The invention provides a water-soluble precise cleaning solution and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps of preparing raw materials, cleaning a reaction kettle, adding water into the reaction kettle after cleaning, and starting the reaction kettle for stirring; sequentially adding sodium gluconate, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, sodium citrate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into a reaction kettle, stirring, and stirring until the sodium gluconate, the sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, the sodium citrate and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are completely dissolved; dissolving in a reaction kettle, sequentially adding TX-10, RQ-139CE and AEO-9 into the reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, sequentially adding ethylene oxide propylene oxide copolymerized polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate into the reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring until all raw materials are uniformly mixed; after the raw materials are completely mixed, sampling and detecting the stirred raw materials; and barreling the uniformly stirred raw materials. (2) sequentially adding sodium gluconate, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, sodium citrate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into a reaction kettle, stirring until the sodium gluconate, the sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, the sodium citrate and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are completely dissolved in water;
(3) after the sodium gluconate, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, sodium citrate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are completely dissolved in the reaction kettle, sequentially adding TX-10, RQ-139CE and AEO-9 into the reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, then sequentially adding ethylene oxide propylene oxide copolymerized polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate into the reaction kettle, uniformly stirring until all the raw materials are uniformly mixed until the raw materials are uniformly mixed into transparent liquid;
(4) after the raw materials are completely mixed, sampling and detecting the stirred transparent liquid;
