Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于摩托车的燃料箱固定组件以及一种具有燃料箱固定组件的摩托车组件。
背景技术
为了在摩托车中固定燃料箱,通常设置有单独的保持器。这些保持器跨接从燃料箱至摩托车框架的间距并且能够实现将燃料箱固定在框架上。
在这里不利的是,由于附加的保持器,在装配时产生高的耗费,以及产生高的制造成本。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是提供一种燃料箱固定组件,所述燃料箱固定组件能够实现将燃料箱简单且成本有利地装配在摩托车、尤其是摩托车框架上。
按照本发明,该任务通过一种用于摩托车的燃料箱固定组件来解决,所述燃料箱固定组件具有燃料箱、固定在所述燃料箱上的保持弓形件和电池支座,其中,保持弓形件被固定在电池支座上。
通过将燃料箱固定在电池支座上,不需要附加的保持器来装配燃料箱。尤其地,可被装配在摩托车框架上的电池支座承担保持器的功能并且跨接从燃料箱至摩托车框架的间距,使得燃料箱经由电池支座被固定在摩托车框架上。
以这样的方式需要较少的构件来装配燃料箱,这对装配花费和制造成本产生有利影响。另外,基于构件数量的减少可以实现较高的公差精度。
按照一种实施方式,所述保持弓形件焊接在燃料箱上。由此能够实现在保持弓形件与燃料箱之间的特别稳定的连接。
在所述电池支座上可以集成地一体成型有保持件,保持弓形件被固定、尤其是用螺纹连接在该保持件上。借助于保持件可以将燃料箱特别简单地固定在电池支座上,并且电池支座以简单的方式满足附加的固定功能,而不需要附加的构件。

为了实现在保持弓形件与电池支座、尤其是电池支座的保持件之间的固定连接,例如在保持弓形件上插有插装螺母,其中,固定构件被拧入到该插装螺母中。也可设想,保持弓形件在一种替代性的实施方式中代替穿插孔而具有螺纹孔,固定构件可以被拧入到该螺纹孔中。进一步替代性地,可以使用传统的螺母来代替插装螺母,以便固定保持弓形件。
所述电池支座优选是塑料构件。在塑料构件的情况下,附加的固定几何结构(例如容纳舌片)可以特别简单地一体地成型。构件成本由此仅受到很小的影响。

燃料箱固定组件10包括燃料箱12和电池支座14。在燃料箱12上固定、尤其是焊接有保持弓形件16。在附图中,为了简单起见仅示出燃料箱12的一部分。
在示出的实施例中,保持弓形件16是金属板弯曲件并且包括U形弯曲的区段17。
固定在燃料箱12上的保持弓形件16借助于固定构件20被固定、尤其是用螺纹连接在电池支座14上。
为了该目的,电池支座14具有保持件18,所述保持件一体地成型在电池支座14上。
