Description

Express delivery method and express cabinet system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of logistics, in particular to a express delivery method and an express cabinet system.
Background
Along with the rapid development of electronic commerce, the express industry also rapidly develops. Generally, express delivery personnel deliver the express to the express cabinet through delivering the express to inform the user to get the express, and after receiving the express taking notice, the user takes out the package in the express cabinet, so that the delivery personnel do not need to wait for the user to get the express, the delivery efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the communication cost between the user and the express delivery personnel is reduced.
However, the inventor realizes that when special situations that the user cannot take the piece in time occur, such as a business trip, if the courier still delivers the user piece into the courier cabinet, the courier cabinet can occupy the mouth of the courier cabinet for a long time, and the courier cabinet system repeatedly issues notification messages for urging the user to take the piece, so that the system performance cost is high and the mouth of the courier cabinet cannot be effectively utilized.
At present, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the prior art, a mode of selecting a reserved dispatch by a user may be implemented, so that a dispatch personnel dispatches at a reserved time of a removable dispatch, but for a dispatch that the user cannot select a dispatch mode in time this time, a dispatch mode (for example, a delivery cabinet) default by a system is directly selected for dispatch, and no alternative scheme is set, so that flexibility of the dispatch scheme is not high.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method for sending a express mail is provided, which includes the following steps:
s101: before the courier dispatches the express, a notification message of the arrival of the express is sent to a user corresponding to the express.
The express delivery method can be applied to an express cabinet system, and external express information sent by a third party logistics system (such as a Shunfeng logistics system, a Jingdong logistics system and the like) is received by establishing communication connection with the third party logistics system. The external express information includes, but is not limited to, order number, user mobile phone number, express arrival time, delivery address, etc. After receiving the external information, generating a notification message according to the information such as the mobile phone number, the delivery address, the arrival time of the express mail and the like of the user, and pushing the notification message to the user.
It will be appreciated that the notification message includes, but is not limited to, pushing in the form of an app internal notification, a short message notification, a public number push, or an applet notification, etc.
Specifically, before the delivery of the courier, the server generates a notification message of the arrival of the courier according to the received external courier information, and pushes the notification message to the corresponding user, so that the user knows that the courier has arrived, and selects a required target delivery mode through the notification message.
S102: and judging whether a dispatch configuration instruction triggered by the user based on the notification message is received or not.
The notification message is provided with a configuration link, and a user can trigger the configuration link to enable the server to receive the dispatch configuration instruction and respond to the dispatch configuration instruction to display a corresponding configuration interface for configuration of the user. The configuration interface includes a plurality of configurable items, including but not limited to dispatch mode, number of dispatchable pieces, etc. The dispatch mode includes, but is not limited to, instant dispatch, appointment dispatch and express cabinet. The number of dispatchable pieces indicates the number of times that the user set dispatch mode can be reused, including but not limited to single, multiple, and permanent. It will be appreciated that when the user selects the appointment delivery, the appointment time may be synchronously selected, where the appointment time may include a date and a corresponding appointment time period, where the appointment time period may refer to splitting 24 hours of a day into a plurality of time periods for the user to select, for example, splitting a day into the morning or afternoon, or splitting the morning into a plurality of time periods, such as eight to nine to twelve to one time period, and the nine to twelve to one time period may be specifically set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, since the user can configure the delivery mode and the reservation time directly according to the notification message after receiving the express arrival message, the user does not need to actively contact with the courier to communicate the delivery time and the delivery mode, and the online communication cost between the courier and the user can be saved. After receiving the reserved time configured by the user, the server sends the indication information to the corresponding courier, and the information interaction can be realized without online communication between the courier and the user.
S103: if the dispatch configuration instruction is not received, judging whether available dispatch modes exist according to the historical dispatch modes of the user.
Specifically, if the current user fails to configure the dispatch mode in time due to other factors, that is, the server fails to receive the dispatch configuration instruction of the user, at this time, whether an available dispatch mode exists can be determined according to the historical dispatch mode of the user. The available dispatch mode refers to a dispatch mode with the available times of the historical dispatch mode set by the user not being 0. The available times are differences between the number of dispatchable pieces and the number of dispatched pieces, for example, a historical dispatch mode set by a user is an express cabinet, the number of dispatchable pieces is 2, and the historical dispatch mode is proved to be reusable twice, namely, when the next dispatch is performed, if the user does not trigger the dispatch configuration instruction to modify configuration through a notification message, the historical dispatch mode can be directly used as a target dispatch mode, the user does not need to repeatedly configure the dispatch mode when each express arrives, and user experience is improved.
