Description

Natural plant-based sunscreen cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to a natural plant-based sunscreen cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Besides visible light, about 1% of ultraviolet rays with the wavelength of 290-400nm in the sunlight can be irradiated to the earth surface, which is a main ray possibly damaging the skin in the sunlight, wherein electromagnetic waves with the wavelength of 290-320 nm belong to medium-wave ultraviolet rays (UVB), and electromagnetic waves with the wavelength of 320-400 nm belong to long-wave ultraviolet rays (UVA). UVB ultraviolet rays have a erythematous effect on human skin, and can reach the dermis layer to sunburn the skin, resulting in desquamation, erythema, suntan and the like. UVA ultraviolet rays, called "age ultraviolet rays", are the most important cause of premature aging of human skin, and penetrate the dermis, causing damage to lipids and collagen, resulting in skin aging and even skin cancerization.
The loss of ozone in the atmosphere also makes people pay more attention to the damage of ultraviolet rays to the skin, and sun-protection products such as sun-protection cream and the like can play a role in sun protection, and mainly have some components capable of blocking or absorbing ultraviolet rays, and when the ultraviolet rays irradiate on the skin, the components can scatter or absorb the ultraviolet rays. Inorganic salts such as titanium dioxide and talc are ultraviolet scattering agents, and salicylic acid esters and benzenes are ultraviolet absorbers. In addition, in the common sunscreen product, besides the ultraviolet scattering agent such as inorganic salt, other auxiliary agents such as stearic acid, lanolin, glycerin, water and the like are required to be added, and due to different polarities of the auxiliary agents, an emulsifier is often required to be added in order to ensure that the product does not undergo phase separation in the long-term storage process.
Therefore, how to effectively avoid phase separation of sunscreen cream products during storage and improve the storage stability of the products is one of the technical problems to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

A preparation method of natural plant-based sunscreen cream comprises the following specific preparation steps:
preparation of seaweed extract:
soaking seaweed in water for 10-24h, cleaning, removing impurities, performing freeze pressing, and drying to obtain seaweed powder; mixing seaweed meal and water according to a mass ratio of 1: 10-1: 20 mixing, performing heat preservation water extraction at 35-50 deg.C, filtering, collecting filtrate, removing pigment from filtrate, and freeze drying to obtain Sargassum extract;

preparation of water phase components:
sequentially taking 1-3 parts of triethanolamine, 0.1-0.3 part of alkali metal hydroxide, 1-3 parts of carbomer and 80-100 parts of water according to parts by weight, mixing, heating, stirring and dissolving to obtain a water phase component;
the preparation of the product natural plant-based sunscreen cream comprises the following steps:
according to the parts by weight, sequentially taking 20-30 parts of oil phase, 60-80 parts of water phase and 3-10 parts of active component phase; adding the oil phase into the water phase, homogenizing at 60-80 deg.C under high pressure, cooling to room temperature, adding the active component phase, stirring, and discharging to obtain product;
