技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索及其制备方法,主要用于斜拉桥的斜拉索、悬索桥的吊索及系杆拱桥的吊索,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
桥梁缆索(包括斜拉桥用斜拉索、悬索桥及系杆拱桥用吊索)是斜拉桥、悬索桥和系杆拱桥的核心组成部分,负责承受桥梁结构自重和桥上动载,一般需要有30年以上的使用寿命。随着我国桥梁的发展,桥梁结构遭遇火灾情况的次数也日益增多,钢丝缆索遇到火灾后索股外面PE护套会发生燃烧分解,索股内部钢丝在高温下,其力学性能也会下降,对桥梁的安全结构造成影响,故开发阻燃防火钢丝缆索很有必要。
目前在桥梁缆索领域,钢丝缆索的外层为PE护套,除此之外并没有其它阻燃防火措施,在特殊要求环境会在钢丝缆索表面包裹一些阻燃防火材料或者在PE护套表面粉刷一层不少于1cm的水泥砂浆用于阻燃防火,但这些措施会增大索体直径,给钢丝缆索的盘卷带来困难,同时会改变索体表面原有的空气动力学特性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索及其制备方法,在不改变原来索体外表面空气动力学特性的情况下,使缆索具有阻燃防火特性,在突发火灾中避免钢丝缆索的燃烧,并且索体可以持续持载,避免火灾带来的风险,保障应用安全。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索,包括索股,所述索股两端分别设有连接筒,所述连接筒外侧分别设有锚具,所述索股端部分别穿设对应侧的连接筒且锚固于锚具内,所述索股上缠设定型带,所述索股上套设通长的护套,靠近对应侧的所述锚具的护套端部外表面分别设有阻燃防火涂料层,所述阻燃防火涂料层外表面设有面漆层。
所述索股包括多根钢丝,多根所述钢丝按正六边形排布。
所述护套为双层PE护套:外层PE护套和内层PE护套,所述外层PE护套套于内层PE护套上。
所述双层PE护套外表面通长设置螺旋线或高尔夫球坑中任一一种,以满足抗风雨振构造需要。
任一所述阻燃防火涂料层起始端与对应侧的锚具之间的间距为9~12m。
所述面漆层为氟碳涂料制成件。
所述定型带为高强聚酯纤维带。
一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索的制备方法,所述制备方法如下:
步骤一:将多根钢丝按正六边形排布扭绞组成索股;
步骤二:索股上缠包高强聚酯纤维带定型;
步骤三:在定型后的索股外热挤双层PE护套;如有抗风雨振构造需要,在双层PE护套外表面设置螺旋线或高尔夫球坑;
步骤四:将索股两端的双层PE护套剥除,露出多根钢丝的端部,多根钢丝的两端分别穿过连接筒后在锚具中成锥形散开,并用锚具内的分丝板定位每根钢丝,再向锚具及连接筒中灌注锚固填料;
步骤五:待锚固填料件固化后,在靠近应用于桥面梁端对应侧锚具的双层PE护套外表面刷阻燃防火涂料层;
步骤六:待防火涂料层干透后再刷面漆层,形成阻燃防火型钢丝缆索。
所述步骤五中阻燃防火涂料层的厚度为0.5~1.5mm;所述步骤六中的面漆层的厚度为0.05~0.10mm。
所述阻燃防火涂料层由基料丙烯酸乳液、膨胀催化剂聚磷酸铵、碳化剂季戊四醇、膨胀发泡剂三聚氰胺与氯化石蜡、颜料钛白粉、成膜助剂醇酯-12组成,且个组分的质量比为30:20:15:20:10:5。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索及其制备方法,在索体上的双层PE护套外表面刷一层阻燃防火涂料层,当发生火灾温度超过200℃时,阻燃防火涂料层发生膨胀并形成均匀而致密蜂窝状碳化层,保护双层PE护套不发生燃烧,使得缆索具有阻燃防火特性,并且双层PE护套内部钢丝的温度为200℃±5℃,阻燃防火涂料层的持续防护时间可超过2小时,为灭火救援争取宝贵时间。研究表明钢丝在经历最高温度低于250℃时,其力学性能不会发生太大变化。本申请不仅可以确保在发生火灾时,钢丝缆索仍然可以持续持载,避免了发生断索等灾难性事故;而且制作简单,且未改变索体外观,进而不影响索体PE护套表面的空气动力学特性。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1、2所示,本实施例中的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索,包括索股1,索股1两端分别穿设连接筒5,且连接筒5外侧分别设有锚具4,索股1两端分别设于对应侧的连接筒5和锚具4内,且连接筒5和锚具4内分别设有锚固填料3,将索股1两端分别锚固于两锚具4内。索股1包括多根钢丝11,多根钢丝11按正六边形排布,缠包高强聚酯纤维带10,对多根钢丝11进行定型,高强聚酯纤维带10上设有双层PE护套,双层PE护套包括内层PE护套9,内层PE护套9上套设外层PE护套8。对应用于桥面梁端对应侧的锚具4的10m长度范围内的双层PE护套外表面刷有阻燃防火涂料层7,即阻燃防火涂料层起始端与对应侧的锚具之间的间距为10m,阻燃防火涂料层7外表面分别刷有面漆层6。
如有抗风雨振构造需要,在双层PE护套外表面通长设置螺旋线或高尔夫球坑中任一一种,以满足抗风雨振构造需要。
