the pressure plate 43 is arranged above the crushing bin 41 and connected with the first driving part 44, when the amount of the household garbage in the crushing bin 41 is unchanged, and the crushing piece 42 operates normally, it can be judged that the crushing piece 42 idles, and the household garbage cannot be crushed normally due to substances such as glass bottles, branches or quilts, and at the moment, the first driving part 44 drives the pressure plate 43 to press down, so that the household garbage in the crushing bin 41 is pressed on the crushing piece 42, and the household garbage can be crushed quickly.
Referring to fig. 3, the first driving member 44 includes a hydraulic cylinder 441, a driving rod 442 hinged to one end of the hydraulic cylinder 441, a supporting member 443 hinged to one end of the driving rod 442, the driving rod 442 is disposed perpendicular to the supporting member 443, the hydraulic cylinder 441 is disposed at an angle to the driving rod 442 as shown in fig. 2, the pressure plate 43 is disposed at the other end of the driving rod 442, and the hydraulic cylinder 441 drives the driving rod 442 to rotate around a hinge point, so that the driving rod 442 drives the pressure plate 43 to move into the crushing bin 41, and the above-mentioned structure can enable the pressure plate 43 and the first driving member 44 to be disposed obliquely above the crushing bin 41, and is not easy to affect the entering of the domestic waste.
In the above solution, the hydraulic cylinder 441 may also drive the driving rod 442 to move by using a pneumatic cylinder, an electric cylinder, or a motor driven by a gear.
It should be noted that, the first driving member 44 may also be in other forms, such as a hydraulic cylinder directly disposed above the crushing bin 41, or a panel and a driving device that are disposed on one side of the crushing bin 41 and can be opened and closed correspondingly, and the panel and the driving device may be disposed as required.
The material pushing plate 45 is longitudinally arranged and connected with the second driving member 46, the second driving member 46 is arranged in the limiting groove 47 so as to guide and limit the moving track of the material pushing plate 45, the limiting groove 47 is arranged between the crushing bin 41 and the crushing member 42, the limiting groove 47 is provided with a corresponding through hole in the radial direction of the crushing bin 41 so as to facilitate the domestic garbage to pass through, the material pushing plate 45 is adapted to the size of the limiting groove 47 so as to enable the material pushing plate 45 to only move along the limiting groove 47, the second driving member 46 can be an electric cylinder, an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or the like, the second driving member 46 can also be electrically connected with the crushing member 42, and when the crushing member 42 is detected to be blocked or overloaded, the second driving member 46 is started.
It should be noted that a horizontally placed baffle plate is disposed above the material pushing plate 45, the length of the baffle plate is the same as or slightly greater than the length of the bottom of the crushing bin 41, the baffle plate is connected to the second driving member 46, and when the second driving member 46 pushes the material pushing plate 45, the baffle plate moves along with the baffle plate, so as to seal the bottom of the crushing bin 41, and prevent the garbage from falling between the material pushing plate 45 and the second driving member 46.
