At least one piece of default pickup reminding time is set, if pickup reminding information is sent to a target pickup person and an intermediate pickup person within the default pickup reminding time of a preset number, and the target pickup person and/or the intermediate pickup person still do not perform pickup operation, the article to be picked needs to be picked out, new delivery point time is rearranged or the article is returned to an express delivery transfer station, so that the storage balance of the express delivery cabinet is ensured; for example, the item to be taken has not been removed from the courier cabinet for more than 72 hours.

Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention provides a pick-up reminding device 100, and the pick-up reminding device 100 implements pick-up reminding operation for a pick-up person based on the pick-up reminding method described in any one of the above embodiments.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the pickup reminding device includes: the data acquisition module 110 is used for acquiring historical pickup behavior data corresponding to the target pickup person; the time calculation module 120 is configured to determine a corresponding pre-reminding pickup time based on the historical pickup behavior data; and the information sending module 130 is configured to send pickup reminding information to the target pickup person according to the pre-reminding pickup time. It should be noted that the implementation of the pickup reminding device 100 is consistent with the implementation concept of the pickup reminding method in each embodiment, and the principle of the pickup reminding operation is not described herein again, and specific reference may be made to the corresponding content in the pickup reminding method.
After the pickup reminding method and the pickup reminding device are adopted, the pickup reminding time is determined based on the historical pickup behavior data of the target pickup person, the pickup reminding time is determined based on the historical pickup behavior data, the general time range of pickup can be obtained based on the historical pickup behavior, and therefore the pickup reminding operation can be performed according to the generated pickup reminding time. FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may specifically be a server or a terminal. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 9 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with the present application and does not constitute a limitation on the computing device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown in fig. 9, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, the method for reminding pickup provided by the present application can be implemented in the form of a computer program, and the computer program can be run on a computer device as shown in fig. 9. The memory of the computer equipment can store various program modules which form the pick-up reminding device. Such as the data acquisition module 110, etc.
In one embodiment, a computer device is proposed, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring historical pickup behavior data corresponding to a target pickup person, and determining corresponding pre-reminding pickup time based on the historical pickup behavior data; and sending pickup reminding information to the target pickup person according to the pre-reminding pickup time.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).

Claims (10)

1. A pickup reminding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring historical pickup behavior data corresponding to a target pickup person, and determining corresponding pre-reminding pickup time based on the historical pickup behavior data;
and sending pickup reminding information to the target pickup person according to the pre-reminding pickup time.
2. The pickup reminding method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pickup reminding method further comprises:
setting an intermediate pickup person associated with the target pickup person;
acquiring the state of an article to be picked corresponding to the target pickup person, wherein the state comprises a pickup state and a non-pickup state;
after the pickup reminding information is sent to the target pickup person, if the state of the article to be picked is the non-pickup state, the pickup reminding information is sent to the intermediate pickup person and the target pickup person;
and when the state of the article to be taken is the taken state, sending corresponding taken information to the target pickup person and the intermediate pickup person.
3. The pickup reminding method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pickup reminding method further comprises:
generating corresponding delivery time based on the pre-reminding pickup time;
and delivering the article to be taken to a preset delivery site according to the delivery time, wherein the delivery site refers to an express cabinet which is closest to the target pickup person and the middle pickup person.
4. The pickup reminding method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the delivering the article to be picked to a preset delivery site according to the delivery time comprises:
judging whether the articles to be taken exceed the storage capacity of the express cabinet or not;
and when the articles to be taken exceed the storage capacity of the express cabinet, the articles to be taken are delivered to the express cabinet in batches uniformly based on the delivery time.
5. The pickup reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of historical pickup behavior data corresponding to a target pickup person and the determining of a corresponding pre-reminding pickup time based on the historical pickup behavior data comprises:
setting a plurality of time intervals, and recording the pickup times of the target pickup person in each time interval;
and determining the pre-reminding pickup time based on the pickup times in each time interval.
6. The pickup reminding method according to claim 5, wherein said setting a plurality of time intervals and recording the pickup times of said target pickup in each of said time intervals comprises:
determining temporal properties corresponding to a plurality of the time intervals, the temporal properties including weekdays and non-weekdays;
recording a first quantity corresponding to the target pickup person for picking up the pickup in each time interval within the working day period, and taking the first quantity as the pickup times;
determining a first time period based on the first number, wherein the first time period is used as the pre-reminding pickup time; and
recording a second quantity corresponding to the target pickup person for picking up the pickup in each time interval in the non-working day period, and taking the second quantity as the pickup times;
and determining a second time period based on the second quantity, wherein the second time period is used as the pre-reminding pickup time.
7. The pickup reminding method according to claim 1, wherein after sending pickup reminding information to the target pickup person according to the pre-reminding pickup time, the method further comprises:
judging the state of the article to be taken in a first preset time period after the article to be taken reminding time is sent;
and if the state is the non-pickup state, sending the pickup reminding information to the target pickup person and the intermediate pickup person based on preset default pickup reminding time.
8. A pickup reminding device, which is applied to the realization of the pickup reminding method of any one of claims 1 to 7, the pickup reminding device comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring historical pickup behavior data corresponding to the target pickup person;
the time calculation module is used for determining corresponding pre-reminding pickup time based on the historical pickup behavior data;
and the information sending module is used for sending pickup reminding information to the target pickup person according to the pre-reminding pickup time.
9. A terminal comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the pick-up reminding method of any of claims 1-7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer readable storage medium comprising computer instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the pickup alert method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
