcium pantothenate;
group B:
5-15% of an emollient;
10-18% of a first conditioner;
1-3% of a second conditioner;
1-3% of a first emulsifier;
0.2-0.5% of second emulsifier;
0.5 to 5 percent of emulsion stabilizer;
group C:
0.05 to 0.3 percent of dimethyl sulfone;
0.5-4% of a third conditioner;
0.1-8% of a fourth conditioner;
3.5 to 7 percent of fifth conditioner;
2-6% of antibacterial and anti-allergic agent;
0.1 to 0.3 percent of preservative;
the third conditioner is at least one of hydrolyzed silk and birch bark extract.
By adopting the technical scheme, the water provides a carrier for the whole formula, and the carrier with certain viscosity is formed after the water reacts with the thickening agent. The moisturizer provides moisturizing effect for skin, reduces the loss of moisture on the surface of hand skin and reduces hand dryness; emollients enhance the skin's moisturizing ability, moisturize cutin-damaged skin, and provide excellent feel and extensibility to the product. The first emulsifier, the second emulsifier and the emulsion stabilizer can well mix the hydrophilic component and the lipophilic component to obtain a uniform and stable product. The first, second, third, fourth and fifth conditioning agents provide nutrients and conditioning to the skin. The antibacterial and anti-allergic agent can reduce bacteria breeding of the product and reduce anaphylactic reaction, and the preservative can prolong the storage time of the product.
Calcium pantothenate is easily soluble in water and glycerol, has hygroscopic property, and has moisture keeping effect. Dimethyl sulfone is dissolved in water, is an essential substance for human collagen synthesis, is contained in tissues such as human skin, hair, nails, bones, muscles and the like, and is a main substance for maintaining biological sulfur balance of a human body.
The hydrolyzed silk is natural polymer fibrin extracted from silk, the content of the natural polymer fibrin accounts for about 70-80% of the silk, the hydrolyzed silk contains 18 amino groups, the synthesis of collagen can be promoted, the damaged skin tissue can be helped to be repaired, and the hydrolyzed silk can be used as a humectant and a skin conditioner. The cortex Betulae Pendulae extract can inhibit histamine release, and has antiallergic effect; has inhibiting effect on elastase and metalloprotease, and has good antiaging effect.
Tests show that in addition to caring the hand skin, when calcium pantothenate, dimethylsulfone and a third conditioner are used in combination, the nail care can be realized, the glossiness and smoothness of the nail can be improved, the skin on the coated nail can be effectively nursed, and the condition that the skin on the nail floats and peels off can be reduced and slowed down. Further, the mass part ratio of the calcium pantothenate to the dimethyl sulfone is (5-8): 1.
by adopting the technical scheme, tests show that the calcium pantothenate and the dimethyl sulfone in the preferred ranges can achieve better nail and skin care effects on the nails after being matched with the third conditioner.
Further, the third conditioner is prepared from the following components in parts by weight of 1: (0.9-1) hydrolyzed silk and birch bark extract.
By adopting the technical scheme, experiments show that the third conditioning agent in the preferable range has better matching effect with calcium pantothenate and dimethyl sulfone.
Further, the mass part ratio of the dimethyl sulfone to the third conditioner is 1: (8-10).
By adopting the technical scheme, experiments show that the dosage proportion of the third conditioning agent and the dimethyl sulfone in the preferable range enables the matching effect of the calcium pantothenate, the dimethyl sulfone and the third conditioning agent to be better.
Further, the fifth conditioner consists of 3-8% of ceramide 2, 32-40% of phytosterol, 10-35% of glycerol, 10-18% of polyglycerol-6 laurate and the balance of water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the ceramide 2 is a main component of human skin and hair, and can be used as a moisturizing agent, a skin conditioner and an antioxidant; can improve the sebaceous membrane and inhibit the secretion of active sebaceous glands at the same time, so as to balance the water and oil of the skin. Phytosterols extracted from plants has surfactant property, antioxidant and antiaging effects, and is also a nutritional agent, and has effects of promoting keratin and fibroblast proliferation and promoting collagen synthesis. Polyglycerol-6 laurate has excellent solubilizing, emulsifying, dispersing and lubricating abilities, and glycerol has good moisture-retaining properties and can be used as a base material, an emollient, a lubricant and a solvent. As can be seen from the tests, the fifth conditioning agent is defined, so that the care effect of the product on the nails and the skin on the nails can be further enhanced. Further, the mass part ratio of the third conditioner to the fifth conditioner is 1: (3.5-7).
