本发明涉及包装袋生产技术领域,公开了一种复合药用包装袋,包括包装袋本体,包装袋本体由复合膜粘接而成,复合膜包括外层膜、内层膜和粘接剂,内层膜和外层膜通过粘接剂粘接;内层膜为真空镀铝流延聚丙烯薄膜,外层膜为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。该包装袋的性能优异。

一种复合药用包装袋
技术领域
本发明涉及包装袋生产技术领域,具体涉及一种复合药用包装袋。
背景技术
包装袋是指用于包装各种用品的袋子,使货物在生产流通过程中方便运输,容易存储。在医药方面包装袋主要是用于包装药品,方便批量或定量药包的运输。
对药物进行包装的包装袋相比对其他物品进行包装的包装袋,由于药物直接关系到生命健康,因此对药物包装的包装袋的性能要求极高,尤其是在阻湿性方面,现目前常规的包装袋的阻湿性不是很好,这样用它来包装药物时,药物容易吸潮,从而缩短了药物的存放周期。
目前,常用的液体药品包装均是硬包装,包括玻璃瓶和复合硬片制成的塑料容器,玻璃瓶存在重量大而且易碎的缺点,而塑料容器一般需要底托作为塑料容器的支撑,在使用时,需要拧开塑料容器的顶部,再进行挤压将液体挤出进行口服,用材多,且使用不方便。
为了提高液体包装使用的便利性,少数企业提出了液体包装用的条形复合膜袋,但是由于软包装盛装液体药品,对其阻隔性能要求高,因此,一般采用的是多层复合膜,一方面增加热封性,一方面要增加阻隔性,但是现有的药用包装袋,使用性能较差,强度较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合药用包装袋,该包装袋的性能优异。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种复合药用包装袋,包括包装袋本体,包装袋本体由复合膜粘接而成,复合膜包括外层膜、内层膜和粘接剂,内层膜和外层膜通过粘接剂粘接;内层膜为真空镀铝流延聚丙烯薄膜,外层膜为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。
采用本方案的原理和有益效果在于:本方案中,袋体由复合膜组成。复合膜分为内层膜和外层膜。而外层为膜双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,具有质轻、无毒、无臭、防潮、机械强度高,尺寸稳定性好、印刷性能良好、透明性好等优点,而内层膜为真空镀铝流延聚丙烯薄膜,其具有遮光性能优秀、良好的氧气、水蒸气阻隔性能、优秀的铝层附着力和低热封温度与高热封强度等优点。即通过内层膜和外层膜的复合可以使得该包装袋的性能优异。
进一步,外层膜远离内层膜的一面印刷有印刷部。
进一步,所述复合膜的厚度为12μm。
进一步,采用如下步骤制成:
(1)原料准备:准备双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、真空镀铝流延聚丙烯薄膜、粘合剂;
(2)原料处理:采用紫外线对步骤(1)中的原料进行消毒;
(3)印刷前检查;
(4)印刷:采用印刷装置将印刷部印刷在外层膜上;
(5)复合:将内层膜和外层膜复合形成复合膜
(6)固化:将复合膜固化;
(7)分切。
进一步,步骤(5)中,复合的速度为70-90m/min。
进一步,步骤(5)中,内层膜比外层膜宽6mm。
进一步,步骤(2)中,紫外线波长为240-280nm,紫外线灯距离原料1m;消毒时间为30min。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:搅拌筒体1、永磁体2、搅拌轴3、搅拌杆4、连接环5、搅拌支杆6、连接筒7、连接套8、连接杆9、转筒10、斜槽11、电机12、第一皮带轮13、切割板14、凹槽16、皮带17。
实施例一
一种复合药用包装袋,包括包装袋本体,包装袋本体由复合膜粘接而成,复合膜包括外层膜、内层膜和粘接剂,内层膜和外层膜通过粘接剂粘接;内层膜为真空镀铝流延聚丙烯薄膜,外层膜为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。外层膜远离内层膜的一面印刷有印刷部。复合膜的厚度为12μm。
复合药用包装袋采用如下步骤制成:
(1)原料准备:准备双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、真空镀铝流延聚丙烯薄膜、粘合剂;
(2)原料处理:采用紫外线对步骤(1)中的原料进行消毒;
(3)印刷前检查;
(4)印刷:采用印刷装置将印刷部印刷在外层膜上;
(5)复合:将内层膜和外层膜复合形成复合膜
(6)固化:将复合膜固化;
(7)分切。
步骤(5)中,复合的速度为70-90m/min。
步骤(5)中,内层膜比外层膜宽6mm。
步骤(2)中,紫外线波长为240-280nm,紫外线灯距离原料1m;消毒时间为30min。