The central processing unit 2, with rubbish crushing unit 4 connects, receives by the broken domestic waste of rubbish crushing unit 4 to organic matter decomposition processing, central processing unit 2 mainly includes organic matter decomposition cylinder, sealing element, base, support element, sensor, automatically controlled component 21, transmission element, heating element, drive element, feed inlet, ejection of compact component, shell etc. sealing element is used for sealed organic matter decomposition cylinder to provide outer connector, be used for connecting feed inlet, ejection of compact component etc. and constitute by preceding sealed lid, back sealed lid. The organic matter decomposition roller provides a place and an environment for the domestic garbage to complete biochemical reaction, the front end of the organic matter decomposition roller is movably connected with the front sealing cover, and the rear end of the organic matter decomposition roller is movably connected with the rear sealing cover. The machine base is used for fixing the whole processing element and is mainly used for fixing a transmission element, a driving element, an organic matter decomposition roller, a front sealing cover, a rear sealing cover, an electric control element 21, a shell and the like. The sensor is used for detecting important physical quantity of the whole element and at least comprises one or more of a position sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, an oxygen content sensor and a PH meter of various materials. The electric control element 21 is a main comprehensive control system, and is used for completing the intelligent control of the central processing unit 2, and mainly completing the functions of controlling the rotation of the roller, regulating and controlling the temperature and humidity, reading sensor data, controlling biochemical processes and the like. The transmission element mainly completes the conversion of various electric signals and mechanical actions, converts various instructions of the electric control system into various mechanical actions driven by the driving element, and mainly comprises the actions of forward and backward rotation and stop of the organic matter decomposition roller, starting and closing of the heating element and the like. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the organic matter-decomposing drum from being laterally displaced, the driving member may be provided with a stopper member. The heating element mainly completes the heating function, provides temperature and humidity conditions for the biochemical reaction of the domestic garbage in the organic matter decomposition roller, and simultaneously, in order to adjust the oxygen supply amount, the heating element preferably adopts an oxygen supply heating element, such as a combination of a blower and a hot air blower, and the like, and is used for catalyzing the biochemical reaction of the biochemical decomposer. The housing is attached to the outside of the central processing unit 2 for mounting the various components of the central processing unit 2.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the present invention further includes a dewatering and conveying unit 110, which is disposed between the central processing unit 2 and the crushing unit 4, where the dewatering and conveying unit 110 includes a dewatering and conveying part 1101, a water receiving tray 1102 and a sewage pipe 1103, the dewatering and conveying part 1101 is used for dewatering and conveying domestic garbage, and sewage is discharged through the water receiving tray 1102 and the sewage pipe 1103.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned arrangement is only one embodiment, and a form in which the sewage after the reaction is discharged may be adopted in connection with the central processing unit 2.
The organic fertilizer screening unit 5 is connected with the central processing unit 2 and used for sorting out the organic fertilizer explained by the decomposition of the organic matters in the central processing unit 2. The organic fertilizer screening unit 5 comprises a screen 51 and a third driving member 52 connected with the screen 51, the screen 51 is cylindrical or conical, the third driving member 52 drives the screen 51 to rotate, so that the organic fertilizer decomposed in the central processing unit 2 is scattered and falls into the first material receiving port 51 through the sieve holes of the screen 51, and the third driving member 52 preferably uses a motor, so that the rotating speed is easy to control.
It should be noted that the screen 51 and the third drive 52 are also in the form of a vibrating screen.
Magnetic separation unit 6 is located fertilizer screening unit 5 with between the magnetic separation unit 6, after sorting the fertilizer, the residual material includes non-decomposable light material basically, and non-decomposable heavy burden material and magnetic substance constitute, and magnetic substance is mostly iron nail or iron plate etc. through magnetic separation unit 6 is with its screening back, can further utilize, here magnetic separation unit 6 preferably adopts the magnet separator.
The material guiding unit 7 is disposed behind the screen 51, and includes a material guiding plate 71 and a fourth driving member 72, the fourth driving member 72 is configured to drive the material guiding plate 71 to vibrate, so that the material on the material guiding plate 71 moves in a direction away from the screen 51, and when the material guiding plate 71 vibrates along with the material guiding plate due to different densities of the light material and the heavy material, the moving speed and the moving displacement are different, the air supply unit 8 is disposed below the material guiding plate 71 and supplies air in a direction of the position limiting net 120, the position limiting net 120 is disposed on a side of the material guiding plate 71 away from the screen 51, at a terminal end of the material guiding plate 71, the light material is blown into the position limiting net 120 due to vibration and air flow, and the heavy material and the magnetic material fall down at the terminal end of the material guiding plate 71 due to gravity, and under the action of the magnetic separation unit 6, the magnetic material is selected to the corresponding receiving opening, the heavy material enters the second receiving opening 73, and the light material is bundled and formed by the bundling unit 100 after passing through the limiting net 120.
Referring to fig. 4, in the above solution, the guide plate 71 is composed of a guide plate body 711 and a plurality of extension bars 712, the extension bars 712 are disposed on one side of the guide plate body 711 away from the screen 51 and extend in a direction away from the screen 51, the guide plate body 711 is a solid plate, and the plurality of extension bars 712 are disposed on the guide plate body 711 at intervals, so that the air flow blown by the air supply unit 8 can act on the light material from a gap therebetween to blow the light material to the position limiting net 120.
