本发明公开了一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括桩体和多个用以插接至汽车充电连接部的充电枪,充电枪下端设置有枪头,所述桩体两侧部均设置有两个侧架体且两个侧架体前端部通过安装横杆相连接,侧架体的端部还设置有支撑柱且支撑柱底部安装有第一移动滚轮,所述桩体两侧壁上还设置有端部与之转动连接的驱动横丝杆,每个驱动横丝杆上均设有与之螺旋配合的驱动横丝杆且驱动横丝杆通过连接支杆与侧架体固定连接。本发明结构简单,可保持充电枪与汽车连接的稳定性而无需人员手持操作,增加其充电的安全性;而侧架体的设置可有效增加桩体侧部的防护能力,实用性较强。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源技术领域,具体是一种新能源汽车用充电桩。
背景技术
新能源汽车是指采用非常规的车用燃料作为动力来源(或使用常规的车用燃料、采用新型车载动力装置),综合车辆的动力控制和驱动方面的先进技术,形成的技术原理先进、具有新技术、新结构的汽车。新能源汽车包括纯电动汽车、增程式电动汽车、混合动力汽车、燃料电池电动汽车、氢发动机汽车等。
充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电,充电桩的输入端与交流电网直接连接,输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电。而现有的新能源汽车充电桩基本采用充电枪插入汽车充电部位充电,但需要人员手持而保持稳定,增加其充电危险度,同时连接导向需要在充电后人工操作整理,较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源汽车用充电桩,以达到上述目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括桩体和多个用以插接至汽车充电连接部的充电枪,充电枪下端设置有枪头,所述桩体两侧部均设置有两个侧架体且两个侧架体前端部通过安装横杆相连接,多个充电枪转动安装在安装横杆上,侧架体的端部还设置有支撑柱且支撑柱底部安装有第一移动滚轮,桩体侧壁上设置有多个与多个充电枪一一对应的收卷杆轴且每个收卷杆轴上均安装有收卷轮,收卷轮上卷绕有连接导线,连接导线的一端连接充电枪的尾部且连接导线另一端连接设置在桩体内部的电源设备(附图中为画出),所述桩体两侧壁上还设置有端部与之转动连接的驱动横丝杆,每个驱动横丝杆上均设有与之螺旋配合的驱动横丝杆且驱动横丝杆通过连接支杆与侧架体固定连接,两个驱动横丝杆端部和多个收卷杆轴上均设置有链轮且多个链轮之间通过链条相传动连接,其中一个驱动横丝杆由设置在桩体外壁上的驱动电机驱动旋转。

在一种可选方案中:所述桩体的外壁上还设置有隐藏插口,隐藏插口正对枪头端部。
在一种可选方案中:所述充电枪的侧壁上还设置有侧连接杆且侧连接杆顶端与充电枪侧壁活动连接,侧连接杆下端设置有吸盘。
在一种可选方案中:所述桩体顶部还设置有顶棚且顶棚通过支柱固定在桩体顶壁,顶棚两侧安装有有斜棚体且顶棚上设置有太阳能板,太阳能板电性连接设置在桩体内部的电源设备。
在一种可选方案中:述斜棚体顶边侧与顶棚边侧铰接,所述桩体顶部设置有两端螺旋方向相反的上丝杆,上丝杆上设置有个与之螺旋配合的第一螺旋座,第一螺旋座顶部设置有一端与之铰接的调节支撑杆,两个调节支撑杆顶端部与斜棚体相铰接。
在一种可选方案中:所述桩体底部两侧还设置有下支架且每个底端均安装有转动辊,所述转动辊外壁上设置有第二移动滚轮。
在一种可选方案中:所述转动辊通过安装杆轴转动安装在下支架上且安装杆轴上还设置有转动齿轮,桩体底部设置有下支架且下丝杆上设置有两个与之螺旋配合的第二螺旋座,第二螺旋座下部固定连接有横齿条,横齿条两端贯穿下支架并与转动齿轮相啮合;所述转动辊外壁上开设有安装条形槽且第二移动滚轮设置在第二移动滚轮内侧,第二移动滚轮的弧底与转动齿轮外壁位于一个圆面上。
