本发明公开了一种新型关节轴承,包括一个有凹弧面的外圈和一个有凸弧面的内圈,所述外圈的凹弧面上设有对称的凹槽,所述凹槽的宽度与内圈的厚度相同,所述凹槽沿外圈的端面向内延伸,所述凹槽的长度与内圈的高度相同。本发明稳定可靠,产品结构简单,应用广泛,成本低廉,易于实施,有效解决了关节轴承类产品装配困难、装配质量不高的技术问题,结构简单,安装便捷,生产效率高,安装适应性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于关节轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种新型关节轴承。
背景技术
关节轴承主要是由一个外球面的内圈和一个内球面的外圈组合而成特殊结构的滑动轴承,滑动接触表面为球面,主要适用于摆动运动,倾斜运动和低速旋转运动。由于关节轴承的特点,所以关节轴承的承受负荷十分的大,它不仅要承受径向负荷和轴向负荷,它还要承受联合负荷。关节轴承广泛应用于工程液压油缸看,锻压机床,工程机械,自动化设备,汽车减震器,水利机械等行业。随着我国航空事业的快速发展,对航空发动机性能提出了越来越高的要求。采用滑动关节轴承的产品需求越来越多,对产品质量要求也越来越高。关节轴承内圈和外圈的装配需要将内圈外球面装配于外圈内球面中,内球面与外球面通过滑动接触而转动。这种产品原材料多数为不锈钢和高温合金类金属制品。前期在装配时通常采用将外圈延径向方向在外圈横向中心位置切割分成对称两半,将内圈装配于两半外圆之内,再将两半外圈面对固接在一起。这种装配方法在安装拆卸过程中,由于外圈被完全切割成单独的两块,容易在安装和拆卸中脱落,且装配后固结在一起也比较困难。也有通过将内圈用液氮冷却的方法通过热胀冷缩的原理将内圈装入外圈中。这种加工方法由于金属材料本身的特性,液氮冷却加工条件较苛刻,加工过程较为困难,零件装配难实现。传统工艺方法装配难度大,加工成本高,安装适应性差。为此,设计了一种关节轴承相同球面大小的装配结构。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种新型关节轴承。
一种新型关节轴承,包括一个有凹弧面的外圈和一个有凸弧面的内圈,所述外圈的凹弧面上设有对称的凹槽,所述凹槽的宽度与内圈的厚度相同,所述凹槽沿外圈的端面向内延伸,所述凹槽的长度与内圈的高度相同。
为便于装配,所述凹槽的高度为外圈高度的1/3到2/3。
进一步的,所述凹槽的高度为外圈高度的一半。
所述关节轴承的加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)热处理:将棒料产品进行固熔、时效处理,使其硬度达到设定值;
(2)车削:利用车床车削内圈的外球面和外圈的内球面;
(3)磨削:用平面磨床磨削内圈和外圈的平面,使其达到设定高度;
(4)铣削:在铣床上铣削外圈内球面上的凹槽;
(5)车倒角:车各面倒角;
(6)装配:将内圈宽与外圈凹槽的长相匹配,然后将内圈推入凹槽底部,直至推不动,旋转内圈滑入外圈内,即可实现关节轴承的装配。
本发明新型关节轴承,与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:1.本发明稳定可靠,产品结构简单,应用广泛,成本低廉,易于实施;2.本发明有效解决了关节轴承类产品装配困难、装配质量不高的技术问题,结构简单,安装便捷,生产效率高,安装适应性好。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1、2所示,一种新型关节轴承,包括一个有凹弧面的外圈1和一个有凸弧面的内圈2,所述外圈1的凹弧面上设有对称的凹槽3,所述凹槽3的宽度L与内圈的厚度l相同,所述凹槽3沿外圈的端面向内延伸,所述凹槽3的长度H与内圈的高度h相同,所示外圈1与内圈2高度相同。
为便于装配,所述凹槽3的高度为外圈1高度的1/3到2/3。
进一步的,所述凹槽3的高度为外圈1高度的一半。
所述关节轴承的加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(7)热处理:将棒料产品进行固熔、时效处理,使其硬度达到设定值;
(8)车削:利用车床车削内圈2的外球面和外圈1的内球面;
(9)磨削:用平面磨床磨削内圈2和外圈1的平面,使其达到设定高度;
(10)铣削:在铣床上铣削外圈1内球面上的凹槽;
(11)车倒角:车各面倒角;
(12)装配:将内圈2宽与外圈1凹槽3的长相匹配,然后将内圈2推入凹槽3底部,直至推不动,旋转内圈2滑入外圈1内,即可实现关节轴承的装配。
本发明稳定可靠,产品结构简单,应用广泛,成本低廉,易于实施,有效解决了关节轴承类产品装配困难、装配质量不高的技术问题,结构简单,安装便捷,生产效率高,安装适应性好。

1.一种新型关节轴承,其特征在于:包括一个有凹弧面的外圈和一个有凸弧面的内圈,所述外圈的凹弧面上设有对称的凹槽,所述凹槽的宽度与内圈的厚度相同,所述凹槽沿外圈的端面向内延伸,所述凹槽的长度与内圈的高度相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型关节轴承,其特征在于:所述凹槽的高度为外圈高度的1/3到2/3。
3.如权利要求2所述的新型关节轴承,其特征在于:所述凹槽的高度为外圈高度的一半。