本方案中,袋体由复合膜组成。复合膜分为内层膜和外层膜。而外层为膜双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,具有质轻、无毒、无臭、防潮、机械强度高,尺寸稳定性好、印刷性能良好、透明性好等优点,而内层膜为真空镀铝流延聚丙烯薄膜,其具有遮光性能优秀、良好的氧气、水蒸气阻隔性能、优秀的铝层附着力和低热封温度与高热封强度等优点。即通过内层膜和外层膜的复合可以使得该包装袋的性能优异。
实施例二
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,本实施例中还包括对粘合剂进行搅拌的搅拌结构。搅拌结构包括搅拌筒体1,在搅拌筒体1上设有支架(图中未画出),支架上连接有电机12,电机12与支架通过螺栓连接。搅拌筒体1内设有搅拌轴3,搅拌轴3周向设有多个搅拌杆4,搅拌轴3与搅拌筒体1转动连接。电机12的输出轴与搅拌轴3同轴连接。
在筒体上端还转动连接有转筒10,搅拌轴3上端通过平键连接有第一皮带轮1313,转筒10上端同轴设置有第二皮带17轮。第一皮带轮1313和第二皮带17轮间通过皮带17传动连接。在转筒10轴向设有斜槽11,斜槽11首尾相连。本实施例中还包括连接杆9,连接杆9呈“L”形,连接杆9穿过搅拌筒体1上端且与搅拌筒体1滑动配合。连接杆9上端设有凸起,凸起位于斜槽11内且与斜槽11滑动配合。连接杆9另一端连接有连接筒7。连接筒7套在搅拌轴3外且连接筒7外部设有螺纹。在搅拌筒体1内壁设有凹槽16,本实施例中还包括连接环5和连接套8,连接环5一端位于凹槽16内且与凹槽16滑动配合。连接套8位于连接环5中心处且连接套8和连接环5间设有搅拌支杆6。连接筒7穿过连接套8且与连接套8螺纹配合且不自锁。
在需要搅拌时,将粘接剂和溶剂放入搅拌筒体1内。然后启动电机12,电机12转动带动搅拌轴3转动对粘接剂和溶剂进行搅拌。在电机12转动时,通过第一皮带轮1313和皮带17带动第二皮带17轮转动,第二皮带17轮带动转筒10转动。转筒10转动时,斜槽11与凸起一同转动。凸起在斜槽11的作用下带动连接杆9上下滑动,即连接杆9带动连接筒7上下滑动。因为连接筒7与连接套8螺纹配合,所以连接套8带动搅拌支杆6和连接环5往复转动,实现对粘接剂的搅拌,从而使粘接剂杯搅拌均匀。
在搅拌筒体1相对的两侧设有磁性件,本实施例中的磁性件可以采用永磁体2。磁性件相对的两面磁极相反。在搅拌杆4偏心处设有切割磁感线的切割板14,切割板14和搅拌杆4均为铁质的,在搅拌过程中切割板14切割磁感线并产生热量,经过搅拌杆4对粘合剂进行加热,使粘合剂的搅拌效果更好。

Claims (7)

1.一种复合药用包装袋,其特征在于:包括包装袋本体,包装袋本体由复合膜粘接而成,复合膜包括外层膜、内层膜和粘接剂,内层膜和外层膜通过粘接剂粘接;内层膜为真空镀铝流延聚丙烯薄膜,外层膜为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合药用包装袋,其特征在于:外层膜远离内层膜的一面印刷有印刷部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合药用包装袋,其特征在于:所述复合膜的厚度为12μm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合药用包装袋,其特征在于:采用如下步骤制成:
(1)原料准备:准备双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、真空镀铝流延聚丙烯薄膜、粘合剂;
(2)原料处理:采用紫外线对步骤(1)中的原料进行消毒;
(3)印刷前检查;
(4)印刷:采用印刷装置将印刷部印刷在外层膜上;
(5)复合:将内层膜和外层膜复合形成复合膜
(6)固化:将复合膜固化;
(7)分切。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种复合药用包装袋,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,复合的速度为70-90m/min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种复合药用包装袋,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,内层膜比外层膜宽6mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种复合药用包装袋,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,紫外线波长为240-280nm,紫外线灯距离原料1m;消毒时间为30min。