阻燃防火涂料层7是一种具有受热当温度超过200℃时即发泡膨胀形成均匀而致密蜂窝状碳化层的防火涂料,由基料丙烯酸乳液、膨胀催化剂聚磷酸铵、碳化剂季戊四醇、膨胀发泡剂三聚氰胺与氯化石蜡、颜料钛白粉、成膜助剂醇酯-12组成,各组分质量比为30:20:15:20:10:5,具体配比可根据实际效果进行调整。阻燃防火涂料层7的厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm,发泡温度为200℃±5℃,由膨胀催化剂聚磷酸铵决定。
面漆层6为氟碳涂料,用于提高阻燃防火涂料层7的耐候性,厚度为0.05mm-0.10mm。
一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索的制备方法,首先将多根钢丝11按正六边形排布扭绞组成索股1,多根钢丝11缠包高强聚酯纤维带10定型,在定型后的索股外热挤双层PE护套,如有抗风雨振构造需要,在双层PE护套外表面设置螺旋线或高尔夫球坑;然后将索股1两端的双层PE护套剥除,露出多根钢丝11的端部,在索股两端配置锚具4及连接筒5,多根钢丝11裸露的两端分别穿过连接筒5后在锚具4中成锥形散开,并用锚具4内的分丝板2定位每根钢丝11,再向锚具4及连接筒5中灌注锚固填料3;待两端锚固填料3固化后,在靠近今后应用于桥面梁端锚具10米长度范围内的PE护套外表面刷一层厚度为1.0mm的阻燃防火涂料层,等防火涂料层干后再刷厚度为0.05mm的面漆层,进而形成阻燃防火型钢丝缆索。
在索体上的双层PE护套两端外表面刷一层阻燃防火涂料层,当发生火灾温度超过200℃时,阻燃防火涂料层发生膨胀并形成均匀而致密蜂窝状碳化层,保护双层PE护套不发生燃烧,使得缆索具有阻燃防火特性,并且双层PE护套内部钢丝的温度为200℃±5℃,阻燃防火涂料层的持续防护时间可超过2小时,为灭火救援争取宝贵时间。研究表明钢丝在经历最高温度低于250℃时,其力学性能不会发生太大变化。本申请不仅可以确保在发生火灾时,钢丝缆索仍然可以持续持载,避免了发生断索等灾难性事故;而且制作简单,且未改变索体外观,进而不影响索体表面的空气动力学特性。
除上述实施例外,本发明还包括有其他实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效替换方式形成的技术方案,均应落入本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索,包括索股,所述索股两端分别设有连接筒,所述连接筒外侧分别设有锚具,所述索股端部分别穿设对应侧的连接筒且锚固于所述锚具内,其特征在于:所述索股上缠设定型带,所述索股上套设通长的护套,靠近应用于桥面梁端对应侧的所述锚具的护套端部外表面分别设有阻燃防火涂料层,所述阻燃防火涂料层外表面设有面漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索,其特征在于:所述索股包括多根钢丝,多根所述钢丝按正六边形排布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索,其特征在于:所述护套为双层PE护套:外层PE护套和内层PE护套,所述外层PE护套套于内层PE护套上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索,其特征在于:所述双层PE护套外表面通长设置螺旋线或高尔夫球坑中任一一种,以满足抗风雨振构造需要。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索,其特征在于:任一所述阻燃防火涂料层起始端与对应侧的锚具之间的间距为9~12m。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索,其特征在于:所述面漆层为氟碳涂料制成件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索,其特征在于:所述定型带为高强聚酯纤维带。
8.基于权利要求1-7中任一所述的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法如下:
步骤一:将多根钢丝按正六边形排布扭绞组成索股;
步骤二:索股上缠包高强聚酯纤维带定型;
步骤三:在定型后的索股外热挤双层PE护套;如有抗风雨振构造需要,在双层PE护套外表面设置螺旋线或高尔夫球坑;
步骤四:将索股两端的双层PE护套剥除,露出多根钢丝的端部,多根钢丝的两端分别穿过连接筒后在锚具中成锥形散开,并用锚具内的分丝板定位每根钢丝,再向锚具及连接筒中灌注锚固填料;
步骤五:待锚固填料固化后,在靠近对应锚具的两双层PE护套外表面刷阻燃防火涂料层;
步骤六:待防火涂料层干透后再刷面漆层,形成阻燃防火型钢丝缆索。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中阻燃防火涂料层的厚度为0.5~1.5mm;所述步骤六中的面漆层的厚度为0.05~0.10mm。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种阻燃防火型桥梁用钢丝缆索的制备方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃防火涂料层由基料丙烯酸乳液、膨胀催化剂聚磷酸铵、碳化剂季戊四醇、膨胀发泡剂三聚氰胺与氯化石蜡、颜料钛白粉、成膜助剂醇酯-12组成,且个组分的质量比为30:20:15:20:10:5。
