s4: when the backflow is stopped, the gas in the fermentation tank is slowly pumped by a sampler, enters the sampler after passing through an emptying hose, a sampling pipeline and a sampling head, and is emptied of the fermentation liquid in the sampling pipeline between the emptying hose and the sampling head;
s5: and after the sampler is taken down, disinfecting the outer surface of the sampling head to finish sampling.
Further, depending on the amount of sampling, multiple samplings may be required, and therefore, when multiple samplings are required, a plurality of samplers are required.
In order to further reduce the risk of pollution of the glass fermentation tank in the sampling link, the outer surface of the sampling head needs to be disinfected before the sampler and the sampling head are connected each time; the outer surface of the sampling head also needs to be sterilized after each disconnection of the sampler and the sampling head. s4: when the reflux is stopped, the gas is slowly pumped by an injector, the gas in the fermentation tank 1 enters the injector through the emptying hose 4, the P2-O-P3 section of the sampling pipeline and the sampling head 6, and the fermentation liquid in the P2-O-P3 section of the sampling pipeline is emptied; the hose clamp 5 does not need to be clamped back again after the sampling pipeline is emptied, and only needs to be used in the sampling process, and the hose clamp is not clamped at other times.
S5: after the injector is taken down, the outer surface of the sampling head 6 is disinfected to finish sampling.
