Technical Field

Background

Lipstick is a kind of cosmetic for lip, and has the main functions of highlighting or changing the outline of two lips and increasing the color of two lips and the color of face. With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements of lipstick technology from color and cosmetic effect are also increased to the requirements of functionality. On the other hand, in the production process, the filling process of the lipstick extrudes the raw materials in the stirring tank into the filling machine through compressed air, gas easily enters the raw materials in the extrusion process, and then the produced lipstick finished product is easy to have a cavity, the compactness of the lipstick is poor, the fracture resistance is weak, and therefore the phenomenon that the lipstick is broken off frequently occurs in the using process.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a multifunctional lipstick and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problems of uneven coloring, poor stability, easy environmental influence, easy breakage and the like in the using process of the lipstick.

In order to achieve the purpose, on one hand, the invention adopts the following specific technical scheme:

The colorant is a toner with microparticles, and can be an inorganic toner or an organic toner, the inorganic toner can be ferric oxide, manganese violet, ultramarine, chromium hydroxide, ferric blue, chromium oxide and the like, and the organic toner can be carmine, barium, strontium, calcium, aluminum and the like.

(2) adding a colorant and a thickening suspending agent into the material body obtained in the step (1), uniformly mixing, and grinding to obtain fine materials;

(3) adding the ground fine materials obtained in the step (2) into emulsification equipment, heating to 85-95 ℃, and stirring until the fine materials are uniformly mixed;

(4) adding mica and skin feel regulator into emulsifying equipment, and stirring;

(5) and (4) putting the material obtained in the step (4) into a filling device, filling into a silica gel mold, and freezing and forming to obtain the lipstick.

The action mechanism is as follows: 1. the composition of the thickening suspending agent added in the invention consists of caprylic/capric triglyceride, distearyl dimethyl ammonium hectorite and propylene carbonate. The distearyldimethylammonium hectorite has certain thickening and suspending functions, caprylic/capric triglyceride and propylene carbonate are added to carry out activation treatment, and thixotropic fluid is obtained after high-shear dispersion, so that the inter-crystal layer spacing between the distearyldimethylammonium hectorite is further increased, aggregation is reduced, and the specific surface area is increased, thereby the colloid is more stable, the anti-settling effect on micro-particles of toner is obviously improved, the suspension performance on an internal phase and inorganic powder is stronger, and the material body is endowed with softer and more delicate skin feel. The addition of the components ensures that the invention has the characteristics of uniform coloring, stability and reduction of skin feel difference in different seasons, and gives better soft and fine skin feel.

2. In summary, according to the above technical solution, the following beneficial effects are obtained:

1. caprylic/capric triglyceride and propylene carbonate activate distearyl dimethyl ammonium hectorite, so that the crystal layer spacing and the body surface area of the distearyl dimethyl ammonium hectorite are increased, more grease is adsorbed, the distearyl dimethyl ammonium hectorite can slowly release the grease after being coated on lips, and the lips are ensured not to be pulled dry.

2. The thickened suspending agent increases the stability of the lipstick, improves the suspending capacity, can reduce the precipitation of grease and powder, and weakens the damage of the lipstick caused by non-considered controllable factors in the transportation and storage processes.

3. The invention has the effect of blurring lip lines visually after being coated by adding the nylon-12, the methyl methacrylate cross polymer and the silica, and can improve the surface appearance of lips.

4. The emollient is added, so that the emollient is gradually precipitated to be more uniformly mixed with the toner by utilizing the solidification temperature difference among the components in the cooling process, the skin feeling difference under different external temperature conditions can be reduced, and the skin can be uniformly colored.

5. The coloring agent and the thickening suspending agent are mixed and ground together, so that the adhesion capability of the coloring agent is enhanced, the coloring agent is uniformly dispersed, and the lipstick is colored for a long time, is fine and uniform and is not agglomerated.

1. Examples of the preparation methods

The preparation method comprises the following steps of referring to the composition in Table 1:

(1) adding polyethylene wax, ceresin, an emollient, an antioxidant, a preservative and vanillin into an emulsifying device, heating to 85-95 ℃, and uniformly mixing to obtain a liquid material body;

(2) adding a colorant and a thickening suspending agent into the material body obtained in the step (1), uniformly mixing, and grinding to obtain fine materials;

(3) adding the ground fine materials obtained in the step (2) into emulsification equipment, heating to 85-95 ℃, and stirring until the fine materials are uniformly mixed;

(4) adding mica and skin feel regulator into emulsifying equipment, and stirring;

(5) and (4) putting the material obtained in the step (4) into a filling device, filling into a silica gel mold, and freezing and forming to obtain the lipstick.

3. The lipsticks prepared in examples 1 to 6 were samples, and each was subjected to a performance test

(1) Sensory and physicochemical testing

The results of the sensory and physicochemical tests are as follows:

(2) Performance detection

Heat resistance: the lipstick is placed for two days at the temperature of 50 ℃, and then is restored to the normal temperature to test whether the lipstick can be normally used.

Cold resistance: placing for two days under the condition of-5C, and then recovering to normal temperature to test whether the lipstick can normally use breaking force: the samples of examples 1 to 6 were all 13mm in diameter as measured by a lipstick-breaker. The breaking force is preferably 3.0-4.0, the product is easy to break when the product is too soft and used when the breaking force is less than 3.0, and the product is not good in smearing comfort when the product is too hard and used when the breaking force is more than 4.0.