By adopting the technical scheme, tests show that the dosage proportion of the third conditioning agent and the fifth conditioning agent in the preferable range can further improve the care effect of the product on the nails and the skin on the nails.
Further, the first conditioner consists of squalane accounting for 8-15% of the total weight of the hand and nail care cream, saw palmetto seed fat accounting for 0.5-2% of the total weight of the hand and nail care cream and citronella leaf oil accounting for 0.01-0.15% of the total weight of the hand and nail care cream.
By adopting the technical scheme, squalane has better antioxidation, can be rapidly dissolved with moisture and grease in skin, and forms a natural skin protection barrier; the skin care liquid has good stability, can effectively protect the skin from being damaged by external substances, has good permeability, can adjust the water-oil balance of the skin, avoids the skin from being rough and dark, and enables the skin to recover the original tender touch feeling. The malus lucidus seed fat can improve the capability of skin to absorb nutrients and moisture, and can better protect the skin under severe environments such as high temperature, high pressure, dryness and the like so as to keep the skin tender and smooth. The lemongrass leaf oil has strong fresh fragrance, improves the sensory quality of the lemongrass leaf oil, and has an antibacterial effect. The first conditioning agent can provide good moisturizing and skin lubricating effects for the product.
In a second aspect, the present application provides the following technical solutions: a preparation method of hand and nail cream comprises the following steps:
s1: heating water to 100 ℃, cooling to 70-75 ℃, preserving heat, adding the raw materials in the group A, and uniformly mixing to obtain a water phase component;

Figure BDA0002837801450000091
And (3) data analysis: as can be seen from Table 2, the quality tests of examples 1 to 16 all met the industry requirements.
2. Sensory Scoring test
Test samples: examples 1-16 and comparative examples 1-5, for a total of 21 test samples.
The test method comprises the following steps: randomly selecting a female with age of 24-32 years, no allergy history and no obvious trauma to hands. And determining the total score of the hand and nail protection cream by taking the extension degree of the cream, the viscosity degree of the cream, the moistening degree and the moistening maintenance degree as evaluation standards. Five women were in one group, each group corresponding to examples 1-16 and comparative examples 1-5, respectively; before the hand and nail protection cream is used, a pump of hand sanitizer (Aloe ferox antibacterial hand sanitizer; specification: 500 g/bottle) is used, washed by clean water and finally wiped dry. The average of the total scores given to each group of five women was calculated and recorded as the final score for the test sample.
Paste ductility: good extensibility (16-20), general extensibility (10-15) and poor extensibility (0-10);
paste viscosity: the hands are fresh and cool without stickiness (16-20), the paste is not fresh and cool (10-15) and the paste is sticky (0-10);
moistening degree: the moistening effect is good (21-30), the moistening effect is general (11-20), and the moistening effect is not obvious (0-10);
moisture retention degree: the moistening and maintaining time is long (16-20), the moistening and maintaining time is general (10-15), and the moistening and maintaining time is short (0-10).
And (3) test results: sensory score test results are reported in table 3.
TABLE 3 sensory Scoring test results
Figure BDA0002837801450000101
And (3) data analysis: as can be seen from the data in Table 3, examples 1 to 16 and comparative examples 1 to 5 performed well on the total score, and achieved good spread, stickiness, moisture and moisture retention of the cream. The poor overall score of comparative example 1 indicates that the combination of calcium pantothenate, dimethyl sulfone, and a third conditioning agent will have a small impact on the sensory score of the hand and nail cream.
3. Test for nail protection Effect
Test samples: examples 1-16 and comparative examples 1-5, for a total of 21 test samples.
The test method comprises the following steps: randomly selecting female with age of 24-32 years, no allergy history, no obvious wound on hand, dark nail or floating skin on nail or both of the above cases; each test sample was tested against three women.
Recording the type of the condition of each female in the early period and the degree grade of the condition; in case types, a is dull and lusterless nail, b is superficial and superficial skin on nail, ab is both cases; of the three women corresponding to each sample specimen, the case types of three persons cannot be all a or all b. The degree scale includes a scale of 0-5, from 0 to 5, with progressively increasing degrees of nail darkening and skin lifting on the nail. After the application for 14 days, the hands feel dry and are smeared, and the degree grade of the corresponding situation is improved after 30 days.
And (3) test results: the results of the armor effectiveness test are reported in table 4.
Table 4 nail protection effectiveness test results
Figure BDA0002837801450000111
And (3) data analysis: as is clear from the data in Table 4, examples 1-16 exhibited a certain reduction in both dullness and floating of the skin on the nails, and examples 8-16, particularly examples 11-16, exhibited very good results in terms of care.