Specifically, when the user does not process the express mail in time at present, the part of the express mail is generally processed according to a default delivery mode (such as temporary delivery or storage of the express mail in a delivery cabinet) of the system, but the problem that the express mail cannot be taken out in time, the effective utilization of the express cabinet ports is not achieved, or the express mail of the express delivery personnel is accumulated too much, and the delivery is disordered still exists.
S104: if so, the available dispatch mode is obtained as the target dispatch mode.
S105: and indicating the courier to dispatch the mail according to the target dispatch mode.
Specifically, if an available dispatch mode corresponding to the user exists in the system, the available dispatch mode can be used as a target dispatch mode, and indication information is sent to the courier according to the target dispatch mode, so that the courier is instructed to dispatch according to the target dispatch mode before the courier dispatches. Further, if there is no available dispatch mode, the default dispatch mode of the system can be used as the target dispatch mode.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, in step S103, whether there is an available dispatch mode is determined according to the historical dispatch mode of the user, which specifically includes the following steps:
s201: acquiring the number of dispatchable times of a historical dispatch mode set by a user and the number of dispatched times; the number of times that the dispatch can be dispatched is the number of times that the history dispatch mode can be reused.
S202: if the number of dispatched parts is smaller than the number of dispatchable parts, the historical dispatching mode is used as the available dispatching mode.
Where the number of dispatchable pieces includes, but is not limited to, a limited number of times (single or multiple) and an unlimited number of times (i.e., permanent). The number of dispatchable times is the number of times that the historical dispatch mode can be reused. The number of dispatched times refers to the number of times that the history dispatch mode has been multiplexed.
Specifically, the system counts the number of dispatchable pieces and the number of dispatched pieces corresponding to the historical dispatch mode set by the user in real time, if the number of dispatched pieces is smaller than the number of dispatchable pieces, the difference between the number of dispatchable pieces and the number of dispatched pieces is considered to be greater than 0 at this time, namely the number of usable pieces is not 0, the system can continue multiplexing this time, namely the historical dispatch mode is used as the available dispatch mode, and the number of dispatched pieces is updated at this time, namely 1 is subtracted on the basis of the current number of dispatched pieces. Further, if the number of dispatched parts is equal to the number of dispatchable parts, i.e., the available number of times is 0, it is determined that there is no available dispatching method.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in step S105, the courier is instructed to dispatch according to the target dispatch mode, which specifically includes the following steps:
s301: if the target dispatch mode is the reserved dispatch mode, judging whether the reserved dispatch time selected by the user is received.
S302: and if the scheduled dispatch time is received, indicating the courier to dispatch at the scheduled dispatch time.
The target dispatch mode comprises instant dispatch, reservation dispatch and express cabinet. Specifically, if the target dispatch mode is the reserved dispatch mode, judging whether the reserved dispatch time selected by the user is received, and if the reserved dispatch time is received, namely the reserved dispatch time selected by the user, indicating the courier to dispatch the dispatch in the reserved time.
Further, when the user selects the dispatch mode as the user of the reserved dispatch, the selected reserved time is not reached, and the courier reaches the vicinity of the express cabinet, at the moment, the courier can temporarily store the express with the not-reached reserved time into the express cabinet, dispatch the express with the corresponding reserved time first, take out the dispatched express when the reserved dispatch time of the user arrives, and avoid the problems that the express is messy to find and is taken by mistake or maliciously taken when the dispatch is carried out due to excessive accumulation of the express.
In an embodiment, after step S301, the method further includes: if the reserved dispatch time is not received, the courier is instructed to dispatch the express mail temporarily or temporarily store the express mail in the express cabinet.
Specifically, if the scheduled delivery time is not received and the express arrives at the express cabinet at this time, in order to avoid the problem of confusion caused by repeated delivery of the express back and forth or excessive express accumulation at the delivery point of the express delivery, the express delivery person can temporarily store the package in the express cabinet to wait for the next delivery or transfer the express to the colleague in the next delivery area.
Further, if the time node reserved by the reservation user is not reached and the courier reaches the vicinity of the courier cabinet, the courier can temporarily store the express with the not-reserved time in the express cabinet, and dispatch the express with the reserved time first, and take the express out of the delivery after the user reserves the delivery time, so that the situation that the express is confused and difficult to find or the express is taken by mistake or maliciously taken when the delivery is too much is avoided.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in step S105, the courier is instructed to dispatch according to the target dispatch mode, which specifically includes the following steps:
s401: and if the target dispatch mode is the instant dispatch mode, indicating the courier to dispatch the dispatch according to the user address corresponding to the user express.
