Claims (10)
1. A continuous tunnel type dried sweet potato manufacturing machine is characterized by comprising a water tank (1), a slicing machine (25), a tunnel drying machine (20) and a base (26), wherein the water tank (1), the slicing machine (25) and the tunnel drying machine (20) are sequentially and fixedly installed at the top end of the base (26) from left to right, a piston (2) is inserted and connected in the middle of the bottom end of the water tank (1), connecting frames (3) are fixedly connected to the front and the back of the top end of the water tank (1), a conveying mechanism is arranged between the two connecting frames (3), the conveying mechanism is composed of two rollers (4), a first motor (5) and a conveying mesh belt (6), a cleaning mechanism is arranged inside the conveying mesh belt (6), and the cleaning mechanism is composed of two brush rollers (7), two gears (9), a gear belt (10) and a second motor (8), two the bottom of link (3) all is provided with same locking mechanism, locking mechanism comprises two fixed blocks (11), two movable rods (12), two movable block (13), two springs (15) and a connection roller (14), one of them the middle part on link (3) top is provided with water spray mechanism, water spray mechanism comprises a support (16), three shower nozzle (17), a water pipe (18) and a water pump (19), rectangular channel (21) have all been seted up to one side at tunnel stoving machine (20) front and back top, air cock (27) have evenly been arranged to the below of conveying mesh belt (6), be equipped with the pulse valve on air cock (27), again tunnel stoving machine (20) are close to the bottom center department of rear end portion and fixedly are equipped with linear slide rail (28), sliding connection has telescopic link (29) in linear slide rail (28), the bottom mounting of telescopic link (29) is equipped with scraper blade (30), two the inside of rectangular channel (21) is provided with same shakeout mechanism, shakeout mechanism comprises two rectangular blocks (22), two threaded rod (23) and a limiting plate (24).

The continuous tunnel type dried sweet potato manufacturing machine according to claim 1, wherein two ends of the two rollers (4) are respectively connected with two ends of opposite sides of the two connecting frames (3) through bearings, and the conveying mesh belt (6) is wound outside the two connecting frames (3).

A continuous tunnel-type dried sweet potato maker according to claim 1, wherein one of the rollers (4) has an end portion passing through one of the connecting frames (3) and fixedly connected to an output shaft of a first motor (5), the first motor (5) being fixedly mounted at one end of the outer side of the one of the connecting frames (3).

The continuous tunnel type dried sweet potato manufacturing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that two ends of the two brush rollers (7) are respectively connected with two ends of opposite sides of two connecting frames (3) through bearings, the outer parts of the two brush rollers (7) are respectively connected with the top end of the inner part of the conveying net belt (6) in a sliding way, the end part of one brush roller (7) penetrates through one of the connecting frames (3) and is fixedly connected with the output shaft of a second motor (8), and the second motor (8) is fixedly arranged at the outer side of one of the connecting frames (3).

The continuous tunnel-type dried sweet potato maker according to claim 1, wherein the ends of the two brush rollers (7) are passed through one of the connecting frames (3) and are fixedly connected to the middle portions of the two gears (9), respectively, and the gear belt (10) is wound around the outer portions of the two gears (9).

The continuous tunnel type dried sweet potato making machine according to claim 1, wherein one side of each of the two fixed blocks (11) is fixedly connected with the middle of the outer bottom ends of the two connecting frames (3), the middle of each of the two fixed blocks (11) is connected with the outer portions of the two movable rods (12) in an inserting manner, the bottom ends of the two movable rods (12) are fixedly connected with the top ends of the two movable blocks (13), the two ends of the connecting roller (14) are connected with the opposite sides of the two movable blocks (13) through bearings, and the outer portion of the connecting roller (14) is connected with the inner bottom end of the conveying mesh belt (6) in a sliding manner.

The continuous tunnel type dried sweet potato making machine according to claim 1, wherein the two springs (15) are respectively arranged outside the two movable rods (12), one ends of the two springs (15) are respectively fixedly connected with the top ends of the two movable blocks (13), and the other ends of the two springs (15) are respectively fixedly connected with the bottom ends of the two fixed blocks (11).

The continuous tunnel type dried sweet potato making machine according to claim 1, wherein the support (16) is fixedly installed in the middle of the top end of one of the connecting frames (3), one end of each of the three nozzles (17) is fixedly communicated with the front surface of the support (16), the middle of the back surface of the support (16) is fixedly communicated with one end of a water pipe (18), the other end of the water pipe (18) is fixedly communicated with the output end of a water pump (19), and the input end of the water pump (19) is fixedly communicated with the middle of the bottom end of the back surface of the water tank (1).

The continuous tunnel type dried sweet potato manufacturing machine according to claim 1, wherein one end of each of the two rectangular blocks (22) is fixedly connected with the top of one side of the front surface and the back surface of the tunnel drying machine (20), the inside of each of the two rectangular blocks (22) is in threaded connection with the outside of each of the two threaded rods (23), the bottom ends of the two threaded rods (23) are connected with the two sides of the top end of the limiting plate (24) through bearings, and the two ends of the limiting plate (24) are respectively in threaded connection with the inside of the two rectangular grooves (21).
10. The continuous tunnel-type dried sweet potato manufacturing machine according to claim 1, wherein the first motor (5) is electrically connected with an external power supply through an external switch, the second motor (8) is electrically connected with the external power supply through an external switch, the water pump (19) is electrically connected with the external power supply through an external switch, the slicing machine (25) is electrically connected with the external power supply through an external switch, and the tunnel drying machine (20) is electrically connected with the external power supply through an external switch.
