背景技术
生态树脂板是由一种非晶型共聚酯经过高温层压工艺,制成的具有优良透光性能,阻燃性能,隔音,抗冲击,抗发黄,抗变形,抗化学腐蚀,轻盈,本身具有UV功能,表面硬度高,可以任意造型的特性,生态树脂板的常用材料为PETG、PMMA、PC、PS等兼具良好透光性能和一定强度的高分子材料,其中PETG在各方面性能都比较突出,是当下生态树脂板的主流材质,PETG是一种非结晶型共聚酯,PETG板材具有突出的韧性和高抗冲击强度,其抗冲击强度是改性聚丙烯酸酯类的3-10倍,并具有很宽的加工范围,高的机械强度和优异的柔性,比起PVC透明度高,光泽好,容易印刷并具有环保优势。
目前的树脂板在进行加工的过程中,需要在树脂板的表面涂上一层粘合剂,涂胶质量的好坏影响到树脂板的使用寿命,现有的树脂板加工设备对于树脂板表面的涂胶质量较不稳定,为解决以上问题,本领域技术人员提出了一种涂胶均匀的树脂板加工设备。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种涂胶均匀的树脂板加工设备,解决了目前的树脂板在进行加工的过程中,需要在树脂板的表面涂上一层粘合剂,涂胶质量的好坏影响到树脂板的使用寿命,现有树脂板加工设备对于树脂板表面涂胶质量存在不稳定的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种涂胶均匀的树脂板加工设备,包括加工台、驱动机构、涂胶机构、定位机构以及压料组件,且驱动机构与定位机构均固定在加工台的顶部,所述涂胶机构与驱动机构的一侧活动连接,所述压料组件位于定位机构的顶部活动连接,所述涂胶机构包括安装架和涂胶管,且安装架的一侧与滑块二的一侧固定连接,所述安装架的顶部固定连接有驱动电机三,且驱动电机三输出轴的表面通过链带轮传动连接有链带三,所述安装架的内部滑动连接有滑块三,且滑块三的内部与链带三的表面啮合传动,所述滑块三的一侧固定连接有活动卡扣,且活动卡扣的内部与涂胶管的表面卡接,所述涂胶管的内部活动连接有电动推料杆,且涂胶管的底端连通有涂胶头。
优选的,驱动机构包括固定架和活动架,所述活动架底部的一侧固定连接有滑块一,且滑块一的一侧与固定架的内部滑动连接,所述活动架的内部滑动连接有滑块二,所述固定架内部的一侧固定连接有驱动电机一,所述驱动电机一输出轴的表面通过链带轮传动连接有链带一,且链带一的表面与滑块一的内部啮合传动。

步骤五、继续通过涂胶头28对隔音层的顶面进行涂胶处理,将环氧树脂板放置在隔音层的顶面,重复步骤四的操作,对吸音层和位于顶部的环氧树脂板分别进行粘合处理,完成对降噪树脂板的制备。
一种涂胶均匀的树脂板加工设备工作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一、采用同一模具进行环氧树脂板、吸音层、隔音层和基板的制备;
步骤二、通过树脂板加工设备对树脂板进行制备,将基板放置在定位框31中,启动两个电动推杆34,两个电动推杆34驱动轴推动定位板33在放料槽32中位移,直至定位板33的一侧与基板的一侧接触,完成对基板在放料槽32中位置的限定,启动驱动机构1,驱动电机一15输出轴带动链带一16在固定架11的内部进行传动,让滑块一13在固定架11内部进行滑动,利用滑块一13带动活动架12在固定架11的一侧进行位移,改变涂胶机构2在定位机构3上方的位置;
步骤三、将粘合剂装入涂胶管22中,启动驱动电机三23,驱动电机三23输出轴带动链带三24在安装架21的内部进行传动,让滑块三25在安装架21的内部滑动,利用滑块三25带动涂胶管22进行上下位移,调节涂胶管22底端的涂胶头28与放料槽32内部的基板顶面接触,启动电动推料杆27,电动推料杆27推动涂胶管22中的粘合剂从涂胶头28中流出,粘合剂被涂覆在基板的顶面,接着驱动机构1中的滑块二14带动整个安装架21在活动架12的一侧进行滑动,同时滑块一13带动整个活动架12在固定架11的一侧进行滑动,实现涂胶头28在基板顶面的均匀涂胶;
