Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided an express delivery method, including the steps of:
s101: and before the courier dispatches the express, sending a notice message of express arrival to a user corresponding to the express.
The express delivery method can be applied to an express cabinet system, and can be used for receiving external express information sent by a third-party logistics system by establishing communication connection with the third-party logistics system (such as a Shunfeng logistics system, a Jingdong logistics system and the like). The external express information includes, but is not limited to, an order number, a user mobile phone number, express arrival time, an address of dispatch, and the like. And after receiving the external information, generating a notification message according to the information such as the mobile phone number of the user, the dispatch address, the express arrival time and the like, and pushing the notification message to the user.
It is understood that the notification message includes, but is not limited to, pushing in the form of app internal notification, short message notification, public number push, or applet notification.
Specifically, before the courier dispatches the express, the server generates a notification message of express arrival according to the received external express information, and pushes the notification message to the corresponding user, so that the user knows that the express has arrived, and selects a required target dispatch mode through the notification message.
S102: and judging whether a dispatch configuration instruction triggered by the user based on the notification message is received.
The notification message is provided with a configuration link, and a user can trigger the configuration link to enable the server to receive the dispatch configuration instruction, respond to the dispatch configuration instruction and display a corresponding configuration interface for the user to configure. The configuration interface includes a plurality of configurable items, including but not limited to dispatch mode and number of dispatchable times. The delivery mode includes, but is not limited to, instant delivery, appointment delivery and express delivery cabinet. The number of dispatchable times indicates the number of times the mode of dispatch set by the user can be reused, including but not limited to single, multiple, and permanent. It is to be understood that, when the user selects the appointment piece, the appointment time may also be selected synchronously, and the appointment time may include a date and a corresponding appointment time period, and the appointment time period may refer to splitting 24 hours a day into a plurality of time periods for the user to select, for example, splitting the day into the morning or the afternoon, or splitting the morning into a plurality of time periods, such as eight o 'clock to nine o' clock into one time period, and nine o 'clock to twelve o' clock into one time period, which may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, after receiving the express arrival message, the user can directly configure the dispatch mode and the reservation time according to the notification message, and does not need to actively contact with the courier to communicate the dispatch time and the dispatch mode, so that the online communication cost between the courier and the user can be saved. After receiving the appointment time configured by the user, the server sends the indication information to the corresponding courier, and information interaction can be realized without online communication between the courier and the user.
S103: and if the dispatch configuration instruction is not received, judging whether an available dispatch mode exists according to the historical dispatch mode of the user.
Specifically, if the current user fails to configure the dispatch mode in time due to other factors, that is, the server fails to receive the dispatch configuration instruction of the user, at this time, it may be determined whether there is an available dispatch mode according to the historical dispatch mode of the user. The available dispatch mode is a dispatch mode in which the available times of the historical dispatch modes set by the user are not 0. The available times are the difference value between the number of times that the express item can be sent and the number of times that the express item has been sent, for example, the historical sending mode set by the user is an express cabinet, the number of times that the express item can be sent is 2 times, and it is proved that the historical sending mode can be repeatedly used twice.
Specifically, at present, when the user does not deal with the express delivery in time, the part of the express delivery is generally handled according to a system default express delivery mode (for example, the express delivery is temporarily not delivered or stored in an express cabinet), but the express delivery cannot be taken out in time, a grid of the express cabinet cannot be effectively utilized, or the express delivery of the courier is excessively accumulated, so that the problem of disordered delivery still exists.
S104: and if so, acquiring the available dispatch modes as target dispatch modes.
S105: and indicating the courier to dispatch according to the target dispatch mode.
Specifically, if an available dispatch mode corresponding to the user exists in the system, the available dispatch mode can be used as a target dispatch mode, and the indication information is sent to the courier according to the target dispatch mode, so that the courier is indicated to dispatch the dispatch according to the target dispatch mode before dispatching the dispatch. Further, if no available dispatch mode exists, the default dispatch mode of the system can be used as the target dispatch mode.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, in step S103, that is, determining whether there is an available dispatch mode according to a historical dispatch mode of a user, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s201: acquiring the number of dispatchable times and the number of dispatched times of a historical dispatch mode set by a user; the dispatchable times are times that the historical dispatch mode can be reused.
S202: and if the number of dispatched times is less than the number of dispatchable times, taking the historical dispatch mode as an available dispatch mode.
The number of dispatchable times includes, but is not limited to, limited (single or multiple) and unlimited (i.e., permanent) times. The number of dispatchable times can be the number of times that the historical dispatch pattern can be reused. The number of dispatched times refers to the number of times the historical dispatch pattern has been multiplexed.
Specifically, the system can count the number of times of dispatchable and the number of times of dispatched in real time corresponding to the historical dispatch mode set by the user, if the number of times of dispatched is smaller than the number of times of dispatchable, the difference between the number of times of dispatchable and the number of times of dispatched at the moment is considered to be larger than 0, namely the number of times of use is not 0, the system can continue to be reused at the moment, namely the historical dispatch mode is taken as the available dispatch mode, the number of times of dispatched is updated at the moment, namely the number of times of dispatching is reduced by 1 on the basis of the current number of times of dispatching. Further, if the number of dispatched times is equal to the number of dispatchable times, i.e., the number of available times is 0, it is determined that there is no available dispatch manner.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in step S105, that is, according to the target dispatch manner, instructing the courier to dispatch the parcel, specifically includes the following steps:
s301: and if the target delivery mode is the reserved delivery, judging whether the reserved delivery time selected by the user is received.
S302: and if the reserved delivery time is received, indicating the courier to deliver the delivery at the reserved delivery time.