The fourth driving member 72 includes a motor 721 and a spring 722, the material guiding plate 71 is connected to the bracket through the spring 722, the motor 721 is connected to the material guiding plate 71, and after the motor 721 is started, vibration starts under the action of the spring 722.
Referring to fig. 2, in a second embodiment of the garbage disposal apparatus of the present invention, different from the above embodiment, the bacteria supplying unit 3 is composed of a powder bacteria box 36 and a powder spraying member 37, and the powder spraying member 37 is disposed between the garbage crushing unit 4 and the central processing unit 2, and sprays the crushed garbage into the crushed garbage to mix the crushed garbage with the bacteria.
In the garbage disposal apparatus of the present invention, the crushed garbage and the catalytic bacterial species capable of catalytic decomposition may be mixed in the central processing unit 2, and the installation position of the bacterial supply unit 3 does not affect the implementation of the present invention. According to the household garbage treatment device, when household garbage is treated, the household garbage is decomposed into the organic fertilizer, the non-decomposable light material, the non-decomposable heavy material and the magnetic material in a physical and biological decomposition mode, the organic fertilizer, the non-decomposable light material, the non-decomposable heavy material and the magnetic material are automatically sorted in a corresponding sorting mode, the next step of resource application can be directly carried out, and the household garbage classification and other operations are not needed.
The invention also provides a household garbage treatment method based on the household garbage treatment element, which comprises the following steps: spraying strains capable of accelerating the decomposition of organic matters into the household garbage, crushing the household garbage, putting the household garbage into the household garbage, performing organic matter decomposition treatment, screening out organic fertilizers generated after the decomposition of the organic matters, and screening and dividing parts incapable of performing organic matter decomposition treatment into non-decomposable light materials, non-decomposable heavy materials and magnetic materials in modes of winnowing, magnetic separation and the like.

Claims (10)
1. A household garbage disposal device is used for disposing household garbage and is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a feeding bin, a central processing unit connected with the feeding bin, a garbage crushing unit connected with the central processing unit, and a bacterium supply unit capable of supplying strains capable of accelerating the decomposition of organic matters to the feeding bin or the central processing unit or the garbage crushing unit.
2. The domestic garbage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein said bacteria supply unit comprises a spray header disposed at one side of said feeding bin, a spray pump connected to said spray header, and a bacteria supply tank connected to said spray pump.
3. The domestic waste treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein said waste crushing unit comprises a crushing bin disposed below said feeding bin, a crushing member disposed in said crushing bin, a pressing plate disposed on a side of said crushing member adjacent to said feeding bin, and a first driving member connected to said pressing plate for driving said pressing plate to move toward said crushing member.

The domestic garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said garbage crushing unit comprises a crushing bin disposed below said feeding bin, said crushing bin having a discharge opening at one side thereof, said crushing bin further comprising a material pushing plate disposed at the other side opposite to said discharge opening, and a second driving member connected to said material pushing plate for driving said material pushing plate to move in a direction approaching to said discharge opening, said material pushing plate being disposed at the side of said crushing member approaching to said feeding bin.
5. The domestic waste treatment apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a screen connected to the discharge end of the central treatment unit.
6. The domestic waste treatment apparatus of claim 5 wherein said screen is cylindrical or conical and further comprising a third drive member coupled to said screen for driving said screen in rotation.
7. The domestic waste treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 5 or 6 further comprising a magnetic separation unit for separating magnetic materials, said magnetic separation unit being disposed at an end of said screen remote from said central treatment unit.
8. The domestic garbage disposal apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising a material guiding plate disposed between the magnetic separation unit and the screen, and a fourth driving member connected to the material guiding plate for driving the material guiding plate to vibrate, so that the material on the material guiding plate vibrates and moves in a direction away from the screen.
9. The domestic waste treatment device according to claim 8, further comprising an air supply unit disposed below said material guiding plate, wherein said air supply unit can provide a predetermined flow of air to an end of said material guiding plate away from said screen.
10. A domestic waste treatment method based on the domestic waste treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of: mixing strains capable of accelerating the decomposition of organic matters into the household garbage, crushing the household garbage, putting the household garbage into the household garbage, and performing organic matter decomposition treatment.
