Description

Bentonite liquid mulching film and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of soil environment protection, in particular to a bentonite liquid mulching film and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The mulching film is used for ground covering to improve the soil temperature, keep the soil moisture, maintain the soil structure, prevent pests from attacking crops and diseases caused by certain microorganisms and the like, and promote the growth of plants, is popularized and applied in 31 provinces and municipalities in China, is used for 40 crops such as grains, cotton, oil, vegetables, melons and fruits, tobacco, sugar, medicines, hemp, tea, forests and the like, generally increases the yield of the crops by 30-50 percent and increases the value by 40-60 percent, and is deeply popular with vast farmers. The traditional mulching film is generally made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride or EVA and the like serving as main raw materials through melt blow molding, and is usually in a transparent solid state. The plastic mulching cultivation technology can greatly improve the yield and quality of crops, and plays an extremely important role in crop production. However, with the long-term application of plastic mulching films, serious white pollution has been caused. The method is mainly characterized in that polyethylene residual films which are difficult to degrade are increasingly gathered on the surface of a soil plough layer, soil cultivation is directly influenced, operation of moisture, nutrients and air in the soil is hindered, the root system of crops is hindered from being pricked down, water and fertilizer are prevented from being absorbed, and growth and yield of the crops are influenced. Because the mulching film is generally used once, the plastic is difficult to degrade in nature, and plastic films scattered in the field accumulate all the year round to form white pollution, destroy the soil structure and influence the growth of crops. Therefore, people pay attention to the development of environment-friendly pollution-free mulching films.
With the continuous development of the mulching technology, a novel agricultural product, namely biodegradable liquid mulching film, is produced at the same time, the biodegradable liquid mulching film has excellent wettability, can completely cover all the soil surfaces, has the functions of water retention and humidification, can effectively prevent the soil moisture from evaporating, has the moisture evaporation inhibition rate of between 20 and 50 percent, and can keep the soil moisture for a long time by matching with a water absorbing material. When the seedlings of the plants grow out, the film can be automatically burst, the film can be automatically degraded to become humic acid fertilizer, and the humic acid fertilizer has the effect of improving the granular structure of the soil after being turned and pressed into the soil. The biodegradable liquid mulching film has the advantages of warming, soil moisture conservation and good ventilation and water permeability, can be automatically degraded into humic acid within 2-3 months after being sprayed for 40 days, improves the growth environment of crops, and solves the problem of white pollution, so the biodegradable liquid mulching film is regarded as a substitute of traditional mulching films such as PE films and the like to be popularized and used all over the country.
In order to improve the performance and quality of liquid mulching films, related research work is continuously carried out, Chinese patents such as CN201710748236.7, CN201711295238.1, CN201110440063.5 and CN201711295238.1 successively disclose a liquid mulching film, the liquid mulching film can be uniformly sprayed on the ground surface to form the mulching film when in use, the liquid mulching film can replace plastic mulching films commonly used in agriculture and horticulture in many fields, and can effectively solve the problem that the plastic mulching film pollutes soil, but the liquid mulching film has the defect of inconvenient storage and transportation, meanwhile, a film-forming agent in raw material components enables the viscosity of the liquid mulching film to be larger, the flow channel of a spraying device is easy to block, the use of strong alkali has the possibility of causing a new environmental pollution problem, and the problems of complex preparation process, high cost, poor stability and the like caused by adopting.