The target delivery mode comprises instant delivery, reservation delivery and an express delivery cabinet. Specifically, if the target delivery mode is reserved delivery, whether reserved delivery time selected by the user is received or not is judged, and if the reserved delivery time is received, namely the reserved time of delivery selected by the user, the courier is instructed to deliver within the reserved time.
Furthermore, when the user selects the delivery mode as the appointed delivery mode, the selected appointed time is not reached, and the courier arrives near the express delivery cabinet, at the moment, the courier can also temporarily store the courier which is not reached in the appointed time into the express delivery cabinet, the courier which corresponds to the appointed time is delivered firstly, and the courier is taken out when the appointed delivery time of the user arrives for delivery, so that the problems that the couriers are stacked too much to cause disorder and are taken by mistake or taken by malice during delivery are avoided.
In an embodiment, after step S301, the method further includes: and if the appointed delivery time is not received, indicating the courier to temporarily stop delivering the express or temporarily storing the express into the express cabinet.
Specifically, if the appointed delivery time is not received and the express reaches the express cabinet, in order to avoid the problem that the express is repeatedly delivered or the express accumulation amount of an express distribution delivery point is too much to cause confusion, the courier can temporarily store the package in the express cabinet and wait for next delivery or transfer the express to a colleague in the area next.
Furthermore, if the time node reserved by the reservation user does not arrive and the courier arrives near the express cabinet, the courier can temporarily store the courier with the missed reservation time in the express cabinet, deliver the courier with the arrived corresponding reservation time first, and take the courier out after the user reserves the delivery time, so that disorder and difficulty in finding the courier or wrong or malicious taking of the courier in delivery caused by too many couriers are avoided.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in step S105, that is, according to the target dispatch manner, instructing the courier to dispatch the parcel, specifically includes the following steps:
s401: and if the target delivery mode is instant delivery, indicating the courier to deliver according to the user address corresponding to the user express.
The instant delivery refers to that for a user setting a delivery mode as instant delivery, after the express reaches an express delivery station, the courier directly delivers the express to a delivery address corresponding to the express. Specifically, if the target delivery mode is instant delivery, the courier is instructed to deliver the target delivery mode according to the delivery address corresponding to the user express.
S402: and if the target delivery mode is an express cabinet, indicating the courier to store the user express in the express cabinet near the user address, and sending the pickup information to the user after the delivery is finished.
Specifically, if the target delivery mode is an express cabinet, the courier is instructed to store the user express in the express cabinet near the user address, and after delivery is completed, delivery information is sent to the user.
Further, for the express delivery mode of the express cabinet selected by the user, the server can directly and automatically reserve the express cabinet lattice near the address corresponding to the express of the user in priority, and send a reserved delivery certificate to the courier without the need of the courier to perform reserved delivery operation. After the express cabinet lattice is successfully reserved, the express cabinet lattice which is successfully reserved can be bound with the order number corresponding to the express of the user, when a courier operates the corresponding express cabinet system, the express can be directly delivered to the reserved express cabinet lattice, and after delivery is completed, pickup information can be automatically sent to the user number bound with the order number.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after the dispatch is completed, the method further includes the following steps:
s501: and acquiring a target delivery mode of the user express stored in the express cabinet and corresponding maximum express taking time.
If the maximum pickup time is over ten hours and the user express is not taken out, the user express is taken as an overdue express, so that the express is prompted to process the overdue express when the express operates the express cabinet system.
It is understood that the user express items stored in the express cabinet may include temporary or non-temporary items, which is not limited herein.
S502: and monitoring whether the express mail of the user is taken out or not according to the maximum express mail taking time.
S503: and if the user express is not taken out when the current time of the system is the maximum express taking time, marking the user express as an overdue express, and prompting the courier to process the overdue express.
Specifically, different target delivery modes correspond to different maximum delivery times, after delivery of the express is completed, the server monitors the express stored in the express cabinet according to the maximum delivery time, if the current time of the system is the maximum delivery time, the express of the user is not taken out, the express of the user is marked as an overdue express, and when the express operates the express cabinet terminal, the express is prompted to process the overdue express.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after the dispatch is completed, the method further includes the following steps:
s601: acquiring historical order information of a plurality of users in the same target delivery mode; the historical order information comprises express delivery arrival time and user delivery taking time.
S602: according to the express delivery arrival time and the user delivery time, historical order information of a plurality of users is counted, and the average delivery time is obtained and used as the maximum delivery time corresponding to the target delivery mode.
Specifically, the system for calculating the average pickup time of the orders counts the average pickup time according to an express delivery mode set by a user, if the express delivery mode of the user is an express cabinet, the system screens the express cabinet, acquires historical order information of the express orders stored in the system, the express orders are finished by the user, the historical order information is stored in the express cabinet, the difference value between express arrival time corresponding to the historical order information and the pickup time information of the user is calculated to be taken as pickup time of the express of the user, pickup time corresponding to a plurality of users is accumulated, the ratio of the number of the users corresponding to the express cabinet delivery mode, namely the average pickup time is taken as the maximum pickup time, the maximum pickup time is dynamically determined, and authenticity and accuracy of the maximum pickup time are guaranteed.
Furthermore, a certain time can be set to be increased or decreased on the average pickup time dynamically generated by the system, for example, the generated average pickup time is ten hours, and if the average pickup time is increased by two hours in the background of the server, the actual maximum pickup time is twelve hours; for another example, the generated average pickup time is ten hours, if the setting in the server background is reduced by two hours, the actual maximum pickup time is eight hours, the maximum pickup time can be temporarily adjusted through the setting, when the historical order information amount is less, the average pickup time is not accurate enough, and the correction can be performed through the compensation mode, so that the fault tolerance is improved.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