相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果如下:
该装置驱动横丝杆通过链条和链轮的传动驱使另一个驱动横丝杆和多个收卷杆轴同时转动,驱动横丝杆的转动利用与驱动螺套的螺旋配合使得侧架体横向移动并带动充电枪朝向汽车处移动,而收卷杆轴的转动带动其上的收卷轮转动,收卷轮转动可将连接导线放线伸长,而如此可将充电枪转动使其枪头插接至汽车充电连接部,而控制驱动电机翻转可使得侧架体一移动至桩体侧部并驱使收卷杆轴回转而收卷连接导线以避免其杂乱,本发明结构简单,可保持充电枪与汽车连接的稳定性而无需人员手持操作,增加其充电的安全性;而侧架体的设置可有效增加桩体侧部的防护能力,实用性较强。

请参阅图1~3,本发明实施例中,一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括桩体1和多个用以插接至汽车充电连接部的充电枪3,充电枪3下端设置有枪头4,所述桩体1两侧部均设置有两个侧架体2且两个侧架体2前端部通过安装横杆8相连接,多个充电枪3转动安装在安装横杆8上,侧架体2的端部还设置有支撑柱6且支撑柱6底部安装有第一移动滚轮7,桩体1侧壁上设置有多个与多个充电枪3一一对应的收卷杆轴13且每个收卷杆轴13上均安装有收卷轮14,收卷轮14上卷绕有连接导线15,连接导线15的一端连接充电枪3的尾部且连接导线15另一端连接设置在桩体1内部的电源设备(附图中为画出),所述桩体1两侧壁上还设置有端部与之转动连接的驱动横丝杆9,每个驱动横丝杆9上均设有与之螺旋配合的驱动横丝杆9且驱动横丝杆9通过连接支杆12与侧架体2固定连接,两个驱动横丝杆9端部和多个收卷杆轴13上均设置有链轮17且多个链轮17之间通过链条16相传动连接,其中一个驱动横丝杆9由设置在桩体1外壁上的驱动电机10驱动旋转;
使用时,利用驱动电机10驱动驱动横丝杆9旋转,而驱动横丝杆9通过链条16和链轮17的传动驱使另一个驱动横丝杆9和多个收卷杆轴13同时转动,驱动横丝杆9的转动利用与驱动螺套11的螺旋配合使得侧架体2横向移动并带动充电枪3朝向汽车处移动,而收卷杆轴13的转动带动其上的收卷轮14转动,收卷轮14转动可将连接导线15放线伸长,而如此可将充电枪3转动使其枪头4插接至汽车充电连接部,而控制驱动电机10翻转可使得侧架体2一移动至桩体1侧部并驱使收卷杆轴13回转而收卷连接导线15以避免其杂乱,如此可保持充电枪3与汽车连接的稳定性而无需人员手持操作,增加其充电的安全性;而侧架体2的设置可有效增加桩体1侧部的防护能力;
所述桩体1的外壁上还设置有隐藏插口5,隐藏插口5正对枪头4端部,在充电枪3靠近桩体1处时,枪头4的端部伸入隐藏插口5内部而便于保持枪头4端部以避免其沾染灰尘影响汽车充电;
所述充电枪3的侧壁上还设置有侧连接杆33且侧连接杆33顶端与充电枪3侧壁活动连接,侧连接杆33下端设置有吸盘,在充电枪3与汽车连接时,通过拨动侧连接杆33及利用吸盘吸附在车体上而增加充电枪3放置的稳定性;
所述桩体1顶部还设置有顶棚18且顶棚18通过支柱固定在桩体1顶壁,顶棚18两侧安装有有斜棚体19且顶棚18上设置有太阳能板20,太阳能板20电性连接设置在桩体1内部的电源设备;顶棚18和斜棚体19的设置可起到防雨的作用且太阳能板20的设置可吸收太阳能并将之转化成电能,而起到节约电能的作用;
所述斜棚体19顶边侧与顶棚18边侧铰接,所述桩体1顶部设置有两端螺旋方向相反的上丝杆22,上丝杆22上设置有个与之螺旋配合的第一螺旋座23,第一螺旋座23顶部设置有一端与之铰接的调节支撑杆21,两个调节支撑杆21顶端部与斜棚体19相铰接,通过驱动上丝杆22转动而调节第一螺旋座23在上丝杆22上的位置并通过调节支撑杆21驱使斜棚体19转动,进而调节斜棚体19的倾斜角度以适应太阳的直射角度。