步骤四、完成基板顶面的涂胶处理后,将隔音层放置在基板的顶面,继续利用定位板33将基板和隔音层在放料槽32中进行定位,启动压料组件4,两个伺服电缸43驱动轴分别拉动两个压料板41在活动槽42中向下运动,利用两个压料板41底部的橡胶压块44对隔音层在基板的顶面进行压合;
步骤五、继续通过涂胶头28对隔音层的顶面进行涂胶处理,将环氧树脂板放置在隔音层的顶面,重复步骤四的操作,对吸音层和位于顶部的环氧树脂板分别进行粘合处理,完成对降噪树脂板的制备。
树脂板加工设备包括加工台5、驱动机构1、涂胶机构2、定位机构3以及压料组件4,且驱动机构1与定位机构3均固定在加工台5的顶部,涂胶机构2与驱动机构1的一侧活动连接,压料组件4位于定位机构3的顶部活动连接。
定位机构3包括定位框31,且定位框31的底部与加工台5的顶部固定连接,定位框31的内部开设有放料槽32,且放料槽32的内部活动连接有定位板33,定位框31背面的两侧均固定连接有电动推杆34,且两个电动推杆34驱动轴的一端均贯穿定位框31与放料槽32并延伸至放料槽32的内部,两个电动推杆34驱动轴延伸至放料槽32内部的一端均与定位板33的背面固定连接。
压料组件4包括两个压料板41,且两个压料板41的底部分别与定位框31顶部的两侧滑动连接,定位框31内部的两侧均开设有与压料板41相适配的活动槽42,且两个压料板41的底部分别与两个活动槽42的内部滑动连接,定位框31底部的两侧均固定连接有伺服电缸43,且两个伺服电缸43驱动轴的一端均延伸至活动槽42的内部,两个伺服电缸43驱动轴延伸至两个活动槽42内部的一端分别与两个压料板41的底部固定连接,且两个压料板41的底部均固定连接有橡胶压块44。
驱动机构1包括固定架11和活动架12,活动架12底部的一侧固定连接有滑块一13,且滑块一13的一侧与固定架11的内部滑动连接,活动架12的内部滑动连接有滑块二14,固定架11内部的一侧固定连接有驱动电机一15,驱动电机一15输出轴的表面通过链带轮传动连接有链带一16,且链带一16的表面与滑块一13的内部啮合传动,活动架12内部的一侧固定连接有驱动电机二17,驱动电机二17输出轴的表面通过链带轮传动连接有链带二18,且链带二18的表面与滑块二14的内部啮合传动。
涂胶机构2包括安装架21和涂胶管22,且安装架21的一侧与滑块二14的一侧固定连接,安装架21的顶部固定连接有驱动电机三23,且驱动电机三23输出轴的表面通过链带轮传动连接有链带三24,安装架21的内部滑动连接有滑块三25,且滑块三25的内部与链带三24的表面啮合传动,滑块三25的一侧固定连接有活动卡扣26,且活动卡扣26的内部与涂胶管22的表面卡接,涂胶管22的内部活动连接有电动推料杆27,且涂胶管22的底端连通有涂胶头28。

工作原理,使用时,将基板放置在定位框31中,启动两个电动推杆34,两个电动推杆34驱动轴推动定位板33在放料槽32中位移,直至定位板33的一侧与基板的一侧接触,完成对基板在放料槽32中位置的限定,启动驱动机构1,驱动电机一15输出轴带动链带一16在固定架11的内部进行传动,让滑块一13在固定架11内部进行滑动,利用滑块一13带动活动架12在固定架11的一侧进行位移,改变涂胶机构2在定位机构3上方的位置,将粘合剂装入涂胶管22中,启动驱动电机三23,驱动电机三23输出轴带动链带三24在安装架21的内部进行传动,让滑块三25在安装架21的内部滑动,利用滑块三25带动涂胶管22进行上下位移,调节涂胶管22底端的涂胶头28与放料槽32内部的基板顶面接触,启动电动推料杆27,电动推料杆27推动涂胶管22