A cleaning, drying and disinfecting integrated device comprises a machine body (1) and a conveying belt (2) installed on the machine body (1), wherein an outer housing (7) is arranged on the machine body (1), a material ejecting mechanism (14) is arranged at the position, corresponding to the outer housing (7), of the lower portion of the machine body (1), horizontal air cylinders (11) are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the outer housing (7), of the front side and the rear side of the machine body (1), infrared probes (13) are installed at the positions, corresponding to the outer housing (7), of the inner side of the machine body (1), baffle plates (12) are arranged at the positions, close to the horizontal air cylinders (11), of the front inner side and the rear inner side of the machine body (1), cleaning boxes (3) are placed on the conveying belt (2), sewage discharge holes are formed in a bottom plate of the cleaning boxes (3), a heating device (4) is installed at the rear side of the outer housing (7), and sealing mechanisms (6) are installed at the top ends of the outer housing (7) in an embedded mode, the cleaning device is characterized in that the heating device (4) comprises an air compressor (41), one end of the air compressor (41) is connected with an air inlet pipe (42), a heating box (46) is arranged outside the lower end of the air inlet pipe (42), one side, close to the air inlet pipe (42), of the top end of the heating box (46) is connected with a water inlet pipe (43), an electric heating wire (45) is arranged inside the heating box (46), one side, close to the air compressor (41), of one end of the heating box (46) is provided with a steam outlet pipe (47), a check valve (44) is arranged on the inner side of the water inlet pipe (43), and the top end of the water inlet pipe (43) is connected with an external tap water pipe;
the sealing mechanism (6) comprises a sealing cover (61), vertical air cylinders (62) are arranged at four corners of the top end of the sealing cover (61), two rows of spraying pipes (65) are embedded into the inner side, close to the vertical air cylinders (62), of the top end of the sealing cover (61), the top ends of the spraying pipes (65) are connected with U-shaped branch pipes (64) together, a connecting main pipe (63) is arranged at the top end of the U-shaped branch pipe (64), the top end of the connecting main pipe (63) is communicated with the bottom end of an air outlet pipe (47), two rows of hole grooves are formed in the top end of the sealing cover (61), close to the inner side of the vertical air cylinders (62), the spraying pipes (65) are connected with the sealing cover (61) in a sliding mode through the hole grooves, and the vertical air cylinders (62) penetrate through the top end of the outer housing (7) and are fixedly connected with the sealing cover (61);
the cleaning mechanism (5) comprises a motor (51), a driving shaft (58) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the motor (51), a connecting rod (57) is arranged on the driving shaft (58), a driving gear (52) is further arranged at the lower end of the driving shaft (58), a driven shaft (55) is arranged at one end, far away from the driving shaft (58), of the connecting rod (57), a driven gear (56) is fixedly arranged on the driven shaft (55), and a cleaning brush (53) is installed at the bottom end of the driven shaft (55).

The integrated cleaning, drying and sterilizing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a damping spring (8) is disposed at an end of the inner side of the machine body (1) close to the conveyor belt (2), a support frame (10) is disposed at a side of the machine body (1) close to the damping spring (8), a buffering curtain (9) made of soft material is disposed on the support frame (10), and one end of the buffering curtain (9) is located at the inner side of the machine body (1).

The integrated cleaning, drying and sterilizing device according to claim 1, wherein the front and rear sides of the machine body (1) are provided with square grooves, the baffle (12) is slidably connected with the machine body (1) through the square grooves, the infrared probe (13) is connected with the controller, and a sewage collecting tank is arranged below the machine body (1).

The integrated cleaning, drying and sterilizing device according to claim 1, wherein the material ejecting mechanism (14) comprises a hydraulic cylinder (141), a top plate (142) is arranged at the top end of the hydraulic cylinder (141), and an electromagnetic suction cup (143) is embedded and mounted at the top end of the top plate (142).
5. The integrated cleaning, drying and sterilizing device according to claim 1, wherein a circular hole is formed at the top end of the outer casing (7), and the motor (51) moves up and down inside the outer casing (7) through the circular hole.

The integrated cleaning, drying and sterilizing device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the driving gear (52) is engaged with the driven gear (56), spring buttons (54) are arranged on the front and rear sides of the upper end of the cleaning brush (53), limiting holes are formed in the front and rear sides of the lower end of the driven shaft (55), and the spring buttons (54) are fixedly connected with the driven shaft (55) through the limiting holes.