通过驱动下丝杆24旋转并利用下丝杆24与第二螺旋座25的螺旋配合使得横齿条26横向移动,横齿条26利用与转动齿轮30的啮合动动安装杆轴29转动,安装杆轴29驱动转动辊28旋转,转动辊28的转动而调节第二移动滚轮32接触或脱离地面,第二移动滚轮32脱离地面并因下丝杆24与第二螺旋座25螺旋配合的限定而保持整个装置稳定性。

1.一种新能源汽车用充电桩,包括桩体(1)和多个用以插接至汽车充电连接部的充电枪(3),充电枪(3)下端设置有枪头(4),其特征在于,所述桩体(1)两侧部均设置有两个侧架体(2)且两个侧架体(2)前端部通过安装横杆(8)相连接,多个充电枪(3)转动安装在安装横杆(8)上,侧架体(2)的端部还设置有支撑柱(6)且支撑柱(6)底部安装有第一移动滚轮(7),桩体(1)侧壁上设置有多个与多个充电枪(3)一一对应的收卷杆轴(13)且每个收卷杆轴(13)上均安装有收卷轮(14),收卷轮(14)上卷绕有连接导线(15),连接导线(15)的一端连接充电枪(3)的尾部且连接导线(15)另一端连接设置在桩体(1)内部的电源设备,所述桩体(1)两侧壁上还设置有端部与之转动连接的驱动横丝杆(9),每个驱动横丝杆(9)上均设有与之螺旋配合的驱动横丝杆(9)且驱动横丝杆(9)通过连接支杆(12)与侧架体(2)固定连接,两个驱动横丝杆(9)端部和多个收卷杆轴(13)上均设置有链轮(17)且多个链轮(17)之间通过链条(16)相传动连接,其中一个驱动横丝杆(9)由设置在桩体(1)外壁上的驱动电机(10)驱动旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于,所述桩体(1)的外壁上还设置有隐藏插口(5),隐藏插口(5)正对枪头(4)端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于,所述充电枪(3)的侧壁上还设置有侧连接杆(33)且侧连接杆(33)顶端与充电枪(3)侧壁活动连接,侧连接杆(33)下端设置有吸盘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于,所述桩体(1)顶部还设置有顶棚(18)且顶棚(18)通过支柱固定在桩体(1)顶壁,顶棚(18)两侧安装有有斜棚体(19)且顶棚(18)上设置有太阳能板(20),太阳能板(20)电性连接设置在桩体(1)内部的电源设备。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于,述斜棚体(19)顶边侧与顶棚(18)边侧铰接,所述桩体(1)顶部设置有两端螺旋方向相反的上丝杆(22),上丝杆(22)上设置有个与之螺旋配合的第一螺旋座(23),第一螺旋座(23)顶部设置有一端与之铰接的调节支撑杆(21),两个调节支撑杆(21)顶端部与斜棚体(19)相铰接。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于,所述桩体(1)底部两侧还设置有下支架(27)且每个底端均安装有转动辊(28),所述转动辊(28)外壁上设置有第二移动滚轮(32)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的新能源汽车用充电桩,其特征在于,所述转动辊(28)通过安装杆轴(29)转动安装在下支架(27)上且安装杆轴(29)上还设置有转动齿轮(30),桩体(1)底部设置有下支架(27)且下丝杆(24)上设置有两个与之螺旋配合的第二螺旋座(25),第二螺旋座(25)下部固定连接有横齿条(26),横齿条(26)两端贯穿下支架(27)并与转动齿轮(30)相啮合;所述转动辊(28)外壁上开设有安装条形槽(31)且第二移动滚轮(32)设置在第二移动滚轮(32)内侧,第二移动滚轮(32)的弧底与转动齿轮(30)外壁位于一个圆面上。