Dropping point: the drop point of the lipstick was measured using a drop point tester model WQD-1A to evaluate the heat resistance of the lipstick product and the stability of each batch.

Smearing property: the durability, moisture, and smearing effect (spreadability) of the products of examples 1 to 6 were evaluated. Results were taken as the average of the scores of 20 employees after lip application, the persistence of feel and the degree of moisturization of the applied lipstick at 3 hours and 5 hours, respectively.

Durability and moisture degree: 5 is not different from the coating; 4, no decolorization occurs, and lips are moistened; slightly discolored in 3 minutes, moist lips, and seriously discolored in 2 minutes, which is not moist enough; 1 is divided into complete removal of makeup and removal of dryness.

Coating property: 5, uniformly and smoothly smearing, uniformly coloring and bright color; 4 minutes of the color paste is easy to smear, uniform in color and good in color; 3, the coating is uniformly coated, the color is uniform, and the color is general; 2, the color is not easy to smear, uneven in color and poor in color; 1, the coating is not easy to smear, extremely uneven and extremely poor in color.

Referring to table 3, examples 1-6 all had acceptable sensory and physicochemical test results.

Referring to table 4, it can be seen from the results of breaking force, dropping point, heat resistance and cold resistance tests that the heat resistance and cold resistance of examples 1 to 6 are all acceptable, and example 1, example 2 and example 6 are superior to example 3 and example 4.

Referring to table 5, as can be seen from the results of the smearing performance test, examples 1, 4 and 6 have better smearing performance, especially the best of example 1.

Combining the above test results, examples 1 and 6 had better test results, with example 1 being the best. That is, the multifunctional lipstick integrated with high durability and moisture, good stability, good color, uniform coloring, high strength, comfortable coating and the like is obtained in the examples 1 to 6, and particularly the best is the example 1.

A multifunctional lipstick is characterized by comprising a thickening suspending agent, a skin feel modifier and an emollient; the thickening suspending agent consists of caprylic/capric triglyceride, distearyl dimethyl ammonium hectorite and propylene carbonate; the emollient is composed of cetyl ethyl hexanoate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, polyglycerol-2 triisostearate, octyl dodecanol and caprylic/capric triglyceride; the skin feel modifier is composed of nylon-12, methyl methacrylate cross polymer and silica.

The multi-functional lipstick according to claim 1 wherein the proportions of said thickening and suspending agent components are caprylic/capric triglyceride: distearyldimethylammonium hectorite: 70-75% of propylene carbonate: 20-25: 1-5; the emollient comprises the following components in proportion: pentaerythritol tetraisostearate: polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate: octyl dodecanol: caprylic/capric triglyceride 25-30: 1-5: 5-10: 5-10: 1-5; the skin feel regulator comprises the following components in percentage by weight: methyl methacrylate cross-polymer: silica 4-7: 1-3: 5 to 10.

The multi-functional lipstick according to claim 1 wherein said thickening suspension concentrate comprises caprylic/capric triglyceride in the ratio of components by weight percent: distearyldimethylammonium hectorite: 70.4 parts of propylene carbonate: 24.6: 5; the emollient ratio is cetyl ethylhexanoate: pentaerythritol tetraisostearate: polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate: octyl dodecanol: caprylic/capric triglyceride 29.8: 3: 7: 9: 4; the skin feel regulator comprises the following components in percentage by weight: methyl methacrylate cross-polymer: silica 7: 2: 9.

4. the multi-functional lipstick according to any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising polyethylene wax, ozokerite wax, colorant, mica, antioxidant, preservative and vanillin.

The multi-functional lipstick according to claim 4, comprising 5 to 10% by weight of polyethylene wax, 5 to 10% by weight of ozokerite, 8 to 12% by weight of a colorant, 0 to 1% by weight of mica, 0.1 to 0.5% by weight of an antioxidant, 0.1 to 0.5% by weight of a preservative, 0.1 to 0.2% by weight of vanillin, 37 to 60% by weight of an emollient, 10 to 18% by weight of a skin feel modifier, and 1% by weight of a thickening suspension.

6. The multi-functional lipstick according to claim 4 comprising, in weight percent, polyethylene wax 7%, ozokerite 8.7%, colorant 11%, mica 1%, antioxidant 0.2%, preservative 0.3%, vanillin 0.2%, emollient 52.8%, skin feel modifier 18% and thickening suspension 1%.

7. The multi-functional lipstick according to claim 4 comprising a humectant by weight percentage.

8. A method for preparing the multi-functional lipstick as claimed in claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:

(1) adding polyethylene wax, ceresin, an emollient, an antioxidant, a preservative and vanillin into an emulsifying device, heating to 85-95 ℃, and uniformly mixing to obtain a liquid material body;

(2) adding a colorant and a thickening suspending agent into the material body obtained in the step (1), uniformly mixing, and grinding to obtain fine materials;

(3) adding the ground fine materials obtained in the step (2) into emulsification equipment, heating to 85-95 ℃, and stirring until the fine materials are uniformly mixed;

(4) adding mica and skin feel regulator into emulsifying equipment, and stirring;

(5) and (4) putting the material obtained in the step (4) into a filling device, filling into a silica gel mold, and freezing and forming to obtain the lipstick.
