Background
The kiwi fruit, also called kiwi fruit, is generally oval, the skin of the kiwi fruit is covered with dense villi, and the kiwi fruit contains rich mineral substances including rich calcium, phosphorus and iron, and also contains carotene and multiple vitamins, and has an important effect on keeping human health. The preparation process of preserved kiwi fruits generally comprises the following steps: screening, washing, peeling, slicing and drying processes, wherein dust and soil on the kiwi fruit are removed during washing, fluff on the surface of the kiwi fruit is removed as much as possible, and the fluff is prevented from being stuck on pulp in the peeling process, so that the pulp is polluted, the finished preserved fruit product does not accord with food safety standards, and the qualification rate of the product is influenced.
The prior kiwi fruit cleaning process generally comprises the steps of placing kiwi fruits on a conveyor belt, arranging a cleaning device above the conveyor belt, and cleaning the kiwi fruits in the conveying process at one side of the kiwi fruits, and has the following problems that on one hand, only one side of the kiwi fruits close to the cleaning device can be washed in the conveying and cleaning process, and dust, sludge and the like on the upper surface of the kiwi fruits which are cleaned possibly remain at the bottom of the kiwi fruits; on the other hand, the technology can not remove the fluff on the surface of the kiwi fruit.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a kiwi fruit cleaning device, which aims to solve the problem that the qualified rate that the produced finished product meets the food safety standard is low because all parts of kiwi fruits cannot be cleaned in the existing kiwi fruit cleaning process.

the water outlet barrel comprises a barrel inner wall and a barrel outer wall, a water supply cavity with two closed ends is formed between the barrel inner wall and the barrel outer wall, a plurality of water outlet holes communicated with the water supply cavity are formed in the barrel inner wall, the water outlet hole is opened towards the high end of the water outlet barrel, a water supply port is formed in the barrel outer wall, and the water supply port is connected with a water supply device through a pipeline.
The working principle of the basic scheme is as follows:
when the basic scheme is used for cleaning the kiwi fruits, the kiwi fruits impact on the wiping piece after entering the conveying cylinder from the high end of the conveying cylinder, and the kiwi fruits falling on the wiping piece can also turn over while moving downwards under the action of gravity because the wiping piece is corrugated along the axial cross section; in addition, after the water supply device is started, clear water is supplied into the water supply cavity through the pipeline, the clear water entering the water supply cavity is discharged outwards through the water outlet hole and is flushed on the kiwi fruit, and the direction of water flow injection is also towards the high end of the water outlet barrel because the opening of the water outlet hole is arranged towards the high end of the water outlet barrel; the sewage after the kiwi fruits are cleaned is soaked into the wiping piece.
The technical effect of this basic scheme lies in:
1. according to the basic scheme of the kiwi fruit cleaning machine, the conveying cylinder is obliquely arranged, the kiwi fruit can move downwards under the action of self gravity, and the wiping piece is arranged in a corrugated shape along the axial cross section, so that the kiwi fruit can be turned over in the downward moving process, and all surfaces of the kiwi fruit can be fully cleaned in the turning process of the kiwi fruit.

Further, the conveying cylinder is axially provided with an installation groove, and the wiping piece is detachably connected in the installation groove. Furthermore, a water baffle is arranged at the high end of the water outlet barrel. The opening of the water outlet hole faces the high end of the water outlet barrel, so that the water outlet hole close to the high end of the water outlet barrel is prevented from splashing outside the water outlet barrel to cause waste of water resources, and the water baffle is arranged at the high end of the water outlet barrel.
Further, the included angle between the conveying cylinder and the horizontal plane is 30 degrees. Because the kiwi fruit relies on the effect of self gravity to move down in this technical scheme, if the contained angle that sets up is too big, then the slope that the kiwi fruit moved down just steeply more, probably lead to the kiwi fruit not have with wiper contact and directly fall down, cause and wash insufficient result, and if the contained angle undersize that sets up, probably lead to the kiwi fruit to be detained inside a transport cylinder, can't move forward.
Furthermore, the water outlet barrel is hinged on the conveying barrel. The water outlet barrel is arranged on the conveying barrel in a hinged mode, so that when the wiping part needs to be replaced and cleaned, the water outlet barrel is directly opened, the wiping part is detached, and when the water outlet barrel is opened, the water outlet barrel and the conveying barrel cannot generate relative displacement, and the water outlet barrel and the conveying barrel are convenient to re-install.