中的粘合剂从涂胶头28中流出,粘合剂被涂覆在基板的顶面,接着驱动机构1中的滑块二14带动整个安装架21在活动架12的一侧进行滑动,同时滑块一13带动整个活动架12在固定架11的一侧进行滑动,实现涂胶头28在基板顶面的均匀涂胶,完成基板顶面的涂胶处理后,将隔音层放置在基板的顶面,继续利用定位板33将基板和隔音层在放料槽32中进行定位,启动压料组件4,两个伺服电缸43驱动轴分别拉动两个压料板41在活动槽42中向下运动,利用两个压料板41底部的橡胶压块44对隔音层在基板的顶面进行压合,继续通过涂胶头28对隔音层的顶面进行涂胶处理,将环氧树脂板放置在隔音层的顶面,重复上述操作,对吸音层和位于顶部的环氧树脂板分别进行粘合处理,完成对降噪树脂板的制备。

1.一种涂胶均匀的树脂板加工设备,包括加工台(5)、驱动机构(1)、涂胶机构(2)、定位机构(3)以及压料组件(4),且驱动机构(1)与定位机构(3)均固定在加工台(5)的顶部,所述涂胶机构(2)与驱动机构(1)的一侧活动连接,所述压料组件(4)位于定位机构(3)的顶部活动连接,其特征在于:
所述涂胶机构(2)包括安装架(21)和涂胶管(22),且安装架(21)的一侧与滑块二(14)的一侧固定连接,所述安装架(21)的顶部固定连接有驱动电机三(23),且驱动电机三(23)输出轴的表面通过链带轮传动连接有链带三(24),所述安装架(21)的内部滑动连接有滑块三(25),且滑块三(25)的内部与链带三(24)的表面啮合传动,所述滑块三(25)的一侧固定连接有活动卡扣(26),且活动卡扣(26)的内部与涂胶管(22)的表面卡接,所述涂胶管(22)的内部活动连接有电动推料杆(27),且涂胶管(22)的底端连通有涂胶头(28)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂胶均匀的树脂板加工设备,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(1)包括固定架(11)和活动架(12),所述活动架(12)底部的一侧固定连接有滑块一(13),且滑块一(13)的一侧与固定架(11)的内部滑动连接,所述活动架(12)的内部滑动连接有滑块二(14),所述固定架(11)内部的一侧固定连接有驱动电机一(15),所述驱动电机一(15)输出轴的表面通过链带轮传动连接有链带一(16),且链带一(16)的表面与滑块一(13)的内部啮合传动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种涂胶均匀的树脂板加工设备,其特征在于:所述活动架(12)内部的一侧固定连接有驱动电机二(17),所述驱动电机二(17)输出轴的表面通过链带轮传动连接有链带二(18),且链带二(18)的表面与滑块二(14)的内部啮合传动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂胶均匀的树脂板加工设备,其特征在于:所述树脂板加工设备的涂胶方法如下:
将粘合剂装入涂胶管(22)中,启动驱动电机三(23),驱动电机三(23)输出轴带动链带三(24)在安装架(21)的内部进行传动,让滑块三(25)在安装架(21)的内部滑动,利用滑块三(25)带动涂胶管(22)进行上下位移,调节涂胶管(22)底端的涂胶头(28)与放料槽(32)内部的基板顶面接触,启动电动推料杆(27),电动推料杆(27)推动涂胶管(22)中的粘合剂从涂胶头(28)中流出,粘合剂被涂覆在基板的顶面,接着驱动机构(1)中的滑块二(14)带动整个安装架(21)在活动架(12)的一侧进行滑动,同时滑块一(13)带动整个活动架(12)在固定架(11)的一侧进行滑动,实现涂胶头(28)在基板顶面的均匀涂胶。
