技术领域
本发明属于日用化学品技术领域，涉及一种温和的表面活性剂体系及其应用。
背景技术
洗发水，又名洗发液、洗发精或洗发香波，其主要功能是清洁头发和头皮，为头发的整理造型打下基础。洗发的目的是除去头发与头皮上的灰尘和洗去多余的油脂。目前市售的洗发水中的发泡剂多采用硫酸盐等化学合成原料，清洁去脂能力强，起泡性好，泡沫丰富，但刺激性较强，使用后会对头皮及头发产生一定的刺激，由于清洁过度而加重头油、头屑、头痒和脱发等。而这一问题主要由洗发水中的表面活性剂所致。
因此，有必要开发一种能应用于洗发产品中温和的表面活性剂体系。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种能应用于洗发产品中温和的表面活性剂体系，以弥补市场上同类产品的不足。
第一方面本发明提供了一种温和的表面活性剂体系，包括以下重量百分含量的组分：椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质2.4-7.5％，水解小麦蛋白0.1-0.6％，麦芽糖0.2％-1.2％。
椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质对皮肤及头发有很低的刺激性，用于洗发剂中具有优良的乳化、分散、去污、抗静电能力；麦芽糖和水解小麦蛋白均具有良好的保湿和调理作用，能够柔软顺滑头发。上述表面活性体系以椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质作为主要的发泡清洁剂，对皮肤刺激性比常规硫酸盐表面活性剂更低，比仲链烷胺或叔链烷胺等易形成亚硝胺的表面活性剂更安全；以麦芽糖和水解小麦蛋白作为柔顺剂，在使头发达到柔软顺滑的前提下，刺激性比聚季铵盐、阳离子瓜尔胶更低，不容易头痒，同时，麦芽糖和水解小麦蛋白能与椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质在柔顺头发以及清洁方面产生协同增效的作用。另外，上述表面活性剂体系中，椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质稳定。
优选地，所述表面活性剂体系包括以下重量百分含量的组分：椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质6％，水解小麦蛋白0.2％，麦芽糖0.4％。在此条件下，所述表面活性剂体系刺激性更低、发泡清洁以及对头发的柔顺效果都更好。
优选地，所述椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质为椰油酰水解小麦蛋白钠。
优选地，所述表面活性剂体系的pH值为6.0-6.3。所述表面活性剂体系不需要额外添加防腐剂，将其pH值调节至6.0-6.3，即能获得很好的防腐效果，而且pH适中，刺激性小。
优选地，所述表面活性剂体系还包括以下重量百分含量的组分：月桂酰精氨酸乙酯HCl 0.1～0.3％，辛二醇0.15～0.45％。为了进一步提高防腐效果，还可以添加月桂酰精氨酸乙酯HCl和辛二醇，采用月桂酰精氨酸乙酯HCl和辛二醇代替传统防腐剂，安全性更高。
进一步优选地，所述表面活性剂体系还包括以下重量百分含量的组分：月桂酰精氨酸乙酯HCl 0.2％，辛二醇0.3％。
优选地，所述表面活性剂体系还包括月桂谷氨酸二钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰水解胶原TEA盐、胶原氨基酸表面活性剂、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵磷酸酯中的至少一种，以提高起泡效果以及加快冲水。

优选地，所述表面活性剂体系还包括头发亮泽剂。所述表面活性剂体系还可以添加头发亮泽剂，如泛醇，以使头发更加有光泽。如添加所述表面活性剂体系重量0.2～1％的泛醇。

与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下优点：本发明以椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质作为主要的发泡清洁剂，比月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(铵)、月桂醇硫酸酯钠(铵)等硫酸盐表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激性更低；以麦芽糖和水解小麦蛋白作为柔顺剂，在使头发达到柔软顺滑的前提下，刺激性比聚季铵盐、阳离子瓜尔胶更低，不容易头痒，同时，椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质、麦芽糖和水解小麦蛋白在柔顺头发以及清洁方面产生具有协同增效的作用，还使体系中椰油酰水解小麦蛋白的盐类物质稳定。

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的应用，其特征在于，所述表面活性剂体系还包括抗刺激性剂、赋脂剂、螯合剂以及香料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用，其特征在于，所述抗刺激性剂包括尿囊素、燕麦仁提取物中的至少一种，所述赋脂剂包括异硬酯酰乳酸钠、PPG-3辛基醚、辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类聚甘油-10酯类中的至少一种，所述螯合剂包括EDTA二钠，所述香料包括迷迭香叶提取物。