The instant dispatch refers to that for a user setting a dispatch mode as an instant dispatch, after the express arrives at an express delivery and distribution station, an express delivery person directly dispatches the express to a dispatch address corresponding to the express. Specifically, if the target dispatch mode is instant dispatch, the courier is instructed to dispatch according to the dispatch address corresponding to the user express.
S402: if the target delivery mode is the express cabinet, the express personnel is instructed to store the user express into the express cabinet near the user address, and after the delivery is completed, the delivery information is sent to the user.
Specifically, if the target delivery mode is the express delivery cabinet, the courier is instructed to store the user express into the express delivery cabinet near the user address, and after delivery is completed, the delivery information is sent to the user.
Further, for the delivery mode of selecting the express cabinet by the user, the server can directly and automatically reserve the express cabinet lattice near the address corresponding to the express of the user in a preferential mode, and sends the reserved delivery certificate to the express personnel without the reserved delivery operation of the express personnel. After the reservation of the express cabinet lattice opening is successful, the express cabinet lattice opening which is successfully reserved and the order number corresponding to the user express can be bound, when the express operator operates the corresponding express cabinet system, the express can be directly delivered to the reserved express cabinet lattice opening, and after the delivery is completed, the express information can be automatically sent to the user number which is bound with the order number.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after the dispatch is completed, the method further includes the following steps:
s501: and acquiring a target delivery mode and corresponding maximum delivery time of the user express stored in the express cabinet.
The maximum picking time is the latest picking time of the user set by the system, for example, ten hours, if the maximum picking time is exceeded, the user express is taken as an out-of-date express, so that the express is prompted to process the out-of-date express when the express is operated by the express delivery cabinet system.
It should be understood that the user express items stored in the express cabinet may include temporary storage items or non-temporary storage items, which are not limited in this regard.
S502: and monitoring whether the user express is taken out according to the maximum express taking time.
S503: if the current time of the system is the maximum picking time, the user express is not picked up, the user express is marked as an out-of-date express, and the courier is prompted to process the out-of-date express.
Specifically, different target delivery modes correspond to different maximum delivery time, after delivery of the express delivery person is completed, the server monitors the express items stored in the express delivery cabinet according to the maximum delivery time, if the user express items are not taken out when the current time of the system is the maximum delivery time, the user express items are marked as out-of-date express items, and when the express delivery person operates the express delivery cabinet terminal, the express delivery person is prompted to process the out-of-date express items.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after the dispatch is completed, the method further includes the following steps:
s601: acquiring historical order information of a plurality of users in the same target dispatch mode; wherein the historical order information includes the arrival time of the express mail and the time of the user's pick-up.
S602: and counting historical order information of a plurality of users according to the express arrival time and the user express time, and obtaining the average express time as the maximum express time corresponding to the target express way.
Specifically, the average order taking time calculating system calculates average taking time according to an express delivery mode set by a user, if the express delivery mode of the user is an express delivery cabinet, the system screens the express delivery mode to be the express delivery cabinet, obtains historical order information which is an express order stored in the system and is finished by the user, the difference value of the express arrival time corresponding to the historical order information and the express taking time information is used as the express taking time of the user, and then adds up the express taking time corresponding to a plurality of users, and the ratio of the number of users corresponding to the express delivery mode, namely the average express taking time, is used as the maximum express taking time, so that the maximum express taking time is dynamically determined, and the authenticity and the accuracy of the maximum express taking time are ensured.
Further, a certain time for increasing or decreasing can be set on the average piece-taking time dynamically generated by the system, for example, the generated average piece-taking time is ten hours, and if the average piece-taking time is increased by two hours in the background of the server, the actual maximum piece-taking time is twelve hours; for example, if the average time for taking a part is ten hours, and the actual maximum time for taking a part is eight hours if the setting is reduced by two hours in the background of the server, the maximum time for taking a part can be temporarily adjusted by the setting, and when the information amount of the historical order is small, the average time for taking a part is not accurate enough, and the fault tolerance can be improved by correcting the average time for taking a part by the compensation method.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention.
For specific limitations of the express cabinet system, reference may be made to the above limitation of the express delivery method, and no further description is given here.
